Short answer
What did Trigify cost?
Trigify's own help centre lists two self-serve plans, Starter at $40 a month (4,000 credits) and Max at $199 (40,000 credits), plus custom Enterprise; Essential ($149), Growth ($270) and Scale ($549) were older plans kept only for existing customers, which is why third-party figures disagree. The standalone app closed at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 (9:59am AEDT on 23 October) and won't continue inside HubSpot. Of the replacements we looked at, the cheapest that both watches LinkedIn signals and sends the outreach is Bingle, from US$49 a month; Teamfluence offers Trigify customers a price match, from US$299 or more.
What it costs to replace Trigify: five options
Trigify found signals and passed them to your CRM, Slack or a sequencer. Most of these tools also run the outreach, so count what you'd stop paying for elsewhere.
How we compared
We read trigify.io, its sitemap and every pricing, credit and billing article in Trigify's help centre on 24 October 2026, then each replacement's own pricing page the same day. Wayback Machine snapshots of trigify.io/pricing exist up to 4 August 2026, but web.archive.org wouldn't load from our network, so we didn't read them. We haven't tested the replacements' paid plans.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.
| Best for | Starting price |
|---|---|
| Teamfluence | |
| Teams that want Trigify-style signals with CRM sync and contact data | From €259/mo (US$299) on the Small plan; no free trial |
| Gojiberry | |
| Replacing Trigify plus your sequencer with one LinkedIn and email tool | From US$99/mo; 7-day trial, payment method collected at sign-up |
| Bingle | |
| LinkedIn-first sellers who want signals turned into approved messages | 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo |
| Valley | |
| Sellers who want research on each person before the message | From $199/mo per seat ($149 billed quarterly); 7-day trial, payment method required |
| Fuzzy AI | |
| Founders who warm prospects up with comments before messaging | From US$149/mo; no free trial |
1. Teamfluence
Teams that want Trigify-style signals with CRM sync and contact data · From €259/mo (US$299) on the Small plan; no free trial
Teamfluence is the closest like-for-like replacement and says so: its pricing page carries a Trigify migration service, a price-match offer for Trigify customers and free migration. It tracks engagement on your posts, your team's posts, competitors, influencers, keywords and ads, and finds a work email for 9 out of 10 leads plus phone numbers.
Pricing changed on 1 October 2026 to pay for leads, not seats. The Regular plan is €449 (US$499) a month for 1,000 qualified leads and 20,000 credits, and the Small plan is €259 (US$299) for 500 leads. A lead counts once, the first time you push it to your CRM, export it, send it by webhook or pull it through the API. HubSpot and Salesforce connect natively.
Watch out for: There's no free trial and no self-serve sign-up; every customer starts with a call. It costs several times Trigify's Starter plan at list price, so ask for the price match in writing.
2. Gojiberry
Replacing Trigify plus your sequencer with one LinkedIn and email tool · From US$99/mo; 7-day trial, payment method collected at sign-up
Gojiberry watches many of the same moments Trigify did: engagement with competitors' or experts' LinkedIn content, topic activity, profile visits, company followers, job changes, funding and hiring, plus website visits and lookalikes of your customers. It scores each person against your ideal customer and then runs LinkedIn and email steps itself.
Pro is US$99 a month with 2 AI agents, 2 LinkedIn accounts, 200 credits and up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month. Extra teammates are US$99 each and extra agents US$59. Our Gojiberry pricing breakdown has the full maths.
Watch out for: If you used Trigify only to feed a sequencer you're keeping, you'd be paying for outreach twice. Its refund policy says subscription payments are non-refundable, so cancel inside the 7 days if it isn't right.
3. Bingle
LinkedIn-first sellers who want signals turned into approved messages · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Bingle picks up the LinkedIn half of Trigify: who likes and comments on your competitors' and influencers' posts, who engages with your own posts and your topic, profile views, job changes, and companies hiring, raising a round or heading to an event. It scores each person against your ideal customer and shows the signal, its date and a link, so the list is people worth a message rather than everyone who clicked like.
Where Trigify stopped at the signal, Bingle writes the message from it in your voice and holds it for your OK, then runs the LinkedIn sequence from your own account and stops when someone replies. Moving over means adding the competitors and influencers you tracked and pasting the LinkedIn profiles you want to keep. Starter is US$49 a month, Growth US$79 and Agency US$149 for 3 LinkedIn accounts. The move is covered on the Trigify alternative page.
Watch out for: Bingle is LinkedIn only. It doesn't watch X, Reddit or podcasts and doesn't send email. Trigify passed signals on to your CRM and workflow tools; Bingle is built to act on them itself, so if a Trigify workflow fed Clay or HubSpot, check that Bingle covers that job before you switch. Starter is planned at 10 signals and 25 new ranked leads a day once billing starts.
