Short answer
What are the best SalesRobot alternatives?
Bingle is our pick for a founder who'd rather time each LinkedIn message to a buying signal and approve it, from US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card. Skylead and La Growth Machine are the closest swaps if you want LinkedIn and email in one sequence with an AI handling replies, lemlist suits email-first teams, and HeyReach suits agencies with 13 or more senders. If you want a cloned voice, a video avatar and an autopilot inbox in one place, SalesRobot itself at US$79 a month per account is still hard to beat.
Six SalesRobot alternatives
Ordered by how much of SalesRobot's AI and multichannel mix each one covers. Prices are the entry price on each tool's own pricing page on 24 October 2026. Pages that show only "$" are listed in US dollars.
How we compared
We read SalesRobot's home, pricing, inbox, integrations and white-label pages, its pricing page code and five of its help articles on 24 October 2026, then each alternative's own pricing and feature pages the same day. We didn't run trials or test any AI reply feature, so try the AI on a few real replies during a trial before you trust it.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Skylead
Teams and agencies that want LinkedIn, email and an AI SDR · From US$100/mo per seat
Skylead is the closest match feature for feature. One US$100 seat covers LinkedIn automation plus unlimited email accounts and 100,000 emails a month, with warm-up and an email finder built in, so there's no per-inbox charge like SalesRobot's US$15. Image and GIF personalisation is included, and it lists a Sendspark partnership under personalisation. It syncs with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce.
Its AI SDR went live on 13 July 2026. Skylead says you train it on your company knowledge, conversation strategy and examples, then pick automatic or semi-automatic mode, which maps closely to SalesRobot's Autopilot and Copilot. For agencies, a first-year promotion prices 25 seats at US$999 a month, with white label, a client dashboard and one inbox across clients. Annual billing is 10 months for 12, and the trial is 7 days.
Watch out for: The AI SDR is an add-on and the pricing page doesn't give its price. Voice notes aren't listed on the pricing page, so check before you plan on them.
2. La Growth Machine
Small teams that want voice messages and LinkedIn plus email · From €50/mo per identity billed yearly (€60 monthly)
La Growth Machine bills per identity, a profile that runs campaigns. Basic is €60 a month, or €50 billed yearly, for LinkedIn and email with up to 3 identities, and it includes AI-generated voice messages and an AI writing assistant. Pro, at €120 a month, adds calls, lifts the identity cap and allows 5 sending mailboxes per identity. In US dollars, Basic is US$70 a month or US$60 billed yearly.
Its Reply Agent is in beta and works on LinkedIn only for now. It answers vague or curious replies from a playbook you approve, follows up twice at most, and hands the lead back when they ask for a call, a demo or a price. It doesn't book meetings, on purpose. You can also run campaigns from Claude or ChatGPT. The trial is 14 days with no card.
Watch out for: Basic stops at 3 identities, so a team of four or more is on Pro at double the price. The pricing page doesn't say which plan includes the Reply Agent.
3. Bingle
Founders who want fewer, better-timed LinkedIn messages they approve · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Bingle is the opposite trade to SalesRobot. SalesRobot starts from a list you import and automates as much of the conversation as you allow. Bingle finds the people to message by watching LinkedIn for buying signals, such as someone commenting on a competitor's post, viewing your profile, starting a new role or joining a company that just raised money. It ranks each person by fit and timing and shows why they are worth a message today.
Each message is written from that person's signal in your voice and waits in an approval queue until you approve, edit or regenerate it, unless you switch review off for a sequence. Any reply stops the sequence. In the inbox, Draft reply writes an answer for you to edit, and you press send. Sends go from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, and a new account ramps up slowly. Starter is US$49 a month and each extra LinkedIn account is US$29. See Bingle vs SalesRobot for the side-by-side.
Watch out for: No email, no voice notes, no video and no InMail: its steps are profile visits, follows, likes, invites and messages. It won't answer or book anything on its own, and it has no self-serve CRM integration or white label. If voice and an autopilot inbox are why you chose SalesRobot, Bingle is the wrong swap.
