How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost?

LinkedIn publishes Sales Navigator prices in US dollars and Australian dollars, but not in New Zealand or Singapore dollars, and it doesn't publish Advanced Plus at all. We read LinkedIn's compare-plans page and its help centre on 25 October 2026 and set out what each plan costs, what you get for it, and what a year comes to for one person and for a team of three.

Short answer

How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost?

Sales Navigator Core costs US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per licence (A$154.99 or A$1,499.88 in Australia), Advanced costs US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year (A$189.99 or A$2,159.88), and Advanced Plus is priced by LinkedIn's sales team on request. Every plan includes 50 InMail credits a month, and LinkedIn says its listed prices may exclude GST. If what you're after is the people showing buying signals right now rather than a search database, Bingle finds them on your own LinkedIn account from US$49 a month.

How we researched this

We read LinkedIn's Sales Navigator compare-plans page (marked updated 27 September 2026), its Premium Business page and six LinkedIn Help articles on 25 October 2026, and took exchange rates from the Reserve Bank of Australia's table for 23 October 2026. We didn't sign in to a LinkedIn checkout, so NZ$ and S$ figures are our conversions, not LinkedIn's prices.

Sales Navigator prices by plan, checked 25 October 2026

LinkedIn sells three Sales Navigator plans. Core is for one seller, Advanced is for sales teams, and Advanced Plus is for teams that want Sales Navigator wired into their CRM. Prices are per licence, which means per person. These are the figures on LinkedIn's compare-plans page:

PlanMonthlyAnnualAnnual, per monthAustralia (LinkedIn's A$ price)
CoreUS$119.99US$1,079.88US$89.99 (25% less)A$154.99 a month or A$1,499.88 a year
AdvancedUS$159.99US$1,799.88US$149.99 (6% less)A$189.99 a month or A$2,159.88 a year
Advanced PlusNot publishedNot publishedNot publishedQuoted by LinkedIn's sales team

Annual billing is a good deal on Core and a small one on Advanced. Paying yearly for Core saves US$30 a month per person, while on Advanced it saves US$10. In Australian dollars the gap is a little narrower: Core annual works out to A$124.99 a month against A$154.99 monthly, about 19% less, and Advanced annual is A$179.99 against A$189.99, about 5% less.

One thing we noticed: LinkedIn's Australian prices are lower than a straight conversion. At the RBA's rate of US$0.7006 per A$1 on 23 October 2026, US$119.99 is about A$171.27, yet LinkedIn lists Core at A$154.99. LinkedIn's A$ price for Core is about 10% below what its US price converts to, and Advanced is about 17% below, so the US price isn't a good guide to what Australians pay.

Advanced Plus has no public price. LinkedIn says it depends on your team's size, your CRM integration and how much onboarding and training you need, and you get a quote by requesting a demo.

New Zealand and Singapore prices

LinkedIn's page lists US, Australian, Canadian, euro and pound prices only. For any other currency it says to start the trial or checkout and see the price there, which needs a signed-in account. We didn't do that, so the figures below are converted from LinkedIn's US-dollar prices at the RBA rates for 23 October 2026 (NZ$1.2313 and S$0.8953 per A$1, which gives NZ$1.7575 and S$1.2779 per US$1). Treat them as a guide; what LinkedIn charges you at checkout can differ, and local GST may be added.

AdvancedNZ$281.18NZ$3,163.28S$204.45S$2,300.08

Australian readers can ignore this table: LinkedIn's own A$ price is the one to use. For more on selling into each market, see our guides to LinkedIn outreach in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

What each plan includes

Every plan gets the parts most people buy Sales Navigator for: the 50-plus search filters, saved lead and account lists, alerts and 50 InMail credits a month. The higher plans add team features and then CRM sync. This is LinkedIn's compare-plans grid and its help article on account types, side by side:

CRM sync (both directions), ROI reportingNoNoYes

Two things in that table catch people out. First, Core is a single-user subscription. Three people on Core means three separate subscriptions, with no shared lists and no central billing. Second, CRM sync is only on Advanced Plus. On Core and Advanced, leads get into your CRM by hand. Advanced can import a CSV of your existing customers for recommendations and alerts, but it doesn't write back to the CRM.

LinkedIn's help article says CRM sync works with four CRMs plus one embedded-profile integration; check the list on that page against yours before you pay for Advanced Plus. Sales Navigator also includes LinkedIn's Premium account features, so you don't need Premium on top.

How InMail credits work

InMail is the main thing you can't get on a free account, so it's worth knowing the rules. These are from LinkedIn's help centre:

  • You get 50 credits a month on every Sales Navigator plan, renewed on the first day of each month in UTC, whatever your billing date. That's 11am on the 1st in Sydney during daylight saving and 1pm in Auckland.
  • Unused credits roll over, up to a total of 150, and must be used within 90 days.
  • You get a credit back for every InMail that gets a response within 90 days of sending. No response, no credit.
  • You can't buy extra InMail credits.

