Trigify vs Teamfluence: which LinkedIn signal tool fits a small team?

Trigify watched profiles, companies and keywords for signals and sent them on to other tools. Teamfluence collects the engagement around your own sales team's profiles and company page and routes it to your CRM or outreach tools. Trigify's app closed on 22 October 2026, so a small team choosing now is really choosing between Teamfluence and the tools still running. We make Bingle, one of those, so weigh our pick with that in mind.

Short answer

Trigify or Teamfluence: which should a small team use?

Trigify is no longer an option: its standalone app closed on 22 October 2026 when its team joined HubSpot. For a founder or a team of up to three selling on LinkedIn, Bingle is our pick, from US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card, because it finds the signal, ranks the person and writes the message for your OK. Teamfluence suits bigger teams that want every rep's LinkedIn engagement sent to HubSpot or Salesforce, from €259 a month after a sales call.

The two you can still sign up for

Trigify isn't listed because it no longer takes customers. How it worked is further down, and our Trigify alternative page covers moving your tracked accounts across.

How we compared

On 28 October 2026 we read trigify.io and six help.trigify.io articles, and Teamfluence's pricing page, home page, workflows page, signals library, Trigify comparison and four of its help articles. Teamfluence's Small plan prices come from the plan data on its pricing page, because that card only appears after a click. We didn't run either product: Trigify is closed and Teamfluence has no self-serve sign-up.

We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Teamfluence

Sales teams whose reps all post on LinkedIn and want signals in HubSpot or Salesforce · From €259/mo (US$299) for 500 qualified leads; no free trial

Teamfluence describes itself as collecting the likes, comments, visits and other signals from people engaging with your team and company, then qualifying them and running your outreach workflows. Each teammate you invite adds their profile to one shared feed: who visited or followed them, new connections, and reactions and comments on their posts and comments. Connect your company page, which needs a page admin, and its followers and post engagement come in too. Its help centre says company page visitors only show if your company has a Premium subscription.

Outside your own team, Post Tracking works on any public post, and each user can track up to 60 profiles and 40 posts. An AI agent rates each person's role and their company from 1 to 5 against your ideal customer and gives its reasoning. Workflows can then sync the lead to HubSpot or Salesforce, find a verified email for 4 credits or a phone number for 40, post to a public Slack channel, send a DM from a chosen teammate's profile, or hand the lead to HeyReach, Smartlead or Lemlist.

Since 1 October 2026 it charges per qualified lead instead of per seat. The Small plan is €259 a month (US$299) for 500 qualified leads and Regular is €449 (US$499) for 1,000, billed monthly. A lead counts the first time you move it out of Teamfluence: to your CRM, a CSV, a webhook, Slack or the API.

Watch out for: There's no free trial and no self-serve sign-up; every customer starts with a call. Messages run from a template you set, and none of the pages we read mentions approving each one before it goes. Job changes, hiring and funding aren't among its workflow triggers.

2. Bingle

Founders and teams of up to three who sell on LinkedIn and approve each message · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo

Bingle watches LinkedIn for buying signals: likes and comments on the competitors' and influencers' posts you name, engagement with your own posts and posts on your topic, profile views, job changes and new roles, companies hiring sales people, funding rounds and events. Its sources run every 6 hours by default, or straight away with Run now, and keep only people above the fit level you set.

Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100 that blends fit with how strong and recent the signals are, and shows the signal, its date and a link to it. Bingle writes the message from that moment in your voice and holds it in an approval queue, while visits, likes and blank invites run on their own. Sequences send from your own LinkedIn in your working hours and stop when someone replies. Starter is US$49 a month for one LinkedIn account, Growth US$79 with up to 25 signals at once, and Agency US$149 for up to 3 accounts.

Watch out for: It's LinkedIn only, with no cold email, no contact database, no phone numbers and no self-serve CRM integration; leads leave as a CSV export. Price follows LinkedIn accounts, at US$29 a month for each one past your plan's, so ten sellers pay more on Bingle than on Teamfluence's Small plan.

Our pick

For a founder or a sales team of up to three, Bingle is our pick. You can start the same day without a sales call or a card. It watches job changes, hiring and funding as well as engagement, and it writes each message from the signal and holds it for your OK. Three sellers cost US$137 to US$149 a month, against €259 (US$299) for Teamfluence's smallest plan.

Teamfluence makes more sense once a larger team all posts on LinkedIn and wants that engagement, with emails and phone numbers, in HubSpot or Salesforce. The line-by-line comparison is on Bingle vs Teamfluence.

What trigify.io shows after the shutdown

Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team was joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform would wind down. For customers on the standard notice period, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. In Sydney and Melbourne that was 9:59am AEDT on Friday 23 October; in Auckland, 11:59am; in Singapore, 6:59am. Customers on other contract terms were sent their own dates.

We loaded trigify.io on 28 October, six days after the cutoff. It is still the announcement dated 23 September, headed "The Trigify team is joining HubSpot: Our next chapter", and it still says access "will remain available until" 22 October. Below it sits an 11-question FAQ on exports, integrations, data and the final invoice, and a support email. The addresses trigify.io/pricing and app.trigify.io both land on that same page, and docs.trigify.io returned an HTTP 522 error. The help centre at help.trigify.io still loads, plan tables and all.

The FAQ covers what a former customer needs to know. Monitoring, signal collection, integrations and API access all stopped when account access ended. The product won't carry on inside HubSpot, and accounts aren't moved there. Trigify says HubSpot won't use customer data as part of the move, that the data is kept or deleted under its contractual, privacy and legal obligations, and that subscriptions don't renew past the end date.