4. lemlist
Email-first teams adding LinkedIn and voice notes · From US$69/mo per user (US$55 billed yearly); Multichannel US$109
lemlist comes at SalesRobot from the email side. Its Multichannel plan is US$109 a user a month, or US$87 billed yearly, and adds LinkedIn automation, SMS, a dialer and a WhatsApp add-on to email. The pricing table lists AI-personalised LinkedIn voice notes on Multichannel and Enterprise, and AI-generated replies for email, LinkedIn and inbox conversations on every plan.
It also has a 650M+ lead database with email and phone finding, AI agents for signals and research, and an MCP server and CLI. The trial is 14 days with Multichannel features, except in-app calls, and 200 free credits.
Watch out for: The Multichannel plan says "5 senders per user" without saying whether that means LinkedIn accounts. Ask before you price several profiles on one user.
5. HeyReach
Agencies running 13 or more LinkedIn senders · US$79/mo per sender (US$64 billed yearly)
HeyReach is the volume pick. Growth is US$79 a month per sender, and the Agency plan is US$999 a month for 25 senders, which beats per-account pricing from 13 senders up. Growth lists voice notes alongside invites, messages and follow-ups, and there is an MCP server. The trial is 14 days with no card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts.
Email runs through native Instantly and Smartlead integrations rather than inside HeyReach. Our HeyReach alternatives post goes through its plans in detail.
Watch out for: No self-serve AI that answers replies: that is only described for its done-for-you service. And cold email means a second subscription.
6. Aimfox
Budget LinkedIn outreach with voice and video notes · From US$49/mo per seat
Aimfox is the cheapest per-seat option here at US$49 a month, with up to 25% off yearly. Voice notes, videos and attachments can be sent from campaigns or from its shared inbox, and it lists auto-translate, time-zone-aware sending and free InMails to open profiles. Agencies start at US$499 a month for 20 seats plus US$20 per extra seat, with full white label. The trial is 14 days with no card.
It also sells an Outreach avatar at US$387 a month that includes 3 rented LinkedIn profiles.
Watch out for: Email and AI replies aren't mentioned on the pages we read, so it covers SalesRobot's LinkedIn side only. Renting profiles is risky: LinkedIn's User Agreement bars sharing your account and using someone else's.
Our pick
SalesRobot leans on automation: voice, video and an inbox that replies for you. Bingle is our pick if you'd rather send fewer messages that land, each one to someone who just showed a buying signal, about that signal, and waiting for your OK.
What SalesRobot costs in October 2026
SalesRobot prices each LinkedIn account separately. These are the figures in its pricing page code on 24 October 2026, unchanged since we last checked on 20 October:
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Campaigns | Connection requests a day | Voice or video notes a day |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | US$59 | US$39 | 1 active | 20 | 20 |
| Advanced | US$79 | US$59 | Unlimited | 75 | 50 |
| Professional | US$99 | US$79 | Unlimited | 75 | 50 |
| Enterprise | On request | On request | Unlimited | Not listed | Not listed |
Basic is cheap but capped at one campaign and 20 actions a day, so most teams compare Advanced. The page script takes a further 33% off at 11 to 19 accounts and 45% at 20 to 35, and above 35 it says contact sales. Email is extra at US$15 per mailbox a month. The 14-day trial needs no card.
A few things on the page don't add up, which is worth knowing before you sign. The homepage calls the AI Appointment Setter an add-on, while the pricing table lists it on every plan. The FAQ says up to 40 open-profile InMails a day, and the table says 50. And all three bulk-email plans are described as "great for exploring sales outreach with Dripify", a different product. Ask for the plan and its add-ons in writing.
