Short answer

What are the best HeyReach alternatives?

For a founder or small team on one to three LinkedIn accounts, Bingle is our pick: it chooses leads from buying signals and writes each message for your OK, from US$49 a month, or US$149 for three accounts. Salesforge is the closest like-for-like swap for volume senders, with unlimited LinkedIn senders on its US$80 a month Growth plan, and Skylead and Expandi offer white label. Agencies running 25 or more senders through Clay and a cold email tool usually do best staying on HeyReach.

How we compared

We read each tool's own pricing, product and help pages on 25 October 2026 and kept only what those pages say, with links under Sources. We didn't run paid trials, so check anything that matters to you on a free trial before you buy.

We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Salesforge

Teams that want unlimited senders plus cold email · From US$40/mo; Growth US$80/mo

Salesforge comes closest to HeyReach's own pitch. Its Growth plan is US$80 a month and lists unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited mailboxes and unlimited users, plus 50,000 emails a month. Email is native, so you don't need the Instantly or Smartlead subscription HeyReach leans on for multichannel. Replies from both channels land in one inbox it calls Primebox.

The catch is in the credits. Growth includes 1,000 social action credits a month, and those pay for profile views, connection requests and messages. Salesforge's own pricing page says one LinkedIn profile at full capacity needs 400 to 500 social actions a month, so the included credits cover about two busy senders. You buy more in the app. The Pro plan at US$40 a month allows one LinkedIn sender.

Watch out for: Unlimited senders, limited actions. Work out your monthly connection requests and messages across every account before you compare it with HeyReach's flat Agency price.

2. Skylead

Agencies that want flat pricing and white label · From US$100/mo per seat

Skylead's agency offer reads like a reply to HeyReach. On its pricing page, a first-year promotion prices 25 seats at US$999 a month and unlimited seats at US$1,999 a month. That includes an agency dashboard across clients, one inbox for all client conversations, client roles, risk alerts and a white-label option. HeyReach's own unlimited plan is US$2,999 a month.

Single seats are US$100 a month and come with email built in: unlimited email accounts, 100,000 emails a month and an email finder and verifier. LinkedIn steps include paid and free InMails and a LinkedIn warm-up. It syncs with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce. Annual billing is 10 months for 12, and the trial is 7 days.

Watch out for: The US$999 and US$1,999 agency prices are labelled a first-year promotion. The page doesn't say what you pay in year two, so get that in writing.

3. Bingle

Founders and small teams on 1 to 3 LinkedIn accounts · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo

Bingle starts one step before HeyReach does. HeyReach expects you to bring a list from Sales Navigator, Clay or a CSV. Bingle builds the list itself by watching LinkedIn for buying signals: people liking or commenting on a competitor's or influencer's posts, engaging with yours, viewing your profile, changing jobs, or working at a company that is hiring, raised money or is going to an event. Each lead is ranked by fit and timing, with the reason shown.

Messages are written from that lead's signal in your voice and wait for your OK unless you switch review off for a sequence. Sends go from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, spaced through the day, and a new account starts low and ramps up. Starter is US$49 a month for one account. Agency is US$149 a month for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts, and any plan can add another account for US$29 a month.

Watch out for: It is LinkedIn only: no email sequences, no contact database and no white label. There is no self-serve CRM integration either; it connects to Claude and ChatGPT instead. Approving each message is the point of it, and that gets slow across many client profiles.

4. Expandi

Agencies that need client reporting and per-account IPs · US$99/mo per account (US$79 billed yearly)

Expandi prices per LinkedIn account: US$99 a month, or US$79 a month paid yearly, with a 7-day trial that its pricing FAQ says won't charge you. Each account gets a dedicated IP in a country you choose and an automatic warm-up. Sequences can mix connection requests, LinkedIn messages and email follow-ups from your own mailbox.

Its Agency plan starts at 10 seats and is priced on request. It adds roles and permissions, central campaign management, reports you can share with clients and "Use Expandi under your own brand". If your agency sells reporting as much as replies, that part is better developed than in most tools here. See Bingle vs Expandi for a side-by-side.

