Short answer
What is the best LinkedIn outreach tool for an agency?
For a small lead-gen agency starting LinkedIn outreach for its first few clients, Bingle is our pick at US$149 a month for three LinkedIn accounts: it finds leads from buying signals rather than a list you bring, and every message waits for your approval by default. HeyReach suits agencies with 25 or more senders that need white label, and Skylead or Expandi suit agencies that want email in the same sequence.

Entry prices as each vendor's site showed them on 27 October 2026, before tax.
How we compared
On 27 October 2026 (AEDT) we read the pricing pages of HeyReach, Expandi, Skylead, La Growth Machine and SalesRobot, plus HeyReach's and Expandi's help articles on seats, and worked out the monthly cost for 3 and 10 accounts from the per-account prices each one lists. Where a vendor doesn't list a figure, the table says so. We didn't run paid trials, and Bingle's details come from its own user guide and pricing.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. HeyReach
Agencies with 25 or more client senders · From US$79/mo per sender; Agency US$999/mo for 25
HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, and inviting clients, teammates and VAs is free. Growth is US$79 a sender a month, falling to US$59 from 10 senders according to its help centre, and every plan has workspaces that keep each client's senders, leads and campaigns apart.
Agency is US$999 a month for a pool of 25 senders, or US$1,399 for 50. It adds white label for one brand, a master view across client workspaces, a manager role for client organisations and done-for-you onboarding. Unlimited is US$2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders, with extra white-label brands at US$500 each. The Growth trial runs 14 days with three LinkedIn accounts and no card.
Watch out for: Its pricing page lists no lead source of its own: leads come in through integrations such as Clay, RB2B and HubSpot. Agency and Unlimited need your own proxies, and the page lists no step for approving each message. Our HeyReach pricing post goes deeper.
2. Expandi
Agencies that want white label and client reports, priced by quote · $99/mo per seat, or $79 billed annually
Expandi bills per seat, and its help centre says one seat connects one LinkedIn account at a time. A seat is $99 a month or $79 on annual billing, with a dedicated IP in the account's country, automatic warm-up and sequences that mix LinkedIn steps with email follow-ups.
Its Agency plan, for 10 or more seats, adds role and permission management, central campaign management, client reports and the option to run Expandi under your own brand. The 7-day trial charges nothing until you decide to stay.
Watch out for: Agency pricing and white label are only quoted by its sales team. Image and GIF personalisation cost extra, and the pricing page doesn't name its currency.
3. Skylead
Agencies sending LinkedIn and high-volume email per client · $100/seat/mo; Agency $999/mo for 25 seats
Skylead's All-in-one seat is $100 a month and pairs LinkedIn automation with unlimited email accounts, up to 100,000 emails a month, an email finder and verifier, a B2B database and post signals. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce sync is in the feature table.
Its Agency plan, marked as a first-year promotion, is $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats. It adds an agency dashboard across clients, one inbox for every client's conversations, client roles and permissions, a client performance overview with risk alerts, and a white-label option that includes branded support and help pages.
Watch out for: Agency, annual and white-label terms all go through a call, and the white-label perks are listed as per agreement. The page shows a $ sign without naming the currency.
4. La Growth Machine
Agencies adding calls to LinkedIn and email · From €60/mo per identity (US$70); €50 billed annually
La Growth Machine bills per identity, meaning each profile that runs campaigns. Basic is €60 a month (US$70) for LinkedIn and email, up to three identities. Pro is €120 (US$135) with calls, any number of identities, 25 free team members and imports of people who liked or commented on a post or attended an event.
Its inbox shows several identities in one view, and an agency plan for lead-gen agencies and freelancers offers discounted pricing and custom identities, with a six-identity minimum. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Watch out for: Basic stops at three identities, Pro allows six active campaigns, and the trial gives you one identity. The pricing page doesn't mention white label.
5. SalesRobot
Agencies growing past ten accounts on per-account pricing · From $59/mo per LinkedIn account ($39 billed annually)
SalesRobot prices each LinkedIn account separately: Basic $59, Advanced $79 and Professional $99 a month, or $39, $59 and $79 billed annually. Its pricing calculator takes a further 33% off from 11 accounts and 45% from 20 to 35, with custom pricing above that. Client accounts are added the same way as your own.
Professional is the plan with team management and activity control, and every plan has dashboards and reports. Email automation is $15 per email account a month, and the 14-day trial takes no card. It also runs a reseller programme for selling SalesRobot under your own brand.
Watch out for: Basic allows one active campaign with limited daily quotas, team management needs Professional, and the page doesn't name its currency or list a per-message approval step.
6. Bingle
Small agencies that want signal-led leads and every message approved · 7 days free, no card; from US$49/mo; Agency US$149/mo
Bingle's Agency plan is US$149 a month for up to three LinkedIn accounts, with everything in Growth: every LinkedIn signal Bingle watches, up to 25 at once, unlimited sequences and priority support. Another account is US$29 a month on any plan, and annual billing is 10 months for 12.
The difference for client work is where leads come from. Instead of a list the client hands over, Bingle watches LinkedIn for people who fit and show a buying signal: likes and comments on competitors' or influencers' posts, engagement with your posts, profile views, job changes, new leaders, hiring, funding and events. Each lead carries the dated reason, which is easier to show a client than a filter export.
Every message is drafted in the voice you set and waits for approval unless you switch review off for that sequence. Sends are spaced through each profile's working hours, a newly connected account starts lower and ramps up, and Bingle never sees the LinkedIn password.
Watch out for: No white label, email, contact database or self-serve CRM integration. Its user guide doesn't describe separate client workspaces, client logins or client reports, so check on the trial how you'd keep clients apart. Reporting today means exporting the leads view as CSV.
Our pick
Bingle is our pick for a small lead-gen agency taking on its first few LinkedIn clients, where reply quality matters more than volume. It has the lowest list price here for three accounts, at US$149 a month against US$237 for three HeyReach senders and $297 for three Expandi seats. Leads come from dated buying signals rather than a list, and every message waits for approval unless you switch review off, so someone at the agency has read each one before it goes out under the client's name.
Past ten clients, or once white label and client logins become part of what you sell, a per-sender tool built for that does more. Bingle has no white label and no client-facing reports.
What an agency needs that a single seller doesn't
For client work, check what each extra LinkedIn account costs, whether each client's leads and inbox stay apart, what a client can see without a weekly spreadsheet, and whether the tool can carry your brand. This is what each vendor's own pages said on 27 October 2026.
| Tool | Billed per | White label | Client separation and reporting it lists | Email in sequences |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bingle | Plan (3 accounts on Agency), plus US$29 per extra account | No | CSV export of leads; no client workspaces or reports described | No |
| HeyReach | LinkedIn sender | Agency and Unlimited | Client workspaces on every plan; master view and client manager role on Agency | Through Instantly and Smartlead |
| Expandi | Seat (one LinkedIn account) | Agency, on request | Roles, permissions and client reports on Agency | Yes |
| Skylead | Seat | Agency option, per agreement | Agency dashboard, client roles, performance overview | Yes, up to 100,000 a month |
| La Growth Machine | Identity | Not listed | Several identities in one inbox view | Yes |
| SalesRobot | LinkedIn account | Reseller programme | Dashboards and reports; team management on Professional | $15 a month per email account |