AI replies, voice and video: who has what
This is what each tool's own pricing or feature pages list. Not listed means we didn't find it there.
| Tool | AI handles replies | Voice notes | Video | Cold email built in |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SalesRobot | Copilot suggests, Autopilot answers and books | AI clone of your voice reads your script | AI video avatar | Yes, US$15 per mailbox |
| Skylead | AI SDR add-on, automatic or semi-automatic | Not listed | Sendspark partnership listed | Yes, 100,000 a month |
| La Growth Machine | Reply Agent beta, LinkedIn only, hands back for meetings | AI-generated, every plan | Not listed | Yes |
| Bingle | Drafts a reply for you to edit and send | No | No | No |
| lemlist | AI-generated replies, every plan | AI-personalised, Multichannel and up | Not listed | Yes |
| HeyReach | Done-for-you service only | Yes | Not listed | No, via Instantly or Smartlead |
| Aimfox | Not listed | Yes | Yes | Not listed |
SalesRobot's voice note is more scripted than it sounds. Its help centre says you record a 20 to 30 second sample, then write one script with basic variables like first name and company, and the AI reads it in your voice. Its AI Variables feature writes a single sentence of a message from the person's headline, job title, summary and company site. So the personal part is one line plus a name, which is fine at volume and easy for a prospect to spot.
Should an AI answer your LinkedIn replies?
Even SalesRobot hedges. Its inbox page says: "Only use the Autopilot mode if you are extremely busy." La Growth Machine's Reply Agent is built to stop short, handing the lead back the moment they ask for a call, a demo or a price. Skylead offers a semi-automatic mode. The tools that automate replies furthest are also the ones telling you to keep a hand on them.
Our view, as the people who make Bingle: a reply is the one moment in outbound where a person has chosen to talk to you, and it's where an AI that misreads a price question or books the wrong meeting costs the most. Bingle drafts the reply and leaves the send to you. If your volume means hundreds of replies a week, that's too slow, and SalesRobot's Copilot mode or Skylead's semi-automatic mode is a fair middle ground.
If the email half of these tools sends from or into Australia, the Spam Act 2003 applies: section 17 requires accurate sender information and section 18 a working unsubscribe in every commercial message. An AI writing your follow-ups doesn't change that. Our Australia outreach guide covers how this applies to LinkedIn messages too, and there are guides for New Zealand and Singapore.
What 1, 3 and 10 LinkedIn accounts cost
Monthly list prices on 24 October 2026, worked out by us. SalesRobot is on Advanced, since Basic allows one campaign. Email inboxes, add-ons and credits are extra where they apply.
| Accounts | SalesRobot | Skylead | La Growth Machine | HeyReach | Aimfox | Bingle |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | US$79 | US$100 | €60 | US$79 | US$49 | US$49 (Starter) |
| 3 | US$237 | US$300 | €180 | US$237 | US$147 | US$137 (Growth plus 2 accounts) |
| 10 | US$790 | US$1,000 | €1,200 (Pro) | US$790 | US$490 | US$340 (Growth plus 9 accounts) |
For one founder, Aimfox and Bingle are cheapest, but neither sends email, so add a cold email tool if you need one. At three accounts SalesRobot and HeyReach tie at US$237. At 11 or more accounts SalesRobot's 33% volume discount brings Advanced to about US$53 an account, and from 13 senders HeyReach's US$999 Agency bundle is the price to beat. Bingle's figures are on our pricing page, and every head-to-head we've written is on the compare page.
Who should stay on SalesRobot
- You use the cloned voice or video avatar in most sequences and they get replies.
- You want LinkedIn and cold email under one login, billed per LinkedIn account.
- You run 11 or more accounts and the 33% or 45% volume discount applies.
- You resell outreach and want white label, which SalesRobot says it can set up in under 7 days.
- You want native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Copper or GoHighLevel sync.
If you are moving, export lists and blacklists first, pause SalesRobot campaigns before the new tool starts, and expect to re-record any voice or video clone. Start each moved account at low volume. LinkedIn's help centre says automation tools put accounts at risk of restriction, and SalesRobot's own footer says using it "may not comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement". Our post on the connection request limit covers what is known about safe numbers.
