Waalaxy alternatives in 2026: what to use instead, and what each costs

Waalaxy is cheap on a yearly plan and quick to start with. People leave because the €19 price is the yearly rate, the trial asks for a card, cold email sits on the top plan, or they want fewer, better-timed messages. Here are the tools worth a look, priced from each one's own site on 24 October 2026.

Short answer

What are the best Waalaxy alternatives in 2026?

If you'd rather message people at a buying moment than work through imported lists, Bingle is our pick: it watches LinkedIn for signals, ranks who to contact and writes each message for your OK, from US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card. For LinkedIn plus cold email in one tool, look at lemlist, La Growth Machine or Emelia, and for LinkedIn campaigns from your own lists, Dripify, Kanbox or Linked Helper. HeyReach and Expandi suit many sending accounts.

How we compared

We read each tool's own pricing, product and help pages on 24 October 2026 and kept only what those pages say, with links under Sources. We didn't run paid trials, so check anything that matters to you on a free trial before you buy.

We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Dripify

Simple LinkedIn and email drip campaigns · From US$79/mo per user, or US$59 billed annually

Dripify is the closest like-for-like swap. It runs in the cloud with no Chrome extension, and its campaigns mix LinkedIn steps with email, with 100 email finder credits included. Its FAQ says sending is hard-capped at 75 connection requests and 150 messages a day.

The Pro plan is US$79 per user a month on monthly billing or US$59 billed annually. Team management needs Advanced at US$99, or US$79 billed annually. It connects to HubSpot, Zapier and Make, and lists an open API and an MCP server. The trial is 7 days with no card.

Watch out for: On monthly billing it costs more than Waalaxy's yearly-rate Pro, and team features push you to the US$99 plan. Its daily caps are Dripify's own numbers: LinkedIn doesn't publish one.

2. Expandi

Branching LinkedIn, InMail and email sequences · US$99/mo per account, or US$79 billed annually

Expandi is a step up in control. Every account gets a dedicated IP in a country you choose, and campaigns branch on what each lead does across LinkedIn, InMail and email from your own mailbox. It syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.

There is one self-serve plan, Business, at US$99 per LinkedIn account a month, or US$79 billed annually. Agency plans start at 10 seats, are priced through sales and include white label. Its lead generation page says the 7-day trial needs no card.

Watch out for: It's the dearest single-seat option here on monthly billing, and the agency pricing isn't published. More on it in Bingle vs Expandi and our Expandi alternatives post.

3. Bingle

Fewer, better-timed LinkedIn messages · From US$49/mo after 7 days free, no card

Waalaxy mostly works from lists you import. Bingle starts from a moment. It watches LinkedIn for buying signals, such as people liking or commenting on a competitor's or influencer's posts, engaging with your own posts, viewing your profile, starting a new role, or working at a company that is hiring, raising a round or heading to an event. Everyone it finds is scored against your ideal customer, and each lead shows the signal, when it happened and a link to it.

Each message is written from that lead's signal in your voice and waits in an approval queue for your OK, unless you switch review off for that sequence. Sequences send from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, spaced through the day, and a newly connected account starts with lower limits and ramps up. Bingle never sees your LinkedIn password. It also works from Claude and ChatGPT as a connector, on every plan; see Bingle in Claude and ChatGPT.

Starter is US$49 a month, Growth US$79, and Agency US$149 with up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. See Bingle vs Waalaxy.

Watch out for: Bingle is LinkedIn only. It has no cold email, no contact database and no email finder, so if your Waalaxy Business plan was doing email for you, you'd need a separate email tool. It's built for working a ranked shortlist, not for pushing thousands of imported prospects through one sequence.

4. HeyReach

Running many LinkedIn senders from one inbox · From US$79/mo per sender

HeyReach is built around rotating sends across several LinkedIn accounts and answering every reply from one unified inbox. It doesn't charge for extra users, only for senders, and it hands email off to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison through native integrations.

Growth is US$79 per sender a month, dropping to US$64 per sender on yearly billing. Agency is US$999 a month for 25 senders with white label included.

Watch out for: It doesn't send email itself, and for one person with one LinkedIn account it's one of the dearer options here. It earns its price once you have several senders. See our HeyReach alternatives post for the other side.

5. La Growth Machine

LinkedIn, email and calls in one sequence · From €60/mo per identity, or €50 billed annually

La Growth Machine (LGM) is multichannel from its cheapest plan: Basic covers LinkedIn and email, with waterfall email enrichment and 250 enriched leads a month. Pro adds calls and imports of post likers, commenters and event attendees, and Ultimate adds X and a HubSpot or Pipedrive sync. It also lets you run campaigns from Claude or ChatGPT.

