Short answer
What are the best Teamfluence alternatives?
Bingle is our pick for a founder or small team that wants the signals plus LinkedIn messages written for their OK, from US$49 a month after a 7-day free trial. Embers and Linked Panda are the cheapest signal-only swaps at US$49 a month, and traxy is nearest if you want email and phone enrichment built in. Teamfluence stays the better fit for a sales team of five to ten whose own profiles generate the signals, since its €259 Small plan covers up to 10 seats.
Seven Teamfluence alternatives
Ordered by how closely they match what Teamfluence does, not by score. Each price is the entry price on the tool's own pricing page on 24 October 2026, in the currency that page uses.
How we compared
We read Teamfluence's home page, pricing page, comparison pages and help centre on 24 October 2026, including the plan data in its pricing page code, then each alternative's own pricing and product pages the same day. We didn't run trials or book demos, so check anything that matters to you on a call or trial before you buy.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Embers
Small teams that want ranked engagers without connecting LinkedIn · From US$49/mo (US$39/mo billed yearly)
Embers is the closest like-for-like swap on price. It watches engagement on your own posts, a watchlist of profiles such as competitors or teammates, and keywords, then ranks each person by fit and signal and shows why they made the list. It never needs your LinkedIn password, cookies or a browser extension.
Solo is US$49 a month for 5 watched profiles and 10 keywords. Growth is US$99 for 10 profiles, 25 keywords and unlimited members, so a three-person team pays the same as a ten-person one. Paid plans push leads to HubSpot, Slack, HeyReach or a webhook. The trial is free with no card and covers your first 2,000 engagers or 7 days after go-live, whichever comes first.
Watch out for: Embers never sends anything on LinkedIn: drafts are for you to send by hand or through another tool. Contact details only come with the first paid month, and since it never logs in as you, profile visitors aren't among its signals.
2. traxy
Teams that want market-wide engagement plus enrichment · From US$149/mo (US$119/mo billed yearly)
traxy is the nearest match to Teamfluence's enrichment side. It says it scans LinkedIn engagement across your market and a watchlist of yourself, competitors or creators every hour, ranks leads by fit and intent, and enriches them with email and phone.
Pricing runs on credits. Pro is US$149 a month for 5,000 credits, with one credit per qualified engagement, three per email found and five per phone number found. Every plan lists unlimited tracked profiles and a 7-day free trial, and lead sourcing needs no LinkedIn account. Sending starts on the US$299 plan.
Watch out for: Credits don't roll over, and phone lookups eat them quickly. The pages we read don't name which CRMs it connects to, so ask before you plan on a HubSpot or Salesforce sync.
3. Bingle
Founders and small teams who want signals and the LinkedIn outreach · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Bingle takes a different route to the same leads. It watches LinkedIn for people liking or commenting on your competitors' and influencers' posts, engaging with your posts, viewing your profile, changing jobs, or working at a company that is hiring, raised a round or is heading to an event. Each lead is ranked by fit and timing and shows the signal, its date and a link.
Then it does the part Teamfluence leaves to other tools. It writes each LinkedIn message from that lead's signal in your voice, holds it for your OK unless you switch review off, and sends from your own profile in your working hours. Starter is US$49 a month for one LinkedIn account, Growth US$79 with every signal, and each extra account is US$29. It also works inside Claude and ChatGPT (how).
Watch out for: It has no native HubSpot or Salesforce sync (you get a CSV export and the Claude or ChatGPT connector), no email or phone enrichment and no website visitor tracking. For ten reps it costs more than Teamfluence's Small plan, because each extra LinkedIn account is billed.
4. Linked Panda
Tracking a few competitor or team profiles on a small budget · From US$49/mo; US$10 one-off pack
Linked Panda listens to the posts of profiles and company pages you choose, such as competitors or your own team. You describe what a buying conversation looks like and it scores new posts against that, then enriches the people engaging with a work email where it finds one. Like Embers, it needs no LinkedIn login, cookie or extension.
Plans are priced by profiles delivered, not seats: US$49 a month for 500 profiles and 2 tracked voices, or US$99 for 1,000 profiles and 5 voices with ICP scoring and HubSpot and Salesforce. There is no free trial, but a US$10 pack of 100 profiles lets you test it end to end.
Watch out for: Two tracked voices on Starter is thin, and ICP scoring only starts on Growth. It doesn't send outreach or see your profile visitors.