Watch out for: Per-account pricing gets expensive fast: 25 accounts at the monthly rate is US$2,475, against US$999 on HeyReach's Agency plan. Expandi also markets a Mobile Connector campaign as a way past outreach limits, which carries its own account risk.

5. La Growth Machine

Teams running LinkedIn, email and calls in one flow · From €50/mo per identity billed yearly (€60 monthly)

La Growth Machine bills per "identity", a profile that runs campaigns. Its pricing page says you don't need an identity to answer replies, so a teammate who only works the inbox costs nothing. Basic is €60 a month per identity, or €50 on yearly billing, for LinkedIn and email with up to 3 identities. Pro is €120 a month, or €100 yearly, and removes the identity cap.

Pro adds imports of LinkedIn intent data (post likers, commenters and event attendees), a combined LinkedIn and email inbox, automatic social warming such as likes, follows and profile visits, and Zapier, Make, Clay and API connections. AI-generated voice messages and an AI writing assistant come on every plan. The page also lists US dollar prices, from US$60 a month yearly.

Watch out for: At €100 to €120 per identity a month on Pro, it costs more per sender than HeyReach Growth. Agency deals need at least 6 identities and go through sales.

6. lemlist

Email-first teams adding LinkedIn steps · From US$55/mo billed yearly; Multichannel US$87/mo

lemlist is an email tool first that also runs LinkedIn. Its Multichannel plan is US$109 per user a month, or US$87 billed yearly, and covers LinkedIn visits, follows, invites, text and voice messages and InMail alongside email, SMS and a dialer. The comparison table lists AI reply intent detection, AI-generated replies and AI-personalised LinkedIn voice notes.

It also sells buying-intent signals as an add-on, 100 signals for US$29 a month or US$21 yearly, and has a 650M+ lead database with email and phone finding. If your team already lives in lemlist for cold email, adding LinkedIn there can be simpler than keeping HeyReach and syncing two tools.

Watch out for: Pricing is per user, and the page says "5 senders per user" without saying whether that counts LinkedIn accounts. Ask before you plan an agency's worth of profiles on it.

Our pick

HeyReach is built to push large lists through many sender accounts. If what you want is more replies from fewer messages, Bingle is the better tool: it decides who to contact from what they just did on LinkedIn, writes to that moment, and lets you approve each message before it goes.

For agencies whose business is volume across dozens of client profiles, a per-sender tool still fits better.

What HeyReach costs in October 2026

HeyReach's pricing page leads with "Unlimited senders, one flat monthly fee". That holds on the top plan. The entry plan is priced per sender. A sender is one LinkedIn account; teammates, VAs and clients cost nothing. Prices below are monthly billing in US dollars.

PlanMonthly priceSendersNotable inclusions
GrowthUS$79 per sender (US$64 yearly)Any number, each billedUnified inbox, workspaces, API and webhooks, MCP server, 100 enrichment credits per sender

UnlimitedUS$2,999Capped at 300 under a fair-use policy3,000 enrichment credits, extra white-label brands at US$500 each
Done for youCustomn/aHeyReach staff run your outbound, including an inbox manager

The break-even is easy to work out. Growth drops from US$79 to US$59 a sender once you reach 10, so 10 senders cost US$590 a month and 16 cost US$944. Seventeen cost US$1,003, more than the US$999 Agency bundle, so Agency wins from 17 accounts up (checked on heyreach.io on 25 Oct 2026). At 25 senders Agency works out near US$40 per account, and at 50 near US$28. Under 10 senders you are paying US$79 each, which is why most of the alternatives above look cheaper for small teams. Our HeyReach pricing post has the full worked table.

Two things are easy to miss. HeyReach doesn't send email itself; multichannel runs through its native Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison integrations, which are separate subscriptions. And its FAQ says the entry plan comes with a dedicated residential proxy per sender, while Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own, though its agencies page says you can use theirs. Ask which applies before you sign.