Prices are per identity (one sender). Basic is €60 a month on monthly billing or €50 on annual, Pro €120 or €100, Ultimate €180 or €150. The 14-day trial needs no card but covers one identity.

Watch out for: Basic tops out at 3 identities and 3 running campaigns, and post-engager imports need Pro at €120 a month. Agency pricing needs at least 6 identities.

6. lemlist

Email-first teams adding LinkedIn steps · Multichannel from US$87/mo per user (yearly rate shown)

lemlist runs sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS, with its own lead database and email and phone finders. On LinkedIn it visits profiles, likes posts, endorses skills, sends invites and messages, and can send voice notes and InMail.

LinkedIn steps need the Multichannel plan or Enterprise. The pricing page shows Multichannel at US$87 a month next to a struck-through US$109, with Yearly (save 20%) as one of its billing options, and pricing is per user.

Watch out for: If LinkedIn is your main channel, you're paying for a lot of email machinery you may not use. The page doesn't say whether the trial needs a card.

7. Emelia

Cheapest LinkedIn plus cold email bundle · From US$37/mo, or US$31 billed yearly

Emelia comes up often in AI answers to this question, and price is why. Start costs US$37 a month (US$31 a month billed yearly) for one LinkedIn account and up to 3 mailboxes, with warm-up on every plan. Campaigns mix email and LinkedIn steps (messages, visits, likes, InMail), and its AI sorts and drafts replies for you to review.

Grow is US$97 a month for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts and Scale US$297 for up to 10, and an extra LinkedIn account is US$29 a month. The trial is 7 days with no card.

Watch out for: Its site says little about how LinkedIn sending runs or how it protects accounts, so ask before you connect your main profile.

8. Kanbox

A LinkedIn inbox and pipeline on a budget · From US$20/mo, or US$12 billed annually

Kanbox pairs LinkedIn sequences with a tagged inbox and Kanban pipelines. It imports post likers, commenters and event attendees, and up to 2,500 leads a day from Sales Navigator or Recruiter searches. It runs in the cloud and also offers a Chrome extension.

Starter is US$20 a month, or US$12 billed annually, with one campaign at a time and 300 lead imports a month. Essential (US$45, or US$30 a year) adds multi-account and team use. The trial is 15 days with no card.

Watch out for: Its site describes an email finder but not email sending. Starter's single campaign and 300 imports a month are tight if you're used to Waalaxy Advanced.

9. Linked Helper

Lowest cost per account, if you'll run desktop software · From US$15/mo per LinkedIn account

Linked Helper is the opposite of Waalaxy's move to the cloud: it's a desktop app that runs on your computer or a server you control. In return it's cheap. Standard is US$15 a month per LinkedIn account, with discounts up to 45% for paying 12 months ahead and more for 10 or more licences. It has its own CRM and AI-written messages.

The trial is 14 days of full Pro access with no card, and nothing renews unless you switch auto-renewal on.

Watch out for: Your machine (or a server) has to be running for campaigns to run. Standard caps ten advanced actions, including invitations, at 20 a day; Pro lifts that and is listed at US$45 a month.

Our pick

If your Waalaxy campaigns send plenty but get few replies, Bingle is our pick: fewer invites and messages, each one to someone who just showed a buying signal and written about it, sent from your own LinkedIn in your working hours.

If you need cold email in the same sequence, choose one of the LinkedIn-plus-email tools above instead.

What Waalaxy actually costs today

Waalaxy's pricing page shows Pro at €19, Advanced at €49 and Business at €69 per user a month. Those figures are with the Yearly (-50%) toggle selected, and the page doesn't show a monthly-billing price. Its help centre gives Business a standard price of €139 a month, so on monthly billing expect roughly double what the cards show.

Two other things catch people out. The 14-day trial asks for a credit card, turns into a paid plan unless you cancel, and Waalaxy's help centre says no reminder is sent before the first charge. And cold email, the reason many teams pick Waalaxy, is only on Business. Pro and Advanced are LinkedIn only, with 25 email finder credits a month.

None of that makes Waalaxy a bad tool: it went fully cloud in July 2026 and has an MCP for Claude on Advanced and up. Just compare like with like, monthly against monthly.

What a solo user and a 3-person team would pay

Monthly cost for one LinkedIn account, and for three people with an account each, on the cheapest plan that fits. We use monthly-billing prices; Waalaxy and lemlist show only discounted rates, so those are marked.

