Short answer
What is the best LinkedIn prospecting tool for an MSP?
For an MSP owner or a small sales team prospecting from their own LinkedIn, Bingle is our pick at US$49 a month: it flags new leaders, job changes, hiring and funding at firms that fit, ranks each person with the dated reason shown and waits for your OK on every message. LinkedIn Sales Navigator suits a team that wants LinkedIn's own search and alerts with no automation, Gojiberry also tracks tech stack and website visitors, and La Growth Machine adds email and calls.
Six LinkedIn prospecting tools an MSP might use
Each tool's entry price and the signals its own site lists, as read on 26 October 2026.
How we compared
On 26 October 2026 (AEDT) we read the pricing pages of Sales Navigator, Gojiberry, Valley, La Growth Machine and Skylead, plus the signal pages and help articles each one publishes, and noted which MSP buying signals each says it watches. We didn't run paid trials of the other tools, so the trial checklist is what we'd test, not what we found. Bingle's details come from its own user guide and pricing.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.
| Best for | Starting price |

| Building local, vertical lists by hand | From US$119.99/mo (A$154.99), or US$1,079.88/yr |

| The widest signal list, with email | From US$99/mo per user; 7-day trial |
| Valley | |
| Hiring-led outreach with research done for you | From US$199/seat/mo, or US$149 billed quarterly |
| La Growth Machine | |
| LinkedIn, email and calls from one seller | From €60/mo per identity (€50 billed annually) |
| Skylead | |
| High email volume alongside LinkedIn | $100/seat/mo; 7-day trial |
| Bingle | |
| MSP owners who want a short, timed list and to approve every message | 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo |
1. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Building local, vertical lists by hand · From US$119.99/mo (A$154.99), or US$1,079.88/yr
Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's own search and list tool. Core is a single-user plan with advanced search filters, 50 InMail credits a month, up to 10,000 saved leads and accounts, custom lists and alerts on the leads and accounts you save. For an MSP that sells by town and vertical, saved searches for owners, finance and operations titles at firms of 10 to 200 staff are the main use.
LinkedIn's help centre says Core alerts track newsworthy events at your leads and accounts and can notify you when an account reduces hiring. Buyer Intent signals start on Advanced, at US$159.99 a month, which also lets teammates share lists.
Watch out for: It finds and alerts; you write and send every message yourself. Three Core licences cost US$359.97 a month, and Core can't share lists between sellers.
2. Gojiberry
The widest signal list, with email · From US$99/mo per user; 7-day trial
Gojiberry's product page lists the most MSP-relevant signals of any tool here: new decision makers at target companies, job changes, recent funding, open roles and hiring surges, people at companies using technologies you pick, and companies visiting your website, identified at company level. The tech stack signal is the one an MSP can't get from the others, because it lets you target firms on a platform you support.
It runs LinkedIn and email in one sequence, with human review available before outreach, and its US$99 plan connects two LinkedIn accounts. Its own page says phone, SMS and WhatsApp aren't outreach channels, though its enrichment finds phone numbers.
Watch out for: The trial collects a payment method and turns into a paid plan after 7 days unless you cancel. Website visitor matching is at company level, so you still have to find the right person.
3. Valley
Hiring-led outreach with research done for you · From US$199/seat/mo, or US$149 billed quarterly
Valley's hiring page says it watches job posts, scores each company against your ICP and goes to the decision maker who owns the problem the hire is meant to solve, rather than the recruiter. For an MSP that is the right person behind an IT support ad. Its sitemap also lists signal pages for job changes, funding rounds, profile viewers and people engaging with competitors' posts.
Starter is LinkedIn only, at US$199 a seat a month or US$149 on quarterly billing, with messages written in your voice and ICP scoring. Email is an add-on on Starter and included from Plus at US$299.
Watch out for: It is the dearest entry price here, the trial needs a payment method, and the hiring page doesn't say which roles you can filter for.
4. La Growth Machine
LinkedIn, email and calls from one seller · From €60/mo per identity (€50 billed annually)
La Growth Machine runs LinkedIn and email from one identity on Basic, at €60 a month or US$70, and adds calls on Pro at €120. Basic includes a company database of 27 million-plus firms for account-based queries and imports from LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator, which suits building a list of 20 to 200 person firms in your area.
Pro adds imports of people who liked or commented on a post or attended a LinkedIn event, automatic post likes and profile visits before outreach, and Slack alerts when a lead replies. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Watch out for: Its pricing page lists no hiring or new-leader signals, so you build or import the list. Calls need Pro, and the trial gives you one identity.
5. Skylead
High email volume alongside LinkedIn · $100/seat/mo; 7-day trial
Skylead's All-in-one plan is $100 a seat a month and combines LinkedIn automation with unlimited email accounts, up to 100,000 emails a month, an email finder and verifier, account-based prospecting, a B2B database and post signals. Image and GIF personalisation is included.
An annual plan for steady seat counts is arranged through sales, with 10 months paid for 12. Its agency plan is $999 for 25 seats.
Watch out for: The page shows a $ sign without naming the currency, and it lists post signals but not hiring, funding or new-leader signals.
6. Bingle
MSP owners who want a short, timed list and to approve every message · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Bingle watches LinkedIn for buying signals and saves the people who match your ideal customer, which for an MSP might be owners, finance directors and operations managers at accounting, legal or medical practices of 10 to 200 staff in your area. The signals include new leaders and job changes, hiring, funding, events, profile views and likes and comments on competitors' and influencers' posts. Each lead shows something dated they or their company did, with the date and a link.
It ranks people by fit and timing and drafts each message in your voice. Drafts wait in an approval queue, or you can switch off automatic sending and send each one yourself from Today's sends. Dig deeper reads a person's recent posts and company news and writes a short brief with a suggested opener. People who replied to you or engaged with you are watched for a job change, so a former contact who moves to a new firm comes back as a lead.
Starter is US$49 a month for one LinkedIn account, Growth is US$79 with every signal Bingle watches, and Agency is US$149 for up to three accounts, with annual billing at 10 months for 12. It never sees your LinkedIn password and works inside Claude and ChatGPT.
Watch out for: It is LinkedIn only: no email, calls, phone numbers or contact database. It won't know which Windows version a firm runs or when its insurance renews, and an owner who barely uses LinkedIn is hard for it to spot.
Our pick
Bingle is our pick for an MSP owner or a small sales team selling from their own LinkedIn profiles. It watches the signals that open IT conversations at firms that fit, such as a new leader, a job change, hiring or funding, and shows the dated reason behind each lead. Every message waits for your OK, so nothing goes out under your name that reads like a breach scare.
It also has the lowest entry price of the six: US$49 a month for one profile and US$149 for three, against US$119.99 for one Sales Navigator Core licence. If you want email, calls or phone numbers in the same tool, Bingle won't cover that.
The buying signals that matter to an MSP
Small businesses don't change IT provider on a whim. Something has to happen first: a new person takes over the contract, the firm grows past what its current setup handles, money arrives, or a deadline forces a decision. Our LinkedIn outreach for MSPs guide covers who owns IT at firms of each size. This table covers the moments, and which of them Bingle watches.
| Why it matters to an MSP | Does Bingle watch it? |
|---|---|
| A new finance, operations or managing director | |
| At a firm too small for an IT manager, this person often inherits the IT contract and reviews it | Yes: new leaders and job changes |
| A job ad for IT support or systems staff | |
| One in-house IT person still needs cover, projects and after-hours help | Hiring is a Bingle signal; check on your trial that IT roles come through for your ICP |
| A funding round | |
| New money tends to mean new staff, devices and security questions | Yes: funding |
| Likes and comments on a rival MSP's or vendor's posts | |
| They are thinking about the category | Yes: engagement with competitors' and influencers' posts |
| A profile view from someone at a target firm | |
| They looked you up | Yes: profile views |
| An office move or a new site | |
| New sites need networks, phones and set-up work | Not a signal we list for Bingle; watch local news and company pages |
| A support or compliance deadline | |
| A dated reason to talk that isn't fear | No; keep your own calendar |
The last two rows matter, and no tool here watches them for you. Take Windows 10: Microsoft ended support on 14 October 2025, and its paid security updates for businesses cost US$61 a device in year one, doubling each year for up to three years. A firm that signs up in year two pays for year one as well, so US$183 a device. Whether a prospect is still on Windows 10 comes from asking them.