4. Valley
Sellers who want research on each person before the message · From $199/mo per seat ($149 billed quarterly); 7-day trial, payment method required
Valley starts from a play: people engaging with your content, companies hiring, a competitor's audience, profile viewers or your own list. It checks each person's fit, researches a reason to reach out and drafts the message for you to review before the sequence launches.
Starter is LinkedIn only at $199 a seat a month, or $149 billed quarterly. Email is an add-on on Starter and included on Plus at $299 a seat.
Watch out for: It's priced per seat, so a team of three pays three times. Trigify charged by credits and didn't bill per user.
5. Fuzzy AI
Founders who warm prospects up with comments before messaging · From US$149/mo; no free trial
Fuzzy's plans include real-time post, news and company signals and lead pulls from any competitor's post, which covers the competitor-engager lists many Trigify users built. It then drafts comments, posts and outreach in your voice, and you can vet every message before it sends.
Starter is US$149 a month for 3,000 credits.
Watch out for: There's no self-serve free trial, so you pay from day one, and managing several seats is on the custom Enterprise plan.
Our pick
If you used Trigify to find people engaging on LinkedIn and then messaged them yourself, Bingle is our pick to replace it. It watches the same kind of LinkedIn signals and also writes and sends the outreach, which Trigify left to other tools, from US$49 a month.
Trigify's plans and prices, from its own help centre
On 24 October 2026 at 3:58pm AEDT, trigify.io/pricing loaded the closure notice instead of a price list, and Trigify's sitemap listed only the home page and its policies page. The help centre at trigifyio.featurebase.app was still up. Its articles carry no visible date, but three of them show the same tables:
| Plan | Price a month | Credits and limits | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $40 | 4,000 credits, then $0.012 each; 25 saved searches; 1 workspace | Current self-serve plan |
| Max | $199 | 40,000 credits, then $0.012 each; unlimited saved searches; 3 workspaces; bring your own AI key; free Jarvis AI runs | Current self-serve plan |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited saved searches and workspaces; SSO/SAML; custom support | Current, by quote |
| Essential | $149 | 15,000 credits | Legacy: existing customers only |
| Growth | $270 | 40,000 credits | Legacy: existing customers only |
| Scale | $549 | 100,000 credits | Legacy: existing customers only |
Trigify showed prices with a $ sign and never named the currency on these pages. It billed by credits, not people: its help centre says you didn't pay a per-user fee to add team members. New accounts got a 14-day free trial.
Why one site says $40 and another says $270
Both numbers came from Trigify. Growth at $270 was a real plan, and so were Essential at $149 and Scale at $549. Trigify later moved new sign-ups to Starter and Max and kept the old plans for customers already on them, warning that anyone who switched away might not be able to return to the old plan. That's the likely reason comparisons disagree: one written while Growth was on sale says $270, and one written after says $40. MagicPost's Trigify alternatives post, updated 9 October 2026, quotes the newer pair: $40 on Starter or $199 on Max.
We couldn't pin down the month the plans changed. The Wayback Machine lists snapshots of trigify.io/pricing from January 2025 through 4 August 2026, but its pages wouldn't load from our network on 24 October, so we haven't read what each snapshot showed. If you were a Trigify customer, your old invoices are the surest record of what you paid.
What a month of Trigify credits bought
Credits are the part of Trigify's price that third-party pages skip. From its own credit table: each post a search returned cost 1 credit, each like or comment pulled from a LinkedIn post cost 1, person enrichment cost 4, email enrichment 4, the copywriter agent 5 and company enrichment 10. Steps inside a loop ran once per item.
| Credits |
|---|
| Pull likes and comments from 20 competitor posts, about 150 each |
| 3,000 |
| Enrich 250 of those people at 4 credits each |
| 1,000 |
| Total, all of Starter's 4,000 |
| 4,000 |
| Each further 1,000 credits at $0.012 |
| $12 |
So a light competitor-watching set-up really did run on $40 a month, about A$57 if billed in US dollars. Add enrichment for every engager or a daily loop over many posts and you were on Max at $199 (about A$284). That's the figure most teams are now replacing.
What happens to Trigify customers now
Trigify's notice, dated 23 September 2026, says the team is joining HubSpot and the standalone platform is being wound down. For customers on the standard notice period, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Here's when that was across the region:
| Local time access ended |
|---|
| Sydney, Melbourne (AEDT) |
| 9:59am, Friday 23 October |
| Brisbane (AEST) |
| 8:59am, Friday 23 October |
| Auckland (NZDT) |
| 11:59am, Friday 23 October |
| Singapore (SGT) |
| 6:59am, Friday 23 October |
- Monitoring, signal collection, integrations and API access stopped at the same time, so any Clay, CRM or Slack workflow fed by Trigify has gone quiet.