5. Valley
Teams that want signals, research and LinkedIn plus email in one seat · From US$199/mo per seat (US$149 billed quarterly)
Valley covers signals and sending in one product, with signals for profile viewers, post engagers, job changes, hiring and funding. It researches each high-fit person and writes in your voice for you to review. One seat connects one LinkedIn account, and email sending is an add-on on Starter or included from Plus at US$299.
It watches up to five competitor profiles at a time, connects to HubSpot and runs from Claude or ChatGPT. The 7-day trial needs a payment method.
Watch out for: Per-seat pricing adds up fast for a team: three seats are US$597 a month at the monthly rate, more than double Teamfluence's Small plan.
6. Gojiberry
Founders who want signals, enrichment and LinkedIn plus email outreach · US$99/mo (Pro); 3+ seats on request
Gojiberry runs AI agents that each watch up to 15 signals, from competitor and topic engagement to website visitors and buying events such as job changes, fundraising and hiring. Its help centre says an agent launches 3 to 4 times a day, using one signal per launch.
Pro is US$99 a month with 2 agents, up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month, email and phone enrichment, and HubSpot, Pipedrive and MCP connections. Outreach runs on LinkedIn, or LinkedIn plus email. The 7-day trial asks for a card. Our Bingle vs Gojiberry page goes deeper.
Watch out for: With 15 signals and 3 to 4 launches a day, each signal is revisited only every 4 or 5 days. Teams of 3 or more go onto custom pricing.
7. Common Room
Larger GTM teams pulling signals from many sources · From US$2,500/mo billed yearly (5 seats)
Common Room is the bigger-company option. Its LinkedIn integration captures posts, comments and reactions on your company page and posts that mention it, with new activity arriving in about 30 minutes. It adds website activity, job-change tracking, Bombora intent topics and community data, and an MCP server on every plan.
Watch out for: Its docs say personal LinkedIn profiles can't be connected, so it misses the reactions on your reps' own posts that Teamfluence is built around.
Our pick
Teamfluence and the signal-only tools tell you who engaged, and then you still have to write and send. Bingle does both halves: it spots the signal, ranks the person by fit and timing, and drafts the LinkedIn message for your OK, at the same US$49 entry price as the cheapest signal-only tools.
What Teamfluence costs in October 2026
Teamfluence switched to per-lead pricing on 1 October 2026. Some software directories still show the older per-seat plans: on 24 October ColdIQ's Teamfluence page listed €89 per seat and a 7-day free trial. Teamfluence's own pricing page lists two plans, and its plan picker carries these figures:
| Plan | Price a month | Qualified leads | Credits | Contacts | Seat cap in the plan data |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small Unlimited | €259, US$299 or £279 | 500 | 10,000 | 25,000 | 10 |
| Regular Unlimited | €449, US$499 or £479 | 1,000 | 20,000 | 100,000 | 50 |
A lead counts once, the first time you move it out of Teamfluence by CRM push, CSV, webhook, Slack or API. People it finds that you never move, and the 90 days of history it imports at the start, don't count. Credits pay for the work on each lead: 1 for a new lead or a signal, 4 for an email it finds and 40 for a phone number. So 500 phone lookups use 20,000 credits, twice the Small plan's allowance.
There is no free trial and no self-service sign-up: every customer starts with a sales call. Billing is monthly in euros, US dollars or pounds, with no Australian, New Zealand or Singapore dollar option. And the FAQ promises unlimited seats while the plan data caps Small at 10 and Regular at 50, so confirm your seat count on the call. Trigify's app closed on 22 October 2026, and Teamfluence offers its customers a free migration. Our Trigify alternative page covers other options, and all our comparisons are in one place.
Which signals each alternative captures
Teamfluence's edge is that every teammate who joins adds their own signals, such as who viewed their profile or reacted to their posts. Tools that never log in to LinkedIn don't list profile visitors. Where it says not listed, we didn't find it on the tool's own pages.
| Tool | Your profile visitors | Your posts | Competitor or influencer posts | Job change, hiring, funding | Sends outreach |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Teamfluence | Yes, every teammate | Yes, every teammate | Yes, 60 profiles and 40 posts per user | Not listed | Invites and DMs from teammates' profiles; or push to HeyReach, lemlist, Smartlead |
| Embers | No | Yes | 5 to 20 watched profiles | Not listed | No, drafts only |
| traxy | Not stated | Yes | Unlimited tracked profiles | Not listed | From the US$299 plan |
| Bingle | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes, plus events | Yes, LinkedIn, for your OK |
| Linked Panda | No | Yes, as a tracked voice | 2 to 15 voices | Not listed | No |
| Valley | Yes | Post engagers | Up to 5 profiles | Yes | Yes, LinkedIn and email |
| Gojiberry | Imports profile visitors | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes, LinkedIn and email |
| Common Room | No (company page only) | Company page posts only | No | Job changes | No |
If you mostly want who engaged with which competitor, Embers, traxy and Linked Panda do that without touching your LinkedIn account. If you want timing signals like a new role or a funding round alongside engagement, look at Bingle, Valley or Gojiberry. What 1, 3 and 10 people pay
List prices at monthly billing on 24 October 2026, worked out by us, assuming Teamfluence's 10-seat cap on Small holds.
