Expandi alternatives for agencies and solo users, priced per LinkedIn account

Expandi charges per LinkedIn account, and its white label sits behind a sales call at 10 seats or more. That's fine for one account and gets expensive at ten. This post works out what each alternative costs as you add accounts, who offers white label, and where a solo user can pay less, with every price read from the vendor's own site on 24 October 2026.

Short answer

What are the best Expandi alternatives?

For teams that want each message timed to a LinkedIn buying signal and approved before it goes, Bingle is our pick, from US$49 a month or US$149 for three accounts, against Expandi's US$99 per account. Agencies running many accounts pay less per account with HeyReach (US$999 a month for 25 senders, white label included), Skylead or Kanbox's agency plans. For one low-cost account, Emelia, Linked Helper and SalesRobot cost less than Expandi.

Prices are each site's entry price on monthly billing unless we say otherwise. The table after the list works out 1, 3 and 10 accounts.

How we compared

We read each tool's own pricing, product and help pages on 24 October 2026 and kept only what those pages say, with links under Sources. We didn't run paid trials, so check anything that matters to you on a free trial before you buy.

We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. HeyReach

Agencies with 10 to 300 LinkedIn senders · From US$79/mo per sender; Agency US$999/mo for 25

HeyReach's pricing is built for agencies. Agency is US$999 a month for 25 senders (about US$40 each) or US$1,399 for 50, and both include one white-label brand with your own domain. Unlimited is US$2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders. It charges for senders only, so clients, VAs and teammates cost nothing extra.

Day to day it's built for volume: sends rotate across accounts, every reply lands in one inbox where you can answer on a colleague's behalf, and email goes out through native Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison integrations. For a handful of senders, Growth is US$79 per sender a month, and its FAQ says the entry plan gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy.

Watch out for: Its FAQ says the Agency and Unlimited plans require your own proxies (it offers a custom solution if you'd rather not manage them), so budget for those. Email needs a second tool. Our HeyReach alternatives post covers its weak spots.

2. Skylead

Agencies that want LinkedIn and unlimited email in one seat · US$100/mo per seat; Agency from US$999/mo for 25 seats

Skylead's single plan, All-in-one, is US$100 per seat a month and includes LinkedIn automation plus unlimited email accounts and up to 100,000 emails a month. That makes it the closest feature match to Expandi: invites, messages and InMail, with if/else branches on what each lead does, an email finder and image and GIF personalisation.

The Agency plan is shown at US$999 a month for 25 seats under a first-year promotion, or US$1,999 for unlimited seats, with an agency dashboard, a shared inbox for client conversations and client roles. White label is an option, priced per agreement.

Watch out for: At 1 to 9 accounts it costs the same or slightly more than Expandi per seat. The first-year promotion means the Agency price may rise at renewal, so ask what year two costs.

3. Bingle

Small agencies and founders who want timing over volume · From US$49/mo; US$149/mo for 3 accounts

Expandi runs whatever list you give it. Bingle decides who's worth a message first. It watches LinkedIn for buying signals (engagement with competitors' and influencers' posts, engagement with your posts, profile views, job changes, hiring, funding, events), scores each person against the ideal customer you set, and shows why they're worth contacting today. For a client account that means a shorter list of people with a reason to hear from you.

Each message is written from the lead's own signal and waits for your approval unless you turn review off for that sequence. It sends from each connected LinkedIn account in your working hours, and pauses everything for a day if LinkedIn pushes back. The Agency plan is US$149 a month for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts, and any extra account is US$29 a month, so 10 accounts come to US$352. You can also run it from Claude or ChatGPT.

Watch out for: No white label: clients see Bingle's name. No email steps, InMail or client reporting, and no self-serve CRM integration, so it doesn't suit selling white-labelled outreach to dozens of clients. The full comparison is on Bingle vs Expandi.

4. SalesRobot

Agencies that want to resell under their own brand · From US$59/mo per LinkedIn account, or US$39 billed annually

SalesRobot combines LinkedIn and cold email, sends voice notes and video on LinkedIn, and has an AI appointment setter that replies to leads for you. Its site says it runs in the cloud with a dedicated IP for each LinkedIn account. It runs a white-label program: your colours and branding on a subdomain you pick, set up at no extra cost, with a lower price per seat as you add clients.

