How much do LinkedIn automation tools cost? Prices compared

A LinkedIn automation tool's headline price is rarely what you pay. Some show the yearly rate by default, some charge per LinkedIn account and let teammates in free, and one bundles two accounts into its entry plan. We make Bingle, one of the twelve tools below. On 26 October 2026 we read every vendor's own pricing page and worked out what one person and a three-person team would pay each month.

Short answer

How much do LinkedIn automation tools cost?

On the vendors' own pages on 26 October 2026, entry prices ran from €19 to US$199 a month per seat or LinkedIn account, and most sat between US$49 and US$100. For a founder or small team, Bingle is our pick at US$49 a month (US$490 a year), because that price also covers finding and ranking the leads, and its Agency plan covers three LinkedIn accounts for US$149. Waalaxy's €19 needs yearly billing, and HeyReach and Dripify charge US$79 per account month to month.

Six tools that show the main ways LinkedIn automation is priced

The full twelve-tool price table follows this list. These six each stand for a different billing model, priced from their own sites on 26 October 2026.

How we compared

On 26 October 2026 (AEDT) we downloaded the pricing pages of the eleven other tools here and LinkedIn's Sales Navigator plans page, and read the visible prices plus the scripts and structured data behind them. We didn't buy any plan, so tax at checkout is unchecked. A$ figures use the Reserve Bank of Australia's rate for 23 October 2026, and Bingle's prices come from its own pricing file.

We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Waalaxy

The lowest entry price, if you pay a year upfront · From €19/user/mo on yearly billing; 14-day trial

Waalaxy prices each user, in euros. Its pricing page opens on the Yearly tab, which is marked -50%, and shows Pro at €19 a user a month with 300 invitations a month. Advanced is €49 with 800 invitations, and Business is €69, the only plan with cold email sequences and 500 Email Finder credits.

The FAQ says annual plans save up to 50% with a single upfront payment. The monthly-billing prices are worked out in the browser and weren't readable on 26 October 2026. A LinkedIn Inbox add-on is €20 a month.

Watch out for: The €19 figure is a yearly-billing price, so a month-to-month buyer pays more than the page first shows. The page's structured data lists different figures in US dollars, which adds to the confusion.

2. Dripify

One seat per rep, with email in every plan · From US$79/user/mo, or US$59 billed annually

Dripify is the plainest per-seat model here. Its FAQ says each seat connects one LinkedIn account, so a team of five reps needs five seats. Pro is US$79 a month or US$59 a month billed annually, and Advanced, which adds team management and A/B testing, is US$99 or US$79.

Every paid plan includes LinkedIn and email sequences and 100 email finder credits a month, which don't roll over. Extra credits cost US$29 for 1,000 up to US$99 for 10,000. The 7-day trial needs no card and charges nothing when it ends.

Watch out for: The page advertises up to 35% off annually, but on Pro the saving is 25% (US$59 against US$79). The visible prices carry only a $ sign; the page's structured data names US dollars.

3. HeyReach

Many LinkedIn senders and free teammates · From US$79/mo per sender; 14-day trial, no card

HeyReach bills per sender, meaning each LinkedIn account you connect, and its FAQ says it doesn't charge for teammates, VAs or clients. Growth is US$79 a sender a month, US$72 on quarterly billing or US$64 a month (US$759 a year) on yearly billing. Its help centre lists US$59 a sender once you reach 10.

Bundles take over at volume: Agency is US$999 a month for 25 senders and Unlimited is US$2,999 for up to 300. The help centre says its prices are in US dollars with no VAT included, and that VAT is added by country unless you give a valid VAT number.

Watch out for: Growth's 100 enrichment credits per sender are a one-time allowance, not monthly. Leads come in through imports and integrations such as Clay, RB2B and HubSpot, so any cost of building the list sits outside this price.

4. La Growth Machine

LinkedIn and email from one identity · From €60/mo per identity (€50 billed annually)

La Growth Machine bills per identity, which its page defines as one person whose LinkedIn and email accounts run campaigns. Invited members who only answer replies are free. The price script on its pricing page sets Basic at €60 a month (US$70) or €50 on annual billing (US$60), Pro at €120 (US$135), and the top plan at €180 (US$195).

Basic covers LinkedIn and email, 250 enriched leads a month, one sending mailbox per identity and three team members, with a cap of three identities. Pro adds calls and imports of people who liked or commented on a post or attended an event. The 14-day trial needs no card but gives you one identity.

Watch out for: The page opens on the annual euro price, not the monthly one. A team of four or more has to move up to Pro.

