Terms

The deal between you and Bingle, in plain words. Updated 20 October 2026.

Using Bingle

  • These terms are between you and Bingle ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
  • You need to be 18 or over and using Bingle for your business. If you sign up for a company, you're agreeing for it.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace.

The free trial

  • Every new workspace gets 7 days free with the full product. We don't take a card for the trial, so nothing is charged when it ends.
  • The trial has a daily allowance of AI work and LinkedIn reads. If it's used up, the trial can end early.
  • When the trial ends, your sources and AI pause. Your leads, sequences and settings stay until you pick a plan or delete your account.

Paid plans

  • Plans are listed on the pricing page in US dollars, from US$49/mo. You pay in advance for each month or year, and taxes are added where the law requires.
  • Paid plans aren't open yet. Nobody is charged anything until they choose a plan.
  • If we change a price, we'll email you at least 30 days before, and the new price starts from your next billing period.

Cancelling and refunds

  • You can cancel any time. Your plan keeps working to the end of the period you've paid for, and then stops renewing.
  • We don't refund part-periods, except where the law says we must.
  • If you're in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that these terms can't take away, and the same goes for consumer laws elsewhere.

Your LinkedIn account

  • Bingle reads and sends through the LinkedIn account you connect, from your own profile. The account stays yours, and so does the relationship with LinkedIn.
  • LinkedIn's own terms limit automated tools. Bingle paces its actions and stays inside the limits LinkedIn is known to enforce, but LinkedIn doesn't publish them and can restrict any account. That risk is yours, and we can't promise it won't happen.
  • You can switch automatic sending off at any time in Settings > LinkedIn, or disconnect the account.

What you send

  • You're responsible for every message that goes out from your account, including ones Bingle drafted and you approved, and ones sent while review is switched off.
  • AI drafts can be wrong. Read them before they go.
  • Don't use Bingle to send spam, harass anyone, mislead people about who you are, or break privacy, anti-spam or other laws where you or the people you contact are.
  • Don't try to break, overload, copy or resell Bingle. Agencies can run outreach for their own clients on the Agency plan.

Your data

  • What you put into Bingle stays yours. We use it to run the service for you, as the privacy policy explains, and never sell it.
  • You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.

What we promise, and what we don't

  • Bingle is a new product. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or find you a particular number of leads or replies.
  • We may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you first and you can cancel.
  • As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or deals, or for anything LinkedIn does to your account, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

  • You can stop using Bingle and delete your account whenever you like.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unless it's urgent or the law stops us, we'll tell you why first.

Changes and the law

  • If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

How Bingle handles your data is in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms: ask the person who invited you to Bingle.