Trigify's help centre shows prices with a bare $ sign. Teamfluence lets you switch its page between euros, US dollars and pounds, with no Australian, New Zealand or Singapore dollar option.

How Trigify worked

Trigify had two ways in. Listening searched keywords and topics across many authors and platforms to find new posts and the people writing them; its help centre has an FAQ on enriching people from Reddit, YouTube and X posts. Social Signals, still in early access and free during its beta, watched a list of profiles and companies you pasted in or uploaded, for 16 kinds of event from a changed role to a like on a competitor's post.

Checks ran daily by default, weekly to save credits, or hourly on plans that allowed it, and the first run looked back 30 days. What happened next was up to your workflows. A signal could create a HubSpot contact or company, or drop the person into a HeyReach campaign, and HeyReach then sent the LinkedIn invite and follow-ups.

So Trigify suited people who already had a sending tool and a CRM. Its credits were spent when searches returned results and when workflow actions ran, which made the bill depend on how busy your tracked accounts were. Teamfluence's own comparison page says Trigify was the stronger of the two at listening to public conversations beyond your own team.

How Teamfluence works

Teamfluence starts from your own people. Every teammate who joins the workspace adds their signals to one feed called Lead Monitoring: who viewed or followed their profile, who connected, and who reacted to or commented on their posts and comments. Add the company page and you get its followers and post engagement as well. Teamfluence says to give it a couple of hours after setup before checking the feed.

Competitors and influencers come in through tracking. You paste a profile URL into Tracked Profiles, and Post Tracking works on any public post. Its comparison page says keyword monitoring covers posts from the profiles you track, so it doesn't search the whole of LinkedIn for a phrase. The 60-profile limit is per user, and Teamfluence calls it a security precaution.

Workflows are its if-this-then-that layer. A trigger such as a profile visit or a reaction on a tracked post leads to an action: sync to HubSpot, find an email, post to Slack, send a DM, or enrol the person in a networking campaign that sends connection requests across the team. Its help centre says that by default other users in a workspace can add you to campaigns and use your profile to send DMs through workflows, which you can switch off in your account settings.

Two details on the Trigify page stood out when we read it on 28 October. Trigify customers who move keep paying their current Trigify price for the first three months, and Teamfluence migrates their setup free. The same page still tells movers to run both tools until their Trigify end date, a date that passed six days earlier for most customers.

What it costs for one person and for three

List prices from each company's own pages on 28 October 2026, before tax. Trigify's row shows what it charged before it closed, for reference. Three people means three sellers, each on their own LinkedIn account.

One personTeam of three
Trigify (closed)
$40 Starter for signals, plus a separate sending tool$40 Starter or $199 Max (credits, not seats), plus a separate sending tool for each seller
Teamfluence
€259 (US$299) Small plan, 500 qualified leads a monthThe same €259: seats aren't charged, and the Small plan's data allows up to 10
Bingle
US$49 Starter or US$79 GrowthUS$149 Agency (3 LinkedIn accounts), or US$79 Growth plus 2 extra accounts at US$29 = US$137

At one to three sellers, Bingle costs less. The gap closes as the team grows, because Teamfluence's price doesn't change with headcount up to a plan's seat limit. Ten sellers on Bingle's Agency plan plus seven extra accounts come to US$352 a month, more than Teamfluence's US$299 Small plan. Teamfluence bills monthly only. Bingle's annual plans charge 10 months for 12, so Growth is US$790 a year.

Which one fits how you sell

  • Pick Bingle if one to three of you sell on LinkedIn, you want job changes, hiring and funding as signals alongside engagement, and you want to read each message before it sends.
  • Pick Teamfluence if several reps post on LinkedIn every week, you want all of that engagement in one feed, and HubSpot or Salesforce is where your team works.
  • Look past both if you used Trigify mainly to listen on Reddit, YouTube or X. Bingle is LinkedIn only, and Teamfluence's keyword monitoring covers the profiles you track.

Bingle also runs inside Claude and ChatGPT as a connector, with sending off unless you allow it (how that works). For more options, see Teamfluence alternatives, what Trigify used to charge in Trigify pricing, and the Trigify vs Gojiberry comparison. Every head-to-head is on compare, and Bingle's plan limits are on pricing.

Questions

Is Trigify still working?

No. Access for standard customers ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, and trigify.io now shows only the closure notice and its FAQ. Monitoring, integrations and API access stopped at the same time.

Is Teamfluence a good replacement for Trigify?

It is if your team's own LinkedIn activity was the main source of signals and you push leads into HubSpot or Salesforce. Teamfluence's own comparison says Trigify was stronger at listening to public conversations beyond your team.

Does Teamfluence have a free trial?

No. Its pricing FAQ says there are no self-service sign-ups and every customer starts with a call and a guided onboarding.

How much does Teamfluence cost?

From €259 a month (US$299) for 500 qualified leads, or €449 (US$499) for 1,000, billed monthly. Seats aren't charged, and emails and phone numbers use credits from the plan.

Does Teamfluence send LinkedIn messages?

Yes. A workflow can send a DM or a connection request from a chosen teammate's profile using a template you write, or pass the lead to HeyReach, Smartlead or Lemlist.

Can Bingle track competitors the way Trigify did?

On LinkedIn, yes: add competitors and influencers in Brain > Market and Bingle watches who likes and comments on their posts. It doesn't watch X, Reddit, YouTube or any network other than LinkedIn.