Monthly cost for 3 and 10 client accounts
List prices on monthly billing, before tax, from the per-account and plan prices each vendor publishes; where a vendor publishes no figure, the cell says not listed. HeyReach and Bingle quote US dollars; Expandi, Skylead and SalesRobot show a $ sign without naming a currency.
| Tool | 3 client accounts | 10 client accounts | How we got there |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bingle | US$149 (about A$212) | US$352 (about A$501) | Agency covers 3; seven extra accounts at the listed US$29 each |
| HeyReach | US$237 (about A$337) | US$590 (about A$839) | US$79 a sender below 10, US$59 from 10, per its help centre; Agency is US$999 for 25 with white label |
| Expandi | $297 | $990 at the seat price | $99 a seat; Agency pricing for 10+ seats not listed |
| Skylead | $300 | $1,000 at the seat price, or $999 Agency | $100 a seat; Agency is $999 for 25 seats, first-year promotion, through sales |
| La Growth Machine | €180 (US$210) | €1,200 (US$1,350) | Basic for 3; Basic stops at 3, so 10 on Pro at €120; agency plan price not listed |
| SalesRobot | $297 | $990 | Professional at $99 an account; its volume discount starts at 11 |
At both sizes Bingle's list price is the lowest here, because its Agency plan bundles three accounts and each extra one is US$29. Past ten accounts the flat tiers start to pay off: HeyReach's US$999 pool for 25 senders costs less than its per-sender rate from 17 senders, and Skylead's $999 for 25 seats costs less than its seat price from 10. Australian agencies add GST on top, and A$ figures use the Reserve Bank of Australia's rate for 26 October 2026 (A$1 = US$0.7031).
Who approves the messages
A client's name is on every message, which is reason enough to read what goes out, at least in a campaign's first weeks. None of the five rivals' pricing pages lists a step where each message waits for approval before it sends. That doesn't prove they lack one, so ask on the trial.
In Bingle, drafts wait in an approval queue where you approve, edit or regenerate each one, and review can be switched off per sequence once a campaign is settled. Visits, likes and blank invitations run on their own. If a client wants to send by hand, switching off automatic sending moves each LinkedIn step into Today's sends instead. Our post on LinkedIn tools with message approval compares how other tools handle review.
What to check on a trial with a client's profile
- Connect one real client profile, not a test account, and have the client approve the sign-in in the LinkedIn app if asked. Bingle never sees or stores the password.
- Agree how the client will sign in while the tool runs. Bingle's guide advises one place at a time, because several sign-ins close together can make LinkedIn ask questions.
- Set the send window to the client's working hours. A Sydney client is on AEDT until early April; a Singapore client is three hours behind that.
- Check how clients are kept apart: separate leads, separate inboxes, and whether one client's do-not-contact list can leak into another's campaign.
- Build the report you'd send each Friday. If the tool can't produce it, time how long a CSV and a spreadsheet take, and add that to the price.
- Read 20 drafts for each client before anything sends. Strike any that could be about any company.
Our LinkedIn message checker is free and shows which lines of a draft read like a template.

Questions
How much does LinkedIn automation cost for an agency?
For three client accounts on monthly billing, list prices here run from US$149 (Bingle's Agency plan) to $300 (three Skylead seats). For ten, they run from US$352 (Bingle) to €1,200 (La Growth Machine Pro), and HeyReach and Skylead both sell 25 accounts for $999 a month.
Can one tool run several clients' LinkedIn accounts?
Yes. Every tool here connects more than one LinkedIn account and bills per account, seat, sender or identity. What differs is whether each client gets a separate workspace and inbox, so check that before the second client goes in.
What does white label mean for a LinkedIn outreach tool?
Clients log in to the tool under your agency's name, domain and colours instead of the vendor's. HeyReach includes one brand on its Agency plan; Expandi and Skylead arrange it through sales.
Does Bingle have white label?
No. Bingle's Agency plan covers up to three LinkedIn accounts under Bingle's name, and more accounts are US$29 a month each.
Should outreach go from the client's profile or the agency's?
Usually the client's, because the prospect is buying from the client and replies land where the client can see them. Each connected profile counts as one account in every tool's pricing, so ten clients means ten accounts.