5. Gojiberry

Two LinkedIn accounts and email in one plan · From US$99/mo per user; 7-day trial

Gojiberry has one core plan, called Pro on its home page, at US$99 a month. Its help centre says that plan connects up to two LinkedIn accounts and includes two AI agents, 200 credits a month and email waterfall enrichment, and the home page lists up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month. Invoices are in US dollars.

A third LinkedIn account comes with an extra AI Outreach Agent at US$59 a month, and each additional user with their own login is US$99. Billing saves 10% quarterly or 20% annually. gojiberry.ai/pricing returned a 404 on 26 October 2026; the plan sits on the home page.

Watch out for: The 7-day trial collects a payment method at sign-up and turns into a paid plan unless you cancel. The help centre doesn't say whether the yearly discount covers add-ons.

6. Bingle

Founders and small teams who want the leads found as well as messaged · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo

Bingle prices by plan rather than by seat. Starter is US$49 a month for one LinkedIn account, Growth is US$79 with every signal Bingle watches (up to 25 at once) and unlimited sequences, and Agency is US$149 for up to three LinkedIn accounts. Any plan can add another LinkedIn account for US$29 a month, and annual billing is 10 months for 12: US$490, US$790 or US$1,490 a year.

The price covers the prospecting as well as the sending. Bingle watches LinkedIn for buying signals such as profile views, engagement with competitors' posts, job changes, hiring and funding, ranks people by fit and timing with the reason shown, and drafts each message in your voice for your OK. It sends from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, never sees your LinkedIn password, and works inside Claude and ChatGPT on every plan.

Watch out for: It is LinkedIn only, with no email steps, contact database or white label. Its pricing doesn't say whether the US$29 extra account gets the annual discount, and once billing opens Starter is planned to cover 10 signals, 25 new ranked leads a day and one active sequence.

Our pick

For a founder or a small team selling from one to three LinkedIn profiles, Bingle is our pick. At one account it is US$49 a month against US$79 for Dripify Pro or HeyReach Growth on monthly billing, and at three accounts the Agency plan is US$149 against US$237 for three Dripify or HeyReach seats. Bingle's price also covers finding the people with a reason to talk now and writing each message for your approval.

The trial is 7 days with the full product and no card, so the first bill only comes if you choose a plan. If you need email in the same sequence, Bingle won't cover that.

Entry prices for 12 tools on 26 October 2026

Each row is the cheapest paid plan as the vendor's own pricing page showed it on 26 October 2026, in the currency the page uses. Where a page shows only a $ sign without naming the currency, we've written $ rather than guess. US$ means the vendor named US dollars on the page, in its structured data or in its help centre.

All twelve had a readable entry price, so none were dropped, but four figures were missing. Waalaxy computes its monthly-billing price in the browser, Meet Alfred's monthly and quarterly calculator showed $00 placeholders, Aimfox shows a yearly toggle without the yearly figure, and Skylead's annual plan is a Let's talk button. Valley's was the only one of the twelve pages to say when its prices last changed: 19 October 2026.

For Australian buyers: at the Reserve Bank of Australia's rate for 23 October 2026 (A$1 = US$0.7006 = €0.6250), US$49 is about A$70, US$79 about A$113, US$99 about A$141, US$199 about A$284, €19 about A$30 and €60 about A$96. These are approximate. Your card's rate, any foreign transaction fee and GST will move the real number.

Per seat, per sender, per identity: what you're paying for

The unit on the price tag decides how the bill grows. Read the FAQ before the headline, because two tools with the same US$79 can charge for different things.

  • Per user or per seat (Waalaxy, Meet Alfred, Dripify, Expandi, Aimfox, Valley, Skylead): every person who runs campaigns pays. At Dripify one seat is one LinkedIn account, so seats and accounts move together.
  • Per sender or per LinkedIn account (HeyReach, SalesRobot): you pay for each connected profile. HeyReach doesn't charge for teammates, VAs or clients, so an agency with eight staff and four client profiles pays for four.
  • Per identity (La Growth Machine): one person's LinkedIn plus their sending mailboxes. Invited members who only reply are free, and Basic includes three team members.
  • Per plan with accounts included (Bingle, Gojiberry): Gojiberry's US$99 plan connects two LinkedIn accounts, and Bingle's Agency plan covers three for US$149, with extra accounts at a set monthly price on each.

Per-sender pricing suits an agency that runs many client profiles from one team. Per-seat pricing suits a sales team where each rep owns one profile. A plan with accounts included makes the second and third profile cheaper than the first: Bingle's three-account Agency plan works out at US$49.67 an account.