For three LinkedIn accounts on monthly billing, Bingle's Agency plan is US$149, Gojiberry's plan plus one extra agent is US$158, three Sales Navigator Core licences are US$359.97 and three Valley Starter seats are US$597. At the Reserve Bank of Australia's rate for 23 October 2026 (A$1 = US$0.7006), US$149 is roughly A$213 and US$597 roughly A$852. Our LinkedIn automation pricing post prices twelve tools the same way.
What to check on a trial
Seven days is enough to tell whether a tool finds your kind of buyer, if you set it up on day one. Give it your real verticals and area, then work through this list.
- Describe your buyer exactly: for example, owners and finance or operations managers at accounting and legal firms of 10 to 200 staff in Brisbane. Note how many leads arrive in the first three days and how many you'd actually call.
- Look for a new leader. Does anyone show up who started a finance, operations or managing role in the past couple of months, with the date and a link?
- Test the hiring signal with an IT role. Search a job board for IT support ads at firms your size in your area, then check whether the tool surfaced the same companies.
- Leave out your current clients. Load or name them and confirm the tool won't message them. In Bingle, rejecting a lead for a company reason leaves out everyone at that company.
- Read 20 drafts. Strike any that lead with a breach, a scare statistic or a free network scan, and see whether the tool learns from your edits.
- Check who controls follow-ups. Find the approval setting and confirm whether follow-up messages also wait for you.
- Set your send window to your working hours in AEST or AEDT, and write down the price after the trial in A$ at your bank's rate.
Paste a few drafts into our free LinkedIn message checker to see whether they read like a person wrote them.

Questions
Is LinkedIn good for MSP lead generation?
It is good for finding the person who owns IT at a small firm and timing your first message to something dated, such as a new role or a job ad. It works best alongside referrals and local events, not instead of them.
Should an MSP pay for Sales Navigator?
Only if you prospect cold every week and want better search. Core is US$119.99 a month (A$154.99) and doesn't send anything for you, and Buyer Intent signals need Advanced at US$159.99.
Can a LinkedIn tool find companies hiring IT staff?
Gojiberry and Valley both list hiring signals on their own sites, and hiring is one of Bingle's signals. Neither vendor's page says which job titles you can filter for, so test any of them, Bingle included, with an IT support role on the trial.
What should an MSP's first LinkedIn message say?
Name the dated reason you're writing, such as their new role or an IT job ad, and ask one practical question. Leave out breach headlines and free scans.
Do any of these tools find phone numbers for cold calls?
Gojiberry's enrichment finds email and phone numbers, and La Growth Machine adds calls on its Pro plan. Bingle is LinkedIn only and doesn't find phone numbers.