Who should stay on HeyReach

Plenty of teams are better off where they are. HeyReach is built for volume across many accounts, and at that job its price is hard to beat. Stay if most of these are true:

  • You run 13 or more LinkedIn senders, where HeyReach's Agency bundle beats paying US$79 to US$100 per account.
  • Your lists already come from Clay, RB2B or Sales Navigator, and you don't need the tool to find people for you.
  • Cold email runs in Instantly or Smartlead and you just need LinkedIn to sit next to it.
  • Clients log in to a white-labelled app on your domain, and you want separate workspaces with free seats for every client and VA.
  • You want LinkedIn activity written to HubSpot contacts automatically.

Look elsewhere if you run one to five accounts and pay US$79 for each, if you'd rather have leads picked from what people are doing on LinkedIn than imported, or if you want email in the same tool. If you were feeding HeyReach from Trigify, note that Trigify's standalone app closed on 22 October 2026, though HeyReach's pricing page still lists it as an integration. Our Trigify alternative page covers what to use instead.

What 1, 3, 10 and 25 LinkedIn accounts cost

List prices at monthly billing, worked out from each pricing page on 24 October 2026. Yearly billing is cheaper on every tool. Salesforge's figure is the plan price before any extra action credits you may need.

25US$999 (Agency)US$80 plus extra creditsUS$999 (first-year promotion)Agency pricing on requestUS$787 (Agency plus 22 extra accounts)

For a solo founder the gap is US$30 to US$60 a month and the bigger question is what the tool does for you. For a three-person team each running their own profile, Bingle's Agency plan at US$149 and Salesforge Growth at US$80 both come in well under HeyReach's US$237. From 17 accounts up, HeyReach's Agency bundle is the price to beat among tools that bill a bundle. Bingle stays cheaper on paper at 25 accounts, but it is built for people who read and approve each message, which few agencies do across 25 profiles, and it has no white label. See our pricing page for Bingle's plans and the agency guide for how we think about client work.

What to check before you move senders

Switching tools is where accounts get flagged, because a profile suddenly signs in from a new place and starts sending at full speed. Work through this on the trial, one account first:

  1. Export from HeyReach first: lead lists, campaign copy, tags and any blacklist. Pause campaigns before the new tool starts, so no one gets messaged twice.
  2. Ask how the new tool connects each account: its own proxy, a fixed IP in your country, or your own. Moving from HeyReach's static residential proxies to a shared IP is a real change.
  3. Sign in to LinkedIn from one place at a time while you switch. Several sign-ins close together can make LinkedIn ask questions.
  4. Start each moved account at low daily volume and ramp up over a week or two, even if it was sending at full volume on HeyReach.
  5. Check how replies arrive. If a client's private messages showed in a shared inbox before, confirm the new tool keeps them separate.
  6. Get per-account limits and any overage costs in writing, especially on credit-based or promotional pricing.

Vendors don't agree on what LinkedIn allows, and LinkedIn doesn't publish one number. HeyReach's own blog puts the weekly ceiling at roughly 100 invitations. Our post on the LinkedIn connection request limit goes through what is known. Questions

Does HeyReach really have unlimited senders?

Only on its Unlimited plan, which is US$2,999 a month and capped at 300 senders under a fair-use policy. Growth is US$79 per sender a month, and Agency is US$999 for 25 senders or US$1,399 for 50.

Does HeyReach send cold email?

Not by itself. It runs multichannel campaigns through native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, which you pay for separately, and it can find verified emails using enrichment credits.

Does HeyReach have a free trial?

Yes. Its pricing FAQ describes a 14-day trial with no card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts on the entry plan, and a 30-day trial on request for Agency and Unlimited.

Did LinkedIn ban HeyReach?

LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted the profiles of four of its executives on 25 March 2026, according to HeyReach's own blog. HeyReach says customer accounts and campaigns were not affected and the product kept running.

What is the cheapest HeyReach alternative for many LinkedIn accounts?

Salesforge Growth, at US$80 a month with unlimited LinkedIn senders, is cheapest on paper. It includes 1,000 social action credits a month, which Salesforge says covers about two profiles at full capacity, so budget for extra credits.

Can Bingle replace HeyReach for an agency?

For a small agency running up to 3 client profiles, yes: the Agency plan is US$149 a month and extra accounts are US$29 each. It has no white label or email, so larger agencies selling branded outbound across many clients should stay on HeyReach or look at Skylead.
