Does Waalaxy have a free plan? What Freemium includes and what it limits
7 days free. No card. Then US$79/mo · See pricing

Short answer
Does Waalaxy have a free plan, and what are its limits?
For a founder or small team that wants to try signal-led LinkedIn outreach without a card, Bingle is our pick: it has no free plan either, but gives 7 days of the full product with no card, then US$49 a month. Waalaxy's pricing page shows no free plan on 27 October 2026, and its help centre says the Freemium account, which an account drops to after a cancelled trial, can't launch campaigns, so it sends no invitations, messages or emails, and holds up to 10,000 prospects with 1,000 per list. Sending starts on Waalaxy Pro at €19 per user a month on yearly billing, with 300 invitations a month.
How we researched this
On 27 October 2026 (AEDT) we downloaded waalaxy.com/pricing and the home page and read their source, read eleven Waalaxy help centre articles with their last-updated dates and Waalaxy's own subscriptions blog post, and took the A$ rate from the Reserve Bank of Australia's figure for 26 October. We didn't open a Waalaxy account, so nothing here comes from inside the app; where two Waalaxy pages disagree, we show both.
What Waalaxy's own pages said on 27 October 2026
The pricing page has three plans, Pro, Advanced and Business, and no €0 tier. Every card's button reads 14-day free trial. The only other free item is under the LinkedIn Inbox add-on, which promises 500 free conversations with no time limit. The home page's pricing answer says you can start for free, but the sentence before it is about the 14-day trial, so that's what it refers to.
Freemium lives in the help centre. Waalaxy's article on its subscriptions, last updated 8 July 2026, calls it completely free and says your prospects and campaigns stay available, but you can't use any automation features and can only import prospects from a CSV file. Its article on quotas, updated the same day, goes further: in Freemium you cannot launch campaigns, so no quota for invitations, messages, follows or profile visits applies.
Waalaxy's blog says something different. Its English post on subscriptions, first published in June 2021 and last modified on 17 June 2026, describes Freemium as 3 actions per day for each action type and calls it a 100% free plan with no time limit. An older copy of that post at blog.waalaxy.com now returns a 410 error, which means the page was deleted on purpose.
The help centre articles are the newer of the two, and they say the same thing across four pages, so that's what we'd plan on. If 3 free actions a day matters to you, ask Waalaxy's support chat which page is current before you rely on it.
Freemium and the paid plans, limit by limit
Prices are the yearly-billing rate per user a month, which is what the pricing page shows when it loads. Limits come from the pricing page and from Waalaxy's help articles on subscriptions, quotas and prospect lists. One user is one LinkedIn account.
| Limit | Freemium | Pro | Advanced | Business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price (yearly rate) | €0 | €19 (about A$30) | €49 (about A$78) | €69 (about A$110) |
| Campaigns | Can't launch any | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Connection invitations | None sent (no campaigns) | Up to 11 a day, about 300 a month | Up to 100 a day, 200 a week (800 a month on the pricing page) | Same as Advanced |
| LinkedIn messages | None sent | 120 to 150 a day | 120 to 150 a day | 120 to 150 a day |
| Profile visits and follows | None | 120 to 150 visits, 80 to 100 follows a day | Same as Pro | Same as Pro |
| Prospects stored | 10,000, and 1,000 per list | 50,000, no per-list cap | 50,000, no per-list cap | 50,000, no per-list cap |
| Imports | CSV only (one article says export only) | LinkedIn Basic searches, Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite, CSV and auto-imports | Same as Pro | Same as Pro |
| No sending; finder credits not mentioned | 25 email finder credits a month, no email sending | 25 credits a month, no email sending | 500 credits a month, cold email sequences, several sender accounts | |
| CRM sync, API, MCP | Not listed for Freemium | CRM sync | CRM sync, API, Make, Zapier and n8n modules, MCP | Same as Advanced |
Two Freemium details conflict inside the help centre. The subscriptions article says you can import prospects from a CSV file; the Sales Navigator article, updated the same day, says the only data operation on Freemium is exporting your prospects as a CSV. Either way, Freemium can't import from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, and Waalaxy's AI help page says its MCP and API need Advanced or Business.
The quota figures are Waalaxy's own ceilings, not LinkedIn's. The quotas article says Waalaxy picks a random daily figure between 80% and 100% of each maximum, and that you can hit LinkedIn's own weekly limit before Waalaxy's. Its subscriptions article also suggests capping a quiet LinkedIn account at 30 actions per type a day while it warms up.
How the trial works, and how you end up on Freemium
You can pick Freemium by skipping the trial, but Waalaxy's help centre mostly describes it as where an account lands. A new account gets a trial when you first log in with LinkedIn, and every way out of a trial or a paid plan lands on Freemium: cancelling the trial, letting a team trial end, or cancelling a subscription at the end of its billing period. That's why Waalaxy's blog calls it access to the application rather than a plan in its own right.
- The trial needs a credit card. The subscriptions article says to start it you must enter a valid credit card, credit cards only, and that nothing is charged at that step. The card trial is only offered when the account is created and can't be switched on later.
- Its length depends on the page. The pricing and home pages say 14 days, the subscriptions article mentions both 7-day and 14-day trials, and the blog says 7 days. The app shows your end date on the left of the home screen.