Pricing is per LinkedIn account. Basic is US$59 a month (US$39 billed annually) but limited to one active campaign; team management needs Professional at US$99 a month (US$79 annually). The 14-day trial needs no card.

Watch out for: White-label prices aren't published. At list prices, 3 to 10 accounts on Professional cost the same as Expandi, so the case rests on that white-label quote. See Bingle vs SalesRobot.

5. Kanbox

Agencies with 5 to 30 accounts on a tight budget · From US$20/mo; Agency 10 US$399/mo for 5 to 10 accounts

Kanbox prices agencies in bands rather than per seat. Agency 10 covers 5 to 10 LinkedIn accounts for US$399 a month (US$279 billed annually), and the page's Agency 30 tab, for 11 to 30 accounts, shows US$749 a month. Account managers can work client accounts without the client sharing their LinkedIn password, and each account gets a tagged inbox and Kanban pipelines.

It's lighter than Expandi on sequencing: Agency plans run 5 campaigns at a time. The trial is 15 days with no card.

Watch out for: No white label on its site, and the Agency plans list bring-your-own proxies, so ask whether any are included. Its site describes an email finder but not email sending steps.

6. Linked Helper

The lowest cost per account, run from your own machines · From US$15/mo per LinkedIn account

If cost per account is the only number that matters, Linked Helper wins: US$15 a month per LinkedIn account on Standard, with 10% off at 10 to 19 licences and up to 45% off for paying 12 months ahead. The discounts multiply. Agencies get a separate workspace per client with its own data, and a Guest role so a client can watch without touching anything.

The catch is that it's desktop software. Campaigns run on your computer or a server you manage, which is the opposite of Expandi's hosted setup with an IP per account.

Watch out for: Standard limits invitations and nine other advanced actions to 20 a day per account; lifting that means Pro, listed at US$45 a month. No white label is mentioned. You own the uptime.

7. Emelia

Solo users and small agencies wanting LinkedIn plus cold email · From US$37/mo for 1 LinkedIn account

Emelia bundles accounts into its plans: Start is US$37 a month for one LinkedIn account and 3 mailboxes, Grow US$97 for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts, and Scale US$297 for up to 10 LinkedIn accounts with unlimited mailboxes. Each extra LinkedIn account is US$29 a month. At 10 accounts that's under a third of Expandi's list price.

Campaigns mix email and LinkedIn steps, warm-up is included, and AI sorts and drafts replies for you to check. The trial is 7 days with no card.

Watch out for: Its site doesn't mention white label or client reporting, and says little about how LinkedIn sending is protected. Ask both before you connect client accounts.

8. Waalaxy

Solo users happy to pay yearly · From €19/user/mo on yearly billing

On yearly billing Waalaxy is cheap: €19 per user a month for Pro, €49 for Advanced and €69 for Business, which adds cold email. Its agency page says each client gets their own account inside your workspace, and discounts start at 5 licences.

The 14-day trial needs a credit card. Our Waalaxy alternatives post covers it in full.

Watch out for: Its agency page answers the white-label question directly: "No, we don't offer white-label." On monthly billing, its help centre gives Business a standard price of €139 a month.

Our pick

Expandi is good at running rule-based campaigns at volume. Bingle is our pick when timing matters more than volume: it starts from a signal, such as a comment on a competitor's post or a new job, writes the message about it, and costs half of Expandi's per-account price on Starter.

Agencies selling white-labelled outreach should look at the per-sender tools above.

What Expandi charges, and where the costs climb

Expandi's pricing page has one self-serve plan, Business, at US$99 a month, or US$79 a month paid a year upfront. Its FAQ is explicit that this is per account: "Expandi costs 99 USD per account per month." Image and GIF personalisation and Sendspark video are paid add-ons with no published price.

Agency is a custom plan from 10 seats, through sales. It adds roles and permissions, client reports, template sharing, a success manager and white label. Its help centre's white-label section has articles on your own colours, a Stripe integration, reseller voucher codes and SMTP setup. You just can't see the price before you talk to them.