| Team size | Teamfluence | Bingle | Embers | traxy | Valley |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 person | €259 (Small) | US$49 (Starter) or US$79 (Growth) | US$49 (Solo) | US$149 (Pro) | US$199 |
| 3 people | €259 (Small) | US$137 (Growth plus 2 accounts) | US$99 (Growth) | US$149, seats not stated | US$597 |
| 10 people | €259 (Small) or €449 (Regular) | US$340 (Growth plus 9 accounts) | US$99 (Growth) | US$149, seats not stated | US$1,990, or Scale on request |
For a solo founder, Teamfluence is the dearest option here, and you can't try it before a call. At three people the gap narrows, and at ten Teamfluence's flat price beats anything billed per LinkedIn account, Bingle included. The catch is the lead cap. Ten reps moving 50 leads each a month use the Small plan's full 500, and phone enrichment can run through the credits before that. Bingle's plans are on our pricing page.
When Teamfluence is still the better choice
Stay, or book the call, if most of these fit:
- Five or more people on your team post on LinkedIn or get regular profile views, so pooling their signals gives you far more leads than one account would.
- You want those leads in HubSpot or Salesforce through a native sync, with email and phone attached.
- You already send through HeyReach, lemlist or Smartlead and only need the signals routed there.
Look elsewhere if you are one or two people, want a trial before a sales call, or want the tool to write and send LinkedIn messages too. Bingle is the weaker pick when the signal source is a whole team's network and the destination is a CRM. It is built for a seller who reads and approves each message.
What to check before you switch
- Count your monthly leads, not seats. Take what your team moved into the CRM last month and compare it with the 500 or 1,000 caps, or with Linked Panda's profile allowance.
- Ask how each tool connects to LinkedIn. Embers and Linked Panda need no login, nor does traxy's lead sourcing. Teamfluence's pages don't say how a teammate's account connects, so ask on the call.
- Check who can send from whose profile. Teamfluence's help centre says teammates can, by default, add you to campaigns and send DMs from your profile through workflows. Change that in account settings if you'd rather not.
- Keep volumes low on any tool that sends. LinkedIn's help centre says automation tools put accounts at risk of being restricted or shut down. Our connection request limit post covers what is known about the numbers.
- If you sell into Australia, New Zealand or Singapore, set send windows in your buyers' time zone, such as 8am to 5pm AEST, and read our Australia outreach guide for the Spam Act and Privacy Act points.
Questions
How much does Teamfluence cost?
On 24 October 2026 its pricing page lists the Small Unlimited plan at €259 (US$299) a month for 500 qualified leads, and the Regular Unlimited plan at €449 (US$499) a month for 1,000. Billing is monthly, and extra leads and credits come in add-on blocks.
Does Teamfluence have a free trial?
No. Its FAQ says there are no self-service sign-ups and every customer starts with a call and guided onboarding. Embers, traxy and Bingle all offer a free trial instead, and Linked Panda sells a US$10 test pack.
Does Teamfluence send LinkedIn messages?
Partly. Its networking campaigns send connection invites with an optional note and follow-up from teammates' profiles, and workflows can send DMs. For full sequences it pushes leads to tools like HeyReach or lemlist.
Is Teamfluence a good Trigify replacement?
For team-wide engagement signals, it is one of the closest. Teamfluence itself says Trigify was stronger at listening to public conversations beyond tracked profiles, and it offers Trigify customers 3 months at their old price.
What is the cheapest Teamfluence alternative?
Embers Solo and Linked Panda Starter, at US$49 a month each. Neither sends outreach, so add a sending tool if you need one.
Can Bingle track my whole team's LinkedIn activity like Teamfluence?
Partly. Each extra LinkedIn account costs US$29 a month on any Bingle plan (Agency includes 3), and Bingle is built for sellers who review and approve their messages. Teamfluence is built to pool a whole team's signals into a CRM at a flat price, so for teams of five or more it is usually the better fit.