- It turns into a paid plan unless you cancel. The same article gives two versions of what happens: one passage says a 7-day trial becomes a monthly Advanced plan and a 14-day trial a yearly Advanced plan, another says a monthly Business plan starts at a standard €139 a month (about A$222), which may vary by country.
- Waalaxy sends no reminder before the first charge. Cancel from Settings, then Invoices, then Cancel my free trial, and the account drops to Freemium with no data lost.
- A team trial is separate: 14 days, at least 2 seats, started by contacting support, with no individual payment. It also falls back to Freemium when it ends, and Waalaxy gives one free trial per account.
So the practical free option on Waalaxy is the trial, and the day to watch is the last one. Start it on a Monday and set a reminder for the Friday of the second week if your app shows 14 days. You also can't delete a Waalaxy account during a trial or paid term: the help centre says you wait until it ends, the account becomes Freemium, and then you ask support in writing.
What the paid plans cost, in euros and Australian dollars
Waalaxy prices in euros. The A$ column uses the Reserve Bank of Australia's rate for 26 October 2026, A$1 = €0.6265, rounded to the dollar; your card's rate and fees will differ, and the pricing page doesn't say whether VAT or GST is added. The yearly total is twelve times the monthly rate shown, and Waalaxy's help centre says yearly plans are paid in one upfront payment.
| Plan | Yearly rate a month | Paid upfront for a year | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | €19 (A$30) | €228 (A$364) | Not published |
| Advanced | €49 (A$78) | €588 (A$939) | Not published |
| Business | €69 (A$110) | €828 (A$1,322) | €139 standard price (A$222), per the help centre |
| LinkedIn Inbox add-on | €120 a year | €120 (A$192) | €20 (A$32) |
| 1,000 extra email finder credits | €40 a month, excluding VAT | €480 (A$766) | €40 (A$64) |
The quarterly option takes 20% off and is also paid upfront. Only Business has a published monthly price, and €139 is just over twice its €69 yearly rate, which fits the 50% the yearly toggle advertises. Waalaxy publishes no monthly price for Pro or Advanced, so check the total on the payment page before you commit; the help centre says it appears there once you pick a plan, billing period and seat count.
For one person who wants LinkedIn only, Advanced is the plan Waalaxy itself suggests, and on yearly billing that is €588, about A$939, paid on day one. Email sending needs Business. Extra email credits follow your plan's billing period, can't be bought one-off and don't roll over.
Where Bingle fits if you came looking for something free
We make Bingle, so weigh this section with that in mind. Bingle has no free plan. It has a 7-day trial of the full product with no card. After that, Starter is US$49 a month (about A$70), Growth US$79 (A$112) and Agency US$149 (A$212) for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. Paying yearly costs 10 months for 12, so Starter is US$490 a year (about A$697). Its Usage page shows which day of the trial you're on.
The two tools start from different ends. Waalaxy is built to run lists you import through ready-made sequences. Bingle watches LinkedIn for buying signals, such as people engaging with a competitor's or influencer's posts or your own, viewing your profile, changing jobs, or working at a company that's hiring, raising money or heading to an event. It ranks each person by fit and timing, shows the reason with a date and a link, and writes each message in your voice for your OK before it goes. It sends from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, starts a new account on lower daily limits and never sees your LinkedIn password.
Bingle is the weaker pick in some cases. It is LinkedIn only, with no email sequences, no contact database and no self-serve CRM integration, so a team that wants cold email and LinkedIn in one campaign is better served by Waalaxy's Business plan. And if all you want is somewhere free to keep a prospect list after a trial, Waalaxy's Freemium does that and Bingle doesn't.
For a founder or small team that wants to see whether timed LinkedIn messages get replies, without handing over a card, Bingle is our pick: the full product for a week, then US$49 a month (about A$70), against €139 (about A$222) for Waalaxy Business, the only monthly price Waalaxy publishes. The side-by-side detail is on Bingle vs Waalaxy, plan limits are on pricing, and our list of Waalaxy alternatives prices other options from their own sites.
Questions
Is Waalaxy free forever?
There is a Freemium account with no time limit, but Waalaxy's help centre says it can't launch campaigns, so it stores prospects and sends nothing. The pricing page itself lists no free plan.
Does the Waalaxy free trial need a credit card?
Yes. Waalaxy's help centre says you must enter a valid credit card to start the trial, and nothing is charged at that step. The trial becomes a paid plan unless you cancel, and Waalaxy sends no reminder first.
What happens when the Waalaxy trial ends?
If you haven't cancelled, a paid plan starts and your card is charged; the help centre gives €139 a month as Business's standard price. If you cancelled, the account becomes Freemium and keeps your prospects and campaigns.
How many invitations can you send on Waalaxy?
None on Freemium. Pro allows up to 11 a day, about 300 a month, and Advanced and Business up to 100 a day with a ceiling of 200 a week, according to Waalaxy's quotas article.
Is Waalaxy Freemium the same as a free LinkedIn account?
No. Freemium is Waalaxy's free tier; a free LinkedIn account is LinkedIn's own Basic plan. LinkedIn's help centre says free and Basic members can add a personal note to five connection requests a month.
Does Bingle have a free plan?
No. Bingle gives 7 days of the full product with no card, then plans start at US$49 a month for one LinkedIn account.
