How Bingle keeps your data safe and private. Updated 14 October 2026.

What Bingle keeps

  • Your login: your email, and a password if you set one, stored only as a one-way hash.
  • Your LinkedIn connection. You sign in to LinkedIn on the LinkedIn provider's own page, so Bingle never sees your LinkedIn password.
  • What you tell Bingle about your company, your buyers and your voice.
  • Leads: public LinkedIn profile details, posts and buying signals for people who fit your ideal customer.
  • Your LinkedIn conversations with leads, and the drafts Bingle writes for you.

Where it lives

  • The database and the app both run in Sydney, Australia.
  • The database host encrypts stored data (AES-256). Bingle is only served over HTTPS.
  • Keys for the services Bingle uses sit in the hosting provider's secret store, never in the code.

Who can see it

  • Your workspace is yours alone. Other Bingle users can't see your leads, messages or notes: every request is checked against your account.
  • I run Bingle. I can reach the database to keep it working and fix problems, and I don't look at your leads or messages unless you ask me to.
  • Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
  • Sign-in links work once and expire. You can sign out your other devices in Settings, and deleting your account needs a fresh sign-in.

AI providers

  • Bingle uses AI providers to judge fit, read signals and draft messages. Each call carries only the text that task needs: a profile, a post, a reply or your company notes.
  • Their published business terms say they don't train their models on this data, and they keep it only for a limited time.

Messages to real people

  • Bingle only sends the steps of sequences you started, from your own LinkedIn account. Messages wait for your approval when a sequence has review mode on, and you can switch automatic sending off in Settings > LinkedIn.

Other services

  • A LinkedIn provider holds your LinkedIn connection and reads and sends through it for you.
  • A data service reads public LinkedIn posts and profiles.
  • An email service sends your sign-in links.
  • Page visits may be counted without cookies or personal details.
  • Some of these services, the AI providers included, may process data outside Australia.

Keeping and deleting

  • Your data stays while your account is open.
  • Delete account, at the bottom of Settings > General, removes your workspace for good: leads, sequences, messages, your company notes and your login. Disconnect LinkedIn first, in Settings > LinkedIn.
  • Disconnecting stops Bingle using your LinkedIn account. Ask me and I'll also remove the connection from the LinkedIn provider.
  • Copies of public LinkedIn pages Bingle has read can stay in a shared cache after you leave. They hold only what was already public.

Bingle is an early product and holds no security certifications yet. Questions about your data, or a request to delete something: ask the person who invited you to Bingle.