Tool1 person3 peopleEmail included
Waalaxy€19 (yearly rate, Pro)€147 (yearly rate, 3 × Advanced)Business only
BingleUS$49 (Starter)US$149 (Agency, 3 accounts)No
DripifyUS$79 (Pro)US$297 (3 × Advanced, for team tools)Yes
ExpandiUS$99US$297Yes, your mailbox
HeyReachUS$79US$237Through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison

KanboxUS$20 (Starter)US$135 (3 × Essential)Email finder; sending not described
Linked HelperUS$15 (Standard)US$45 (3 licences)Email finder; sending not described

Two patterns stand out. Apart from Linked Helper's desktop app, bundled plans (Bingle Agency, Emelia Grow) are the cheapest way to run three accounts. And per-seat cloud tools only get close to them on yearly billing. Treat this as a snapshot of 24 October 2026; Bingle's current prices are on its pricing page.

How to pick the right replacement

  1. Decide whether you need email in the same tool. If yes, your shortlist is lemlist, La Growth Machine, Emelia, Dripify or Expandi. If your email already lives in another tool, every option here works.
  2. Count the LinkedIn accounts you'll run in six months, not today. Per-seat pricing that looks cheap for one account gets dear at five.
  3. Decide how leads get in. If you import Sales Navigator searches, most of these tools take them (Bingle works from signals and pasted profile links instead). If you want people who are showing interest right now, look at what each tool watches for: see LinkedIn buying signals for the kinds worth tracking.
  4. Decide who signs off on messages. Most of these tools send a sequence once it's live. Bingle holds each message for your OK by default, which matters if one bad message to a key account costs more than a slower week.
  5. Run the trial on a real list for a full week, and check whether it needed a card.

LinkedIn's own limits and rules

Every tool here quotes safety limits, but the numbers are theirs. LinkedIn's invitation limit page doesn't publish a figure. It says Basic and Premium members are both subject to limits, a restriction typically lasts one week, and withdrawing pending invitations won't lift it. Free members can add a personal note to only five connection requests a month.

LinkedIn's prohibited software page says it doesn't permit third-party software that scrapes or automates activity on the site, and that members who use such tools risk having their accounts restricted or shut down. That applies to every tool on this list, ours included. The defence is the same everywhere: send less, space it out, start slowly and stop when LinkedIn pushes back. Our post on LinkedIn's connection request limit goes into the numbers.

What to check in a trial week

  • Whether the trial needed a card, and what it turns into on day 8 or day 15
  • The price on monthly billing, not just the yearly rate on the card
  • How many invites and messages it sent per day, and whether you could set that lower
  • What a message looked like before it went out, and whether you could stop one
  • Whether replies stopped the sequence straight away
  • How you get your prospects and conversation history out if you leave

Questions

Is Waalaxy free?

Not in a useful way. Its pricing page lists no free plan, and its help centre says the Freemium account can't run automation; paid plans start at €19 per user a month on yearly billing.

What is a cheaper alternative to Waalaxy?

On monthly billing, Linked Helper (US$15 per account, desktop app), Kanbox (US$20) and Emelia (US$37, with cold email) all start below Waalaxy's monthly price. On yearly billing, Waalaxy's €19 Pro is hard to beat for one LinkedIn account.

Which Waalaxy alternative does LinkedIn and cold email together?

lemlist, La Growth Machine, Emelia, Dripify and Expandi all put email and LinkedIn steps in one sequence. HeyReach and Bingle don't send email; HeyReach hands it to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, and Bingle sits alongside your email tool.

Is Waalaxy safe to use on LinkedIn?

No automation tool is risk-free: LinkedIn's help centre says it doesn't permit third-party software that automates activity on the site. Waalaxy caps daily and weekly actions, as the other tools here do, and the safest setup with any of them is low volume spread through the day.

Why do some AI answers list Common Room or Devi AI as Waalaxy alternatives?

Both watch for intent instead of running LinkedIn sequences: Common Room calls itself buyer intelligence, and Devi AI monitors keywords across Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Reddit and other sites. Neither site describes sending LinkedIn connection requests, so they'd sit beside an outreach tool, not replace Waalaxy.

Can I move my Waalaxy prospects to another tool?

Waalaxy lists CSV imports and exports on every paid plan, and every tool here takes a CSV or LinkedIn profile links. In Bingle you paste LinkedIn profile links, one or hundreds, and they come in as leads.