Two limits matter for agencies: its help centre caps each account at 15 active campaigns and 5,000 leads per campaign. What you get for the money is real, though: every account gets its own dedicated data-centre IP in the country you choose, with your own proxy as an option.

Cost per LinkedIn account at 1, 3 and 10 accounts

Monthly billing, cheapest plan that covers the job, before tax. For Expandi at 10 accounts we show list price; 10 seats is where its custom Agency pricing starts, so a quote may come in lower.

Past 10 accounts the order changes again. At 25 accounts HeyReach's Agency plan is about US$40 per account with white label in the price, Skylead's promotional Agency plan is the same US$999, Kanbox's Agency 30 is US$749, and Emelia's Scale plus 15 extra accounts comes to US$732. Bingle would come to US$787 at 25 accounts with extra-account add-ons, which is less than HeyReach, but with no white label and only 3 accounts in its biggest plan it isn't the natural pick at that size.

Does your agency actually need white label?

White label matters when the client logs in. If you sell a done-for-you service and send clients a monthly report, they never see the tool, and paying extra to rebrand it buys little. If clients log in to approve messages or read their inbox, branding starts to matter, and so does whether they can see only their own account.

  1. Count how many clients actually log in today. If it's none, compare on cost per account and reply handling, not branding.
  2. If they do log in, check what the white label covers: domain, colours, help centre, emails from the tool, and billing. Expandi's help centre covers colours, Stripe and SMTP; SalesRobot's covers a subdomain and in-app support under your brand; HeyReach includes one brand with its own domain on Agency.
  3. Ask for the white-label price in writing for your account count now and at twice that.
  4. Check what happens to the client's data and conversations if they leave you.

LinkedIn's rules apply per account, not per agency

Each client's LinkedIn profile carries its own risk. LinkedIn's invitation limit page says a restriction typically lasts a week and that LinkedIn can't remove or shorten it, so one over-pushed client account goes quiet for a week whatever tool you use. Its prohibited software page says it doesn't permit third-party software that automates activity on the site, and accounts using it risk being restricted or shut down.

So the practical checks are about each account: can you set limits per account, does a new account start slow, does the tool stop when LinkedIn pushes back, and are client sign-ins kept in one place. In Bingle, a newly connected account starts lower and ramps up, everything pauses for a day if LinkedIn pushes back, and the user guide asks you to sign in to LinkedIn from one place at a time. For the numbers vendors quote, see LinkedIn's connection request limit.

Before you move client accounts

  • Export each client's leads and campaign history from Expandi first, while you still have access
  • Move one client account first and run it for a full week before moving the rest
  • Check where the new tool's sending IP comes from, and whether you must bring your own proxies
  • Check that a client can see only their own account and inbox
  • Work out the price at your account count in 12 months, including any promotion ending
  • Confirm whether the trial needs a card and what it turns into

Questions

How much does Expandi cost per account?

US$99 per LinkedIn account a month on monthly billing, or US$79 a month paid annually upfront. Agency pricing for 10 or more seats is custom and set through sales.

Does Expandi offer white label?

Yes, on its Agency plan, which starts at 10 seats and is priced on request. Its help centre has white-label articles on custom colours, a Stripe integration, reseller voucher codes and SMTP.

What is the cheapest Expandi alternative for agencies?

Per account, Linked Helper (US$15, desktop software) is cheapest. Among cloud tools at 10 accounts, Emelia Scale (US$297) is cheapest, then Bingle (US$352) and Kanbox Agency 10 (US$399); at 25 accounts, HeyReach Agency (US$999) is the cheapest with white label included.

Is HeyReach better than Expandi?

For many senders, HeyReach is cheaper per account and includes white label on its Agency plan. Expandi offers more in one tool: email from your own mailbox, InMail, a dedicated IP per account and image personalisation.

Does Expandi's free trial need a credit card?

Expandi's lead generation page says "no credit card required", and its pricing page says you're only charged once you decide to use it after the 7-day trial. Check at signup, as the pricing page itself doesn't mention a card.

Can Bingle replace Expandi for an agency?

For a small agency running up to a handful of LinkedIn accounts that wants each message timed to a buying signal and approved first, yes. For white label, email steps, InMail or dozens of client accounts, no; HeyReach, Skylead or Expandi itself fit better.