So 50 a month is closer to a ceiling on new conversations than a cost per message. If a third of your InMails get a reply, those credits come back and you can send more. If almost nobody replies, the plan gives you 50 attempts a month and no more. Before you send many, read the first message against our LinkedIn message checker; InMail to someone who has never heard of you lands best with a reason to write now.

What a year costs for one person and for three

Here is the arithmetic for Core and Advanced, using LinkedIn's listed prices before any GST. Paying monthly means twelve monthly payments; annual means one payment for the year.

Plan and seatsMonthly billing, 12 monthsAnnual billingSaved by paying yearly
Core, 1 personUS$1,439.88 (A$1,859.88)US$1,079.88 (A$1,499.88)US$360 (A$360)
Core, 3 peopleUS$4,319.64 (A$5,579.64)US$3,239.64 (A$4,499.64)US$1,080 (A$1,080)
Advanced, 1 personUS$1,919.88 (A$2,279.88)US$1,799.88 (A$2,159.88)US$120 (A$120)
Advanced, 3 peopleUS$5,759.64 (A$6,839.64)US$5,399.64 (A$6,479.64)US$360 (A$360)

A team of three on Advanced costs about US$5,400 a year, or A$6,480 in Australia, before tax. A team of three on Core costs A$4,500 a year paying annually but works as three separate seats. The A$1,980 a year between them buys shared lists, TeamLink, Buyer Intent and central billing. If your three people work separate territories and never share leads, Core is enough. If they hand accounts to each other, Advanced is what LinkedIn built for that.

Two cautions on annual billing. LinkedIn says cancelling an annual plan takes effect at the end of the paid year, so you're committed for the full twelve months; a monthly plan stops at the end of the month. And Advanced can be bought online for up to five licences; beyond that, or for Advanced Plus, you go through LinkedIn's Admin Center or its sales team.

GST, the free trial and the cheaper options

LinkedIn's pricing page says the listed prices are estimates and may exclude GST, so the checkout total is the one to trust. In Australia GST is 10%, and business.gov.au says GST isn't charged to GST-registered businesses that buy imported digital products for use in their business. LinkedIn's checkout has an "I'm purchasing as a business" option where you can add a tax number, and you can add one later under Tax information in LinkedIn Admin Center. If you're not registered and GST is added, Core annual becomes A$1,649.87.

The free trial runs for one month. It's open to members who aren't on any paid LinkedIn plan, Premium included, and who haven't had a LinkedIn free trial in the last 365 days. You need a card; LinkedIn emails a reminder seven days before the trial ends, and its help centre says to cancel at least a day before it renews into a paid plan.

Premium Business is LinkedIn's cheaper step: unlimited people search, 15 InMails and basic sales filters, but no lead lists, no TeamLink and no CRM integration. Whether that's enough depends on how you sell, which we work through in is Sales Navigator worth it for a small business.

Bingle answers a different question for less. Sales Navigator helps you search everyone who fits; Bingle watches LinkedIn for buying signals, such as someone liking or commenting on a competitor's post, viewing your profile, changing jobs or joining a company that's hiring, then ranks those people by fit and timing and drafts each message in your voice for your OK. It's US$49 a month on Starter or US$79 on Growth after 7 free days with no card, and three people can share Growth with two extra LinkedIn accounts at US$29 each, US$137 a month in all (see pricing). Its setup asks you to connect your own LinkedIn account; the user guide lists no Sales Navigator requirement. It doesn't give you InMail, a 50-filter search or a CRM sync (it exports to CSV), and it works from outside LinkedIn's own product, so if your rule is no third-party tools on your LinkedIn account, it isn't for you. If you plan to use both, mind LinkedIn's invitation limits, which LinkedIn says you can't buy more of; our connection request limit guide has what LinkedIn says. For how Bingle sits against other outreach tools, see compare.

Questions

Is there a free version of Sales Navigator?

No. There's a one-month free trial for members who aren't on a paid LinkedIn plan and haven't had a LinkedIn trial in the past 365 days, and it needs a card. It becomes a paid plan on the renewal date unless you cancel at least a day before.

Is Sales Navigator cheaper if you pay annually?

Yes. Core annual is US$1,079.88, which works out to US$89.99 a month instead of US$119.99, a 25% saving. Advanced annual saves only 6%, and an annual plan can't be cancelled mid-year.

How many InMails do you get with Sales Navigator?

50 a month on Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus. Unused credits roll over up to 150 and must be used within 90 days, and you get a credit back for each InMail that gets a response within 90 days.

What is the difference between Sales Navigator Core and Advanced?

Core is one person with the search filters, lists, alerts and 50 InMails. Advanced adds team seats and billing, shared lists and searches, TeamLink, Buyer Intent, Smart Links and CSV upload of your customers, for US$40 more a month or US$720 more a year per person.

Does Sales Navigator include CRM sync?

Only Advanced Plus, which has no public price. Core and Advanced don't sync with a CRM.

Do LinkedIn's Australian prices include GST?

LinkedIn says its listed prices may exclude GST, so check the checkout total. A GST-registered business buying for business use generally isn't charged GST on imported digital products, according to business.gov.au.