Worked monthly cost for 1 person and a 3-person team

La Growth Machine Basic€60 (US$70)€50 (US$60)€180 (US$210)€150 (US$180)

Two rows need a note. Gojiberry's US$158 is its two-account plan plus one AI Outreach Agent at US$59, which brings a third LinkedIn account under one login; if each person wants their own login, the help centre prices an additional user at US$99. Bingle's Agency plan is the three-account figure; its pricing doesn't say whether the US$29 extra-account add-on is also discounted on annual billing.

For a three-person team on monthly billing, Bingle's Agency plan at US$149 is about A$213, against US$237 (about A$338) for three Dripify or HeyReach seats. Aimfox's three seats come to about the same ($147), and Waalaxy, Meet Alfred and SalesRobot cost less on yearly billing. Bingle's figure also covers watching for signals and ranking the people, so weigh what each plan does as well as its price.

How much annual billing saves

Most vendors discount a longer commitment, but by less than the badges suggest. These savings are worked from the list prices where a page shows both figures.

Waalaxy and Expandi both say the discount comes with paying upfront, and Gojiberry's refund policy says every processed payment is final. Commit to a year only after the trial has shown you'll keep using the tool.

Sales Navigator is a separate bill

None of these prices include LinkedIn Sales Navigator. LinkedIn's plans page, updated 27 September 2026, lists Core at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year (A$154.99 or A$1,499.88), and Advanced at US$159.99 or US$1,799.88. It notes the figures may exclude GST. LinkedIn's help centre says Core includes alerts on leads and accounts, while Buyer Intent signals start at Advanced.

Some tools work with or without it. Meet Alfred keeps Sales Navigator support off its US$29 Individual plan and adds it on Business, and La Growth Machine imports leads from basic LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator. Bingle connects with your ordinary LinkedIn sign-in, and its plans don't list Sales Navigator.

If you do stack them, the sum gets large quickly. Sales Navigator Core plus HeyReach Growth on monthly billing is US$198.99 a month for one person, and Core plus Bingle Starter is US$168.99. Our Sales Navigator pricing post covers every plan, and is Sales Navigator worth it for a small business asks whether you need it at all.

What to check before you pay

  1. Card at sign-up. Dripify, HeyReach, Aimfox, SalesRobot, La Growth Machine and Bingle say their trials need no card. Valley requires a payment method, and Gojiberry collects one and converts to paid after 7 days unless you cancel.
  2. Trial length. Waalaxy, HeyReach, Aimfox, SalesRobot and La Growth Machine give 14 days; Expandi, Dripify, Gojiberry, Valley, Skylead and Bingle give 7. Meet Alfred's page didn't say.
  3. Tax. HeyReach adds VAT by country without a valid VAT number, Expandi says taxes vary by country, and LinkedIn's prices may exclude GST. Check your first invoice.
  4. Credits. Dripify's email credits reset monthly and don't roll over; HeyReach's are a one-time allowance; Valley lists no credits on Starter.
  5. What happens at three. La Growth Machine Basic stops at three identities, Meet Alfred's Teams plan starts at three seats, and Bingle's Agency plan covers three LinkedIn accounts.

Bingle's plans and limits are on the pricing page, the side-by-side pages are on the comparison hub, and our HeyReach pricing and Gojiberry pricing posts go deeper on those two.

Questions

What is the cheapest LinkedIn automation tool?

On the pages we read on 26 October 2026, Waalaxy Pro at €19 a user a month and Meet Alfred Individual at US$29 a month were cheapest, but both figures need yearly billing. Of the monthly prices we could read, Bingle Starter (US$49) and Aimfox ($49) were lowest.

Do LinkedIn automation tools charge per user or per LinkedIn account?

Both models exist. Dripify, Expandi and Waalaxy charge per seat or user, HeyReach and SalesRobot charge per LinkedIn account, La Growth Machine charges per identity, and Bingle and Gojiberry include accounts in a plan.

Do I need Sales Navigator to use a LinkedIn automation tool?

Not for most. Some tools add Sales Navigator features on higher plans, and Bingle connects with your ordinary LinkedIn sign-in. Core costs US$119.99 a month extra if you want it.

Is annual billing worth it for LinkedIn automation?

Only after a trial. On the entry plans we checked, annual billing saved between 16.7% and 34%, and it usually means paying the year upfront.

Do these prices include GST?

Mostly not stated. HeyReach says its prices exclude VAT, Expandi says taxes vary by country, and LinkedIn says its prices may exclude GST, so check the invoice before you budget.