- Nothing moves to HubSpot. The FAQ says the platform and accounts won't continue inside HubSpot and your account won't be migrated.
- Your data isn't going to HubSpot either. It will be kept or deleted under Trigify's contractual, privacy and legal obligations.
- Customers with a different contractual notice period get their own dates directly from Trigify.
- Subscriptions won't renew past your service end date, and Trigify says it will contact each customer about the final invoice, charges, credits or refunds.
- If you missed the export, the notice says to contact Trigify through the address on trigify.io for help getting your information.
Replacing Trigify for one person and for a team of three
Monthly list prices from each tool's site on 24 October 2026, before tax. A$ figures are approximate, at the Reserve Bank of Australia's 23 October 2026 rate of A$1 = US$0.7006, rounded to the dollar. Valley doesn't name its currency, so its A$ figures assume US dollars.
| Option | One person | Team of three | Also does outreach |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trigify (closed) | $40 Starter or $199 Max | Same price: no per-user fee | No, it fed other tools |
| Bingle | US$49 Starter or US$79 Growth (A$70 or A$113) | US$149 Agency, 3 LinkedIn accounts (A$213) | Yes, LinkedIn |
| Gojiberry | US$99 (A$141) | US$158 for 3 LinkedIn accounts on one login, or US$297 for 3 users (A$226 or A$424) | Yes, LinkedIn and email |
| Fuzzy AI | US$149 (A$213) | Enterprise, custom price | Yes, LinkedIn; connects Outlook and Google |
| Valley | $199 a seat (A$284) | $597, or $447 billed quarterly (A$852 or A$638) | Yes, LinkedIn; email on Plus or as an add-on |
| Teamfluence | US$299 or €259 Small plan (A$427) | Same price: seats aren't charged | Networking campaigns; sync to your CRM |
Two things stand out. A team that shared one Trigify workspace now pays per seat or per LinkedIn account almost everywhere, so a three-person team on Trigify Max at $199 could pay anywhere from US$149 to $597 to replace it. And most replacements also run the outreach, so if you were paying for a separate LinkedIn sequencer on top of Trigify, you may be able to drop that bill too.
None of the five watch X, Reddit, YouTube or podcasts the way Trigify's social listening did. If those channels mattered more to you than LinkedIn, you need a social listening tool, not a LinkedIn outreach tool, and this list isn't it.
Which replacement fits which Trigify set-up
- You pushed Trigify signals into HubSpot or Salesforce for a whole team: Teamfluence, which syncs natively, doesn't charge per seat and will price-match.
- You used Trigify to feed a LinkedIn and email sequencer: Gojiberry, which finds signals and runs both channels for US$99.
- You sell on LinkedIn and want each signal turned into a message you approve: Bingle, from US$49 with 7 days free and no card.
- You want research behind every message and don't mind per-seat pricing: Valley.
- You want to be seen commenting on prospects' posts before you message them: Fuzzy AI.
Whichever you pick, LinkedIn's rules apply. Its help page on prohibited software says it doesn't permit third-party tools that scrape or automate activity on its site, and any automation carries some risk of restriction. Our post on the LinkedIn connection request limit covers what LinkedIn actually says, and the best LinkedIn buying signal tools compares more signal sources. If you're in Australia, LinkedIn outreach in Australia covers the Spam Act and privacy rules.
Questions
Is Trigify shut down?
Yes, for most customers. Access on the standard notice period ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, which was 9:59am AEDT on 23 October; customers with different contract terms were given their own dates.
Is Trigify part of HubSpot now?
The team joined HubSpot, but the product didn't. Trigify's FAQ says the platform and customer accounts won't continue inside HubSpot and accounts won't be migrated.
Can I still export my Trigify data?
Not from the app for most customers, since in-app exports went with account access on 22 October. Trigify's notice says to contact it through the address on trigify.io if you need help getting your information.
Will I get a refund for my Trigify subscription?
Trigify says subscriptions won't renew past your service end date and that it will tell each customer directly about the final invoice, charges, credits or refunds. Its standard refund terms didn't refund the current period, so check the notice you were sent.
Did Trigify charge per user?
No. Its help centre says pricing was based on credits and plan limits, and you didn't pay a per-user fee to add normal team members.
What is the cheapest Trigify replacement?
Among tools that find LinkedIn signals themselves, Bingle starts lowest at US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card, and Gojiberry is US$99. Teamfluence costs more at list price but offers Trigify customers a price match.
