Short answer
How much does HeyReach cost?
HeyReach's Growth plan is US$79 a month per LinkedIn sender, falling to US$59 each once you have 10 or more, with 10% off for quarterly billing and 20% off for yearly; Agency is US$999 a month for 25 senders or US$1,399 for 50, and Unlimited is US$2,999 for up to 300. Growth comes with a 14-day trial and no card, and prices exclude VAT. If you sell from one to three LinkedIn accounts, Bingle is our pick at US$49 to US$149 a month because it also finds and ranks the leads; La Growth Machine and Expandi bill per account like HeyReach.
Three tools to price against HeyReach
HeyReach's own plans and the worked costs follow below this list. Here are two other tools that bill per LinkedIn account, and Bingle, each priced from its own page on 25 October 2026.
How we compared
We read heyreach.io/pricing (the visible plans, its structured data and the inline script that calculates Growth prices), 12 articles in HeyReach's help centre and its 7 August 2026 blog post on 25 October 2026 AEDT, plus the pricing pages of La Growth Machine and Expandi, and took the A$ rate from the Reserve Bank of Australia. We didn't buy a HeyReach plan, so tax at checkout and the price of email credit top-ups are unchecked.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.
| Best for | Starting price |
|---|---|
| La Growth Machine | |
| LinkedIn and email from the same identity | From €60/mo per identity (€50 billed yearly) |
| Bingle | |
| Founders and small teams selling from one to three LinkedIn profiles | 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo |
| Expandi | |
| One seat with email follow-ups in the sequence | From $99/mo per seat ($79 billed annually) |
1. La Growth Machine
LinkedIn and email from the same identity · From €60/mo per identity (€50 billed yearly)
La Growth Machine prices per identity, meaning one person's LinkedIn and email sending. Basic is €60 a month, or €50 on annual billing, and the page also quotes US$70 or US$60. It covers LinkedIn and email, 250 enriched leads a month, one sending mailbox per identity and three team members, with up to three identities.
Pro is €120 a month per identity (€100 yearly). It drops the identity cap, gives five sending mailboxes each and adds imports of people who liked or commented on a post or went to an event. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and its MCP for Claude and ChatGPT is free on all of them.
Watch out for: Basic stops at three identities, so a ten-sender team is on Pro at €1,200 a month (US$1,350 on its US$ prices), more than twice HeyReach's US$590 at that size.
2. Bingle
Founders and small teams selling from one to three LinkedIn profiles · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Bingle is the LinkedIn tool we make, so read this entry with that in mind. HeyReach sends campaigns to lists you bring from Sales Navigator, Clay or a CRM. Bingle builds the list itself: it watches LinkedIn for buying signals such as profile views, likes and comments on competitors' posts, job changes, hiring and funding, ranks each person by fit and timing with the reason shown, and writes each message in your voice for your OK.
Starter is US$49 a month for one LinkedIn account, Growth is US$79 with every signal Bingle watches and unlimited sequences, and Agency is US$149 for up to three accounts. Any plan can add a LinkedIn account for US$29 a month. Annual billing is 10 months for 12, and the first 7 days are free with the full product and no card. It works inside Claude and ChatGPT on every plan. See Bingle's pricing.
Watch out for: It is LinkedIn only: no email steps, no contact database and no white label. Past three accounts each one is US$29 extra, and the Agency plan's planned limit is 150 new ranked leads a day across the plan, so it isn't built for dozens of senders.
3. Expandi
One seat with email follow-ups in the sequence · From $99/mo per seat ($79 billed annually)
Expandi's Business plan is $99 a month, or $79 on annual billing, which it describes both as 20% off and as two months free. Each account gets a dedicated country-based IP address and an automatic warm-up, and a sequence can mix connection requests, messages and email follow-ups. The trial is 7 days.
Agency, for 10 or more seats or white label, is priced on a call, and image, GIF and video personalisation cost extra.
Watch out for: One Expandi seat costs $20 more a month than one HeyReach Growth sender, and there's no published volume price.
Our pick
For a founder or a small team selling from one to three LinkedIn accounts, Bingle is our pick. At that size it costs the same or less than HeyReach (US$49 or US$79 for one account against US$79, and US$149 for three against US$237), and the price covers finding the people worth messaging, ranking them with the reason shown and writing each message for your OK. With HeyReach you still have to bring the list.
HeyReach is the cheaper buy per sender once you run dozens of accounts, which is the job it is built for. The tables below show where that line falls.
HeyReach's plans on 25 October 2026
HeyReach's help centre lists five plans: Growth, Agency, Unlimited, a custom done-for-you plan and an Early stage program. All prices are in US dollars. A sender, or seat, is one LinkedIn account. Teammates, VAs and clients cost nothing, so a team of five sharing two LinkedIn profiles pays for two.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed quarterly | Billed yearly | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth, 1 to 9 senders | US$79 per sender | US$71.33 per sender (US$214 a quarter) | US$63.25 per sender (US$759 a year) | Unified inbox, Instantly and Smartlead integrations, API, webhooks, MCP, 100 one-time email credits per sender, a dedicated proxy per sender |
| Growth, 10 or more senders | US$59 per sender | US$53.10 per sender | US$47.20 per sender | The same features at a lower rate |
| Agency, 25 senders | US$999 | About US$900 | About US$800 (US$9,591 a year) | White label for one brand, 1,000 email credits, onboarding session, Slack channel; bring your own proxies |
| Agency, 50 senders | US$1,399 | US$1,259 (help centre) | US$1,119 (help centre) | As above, with a shared pool of 50 seats |
| Unlimited, up to 300 senders | US$2,999 | US$2,699 | US$2,399 (US$28,790 a year) | 3,000 email credits, done-for-you migration, priority support, extra white-label brands at US$500 each |
| Done for you | Custom | Custom | Custom | HeyReach's team runs the outbound, with a GTM engineer and an inbox manager |
HeyReach also runs an Early stage program for companies under US$250,000 in annual recurring revenue, with fewer than five people, that aren't yet customers. The page calls it heavily discounted but gives no price; you apply through a form.
Small mismatches: the help centre's plan guide (updated 11 September 2026) lists yearly Growth at US$63 and US$47 per sender, while the pricing page rounds up to US$64 and US$48, and the page's FAQ still calls the entry plan Starter.
What 1, 3 and 10 LinkedIn senders cost
The pricing page shows US$79 when it loads, and you only see the lower rate if you click the sender counter up to 10. The script behind that counter sets a tier break at 10 senders, where every sender drops from US$79 to US$59, and applies 10% off for quarterly and 20% off for yearly billing. The help centre's plan guide gives the same rates. We used the script's arithmetic for the totals below.
| Senders | HeyReach monthly | HeyReach yearly, per month | Bingle | La Growth Machine (US$ prices) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | US$79 (A$113) | US$63.25 (A$90) | US$49 Starter or US$79 Growth (A$70 or A$113) | US$70 Basic |
| 3 | US$237 (A$338) | US$189.67 (A$271) | US$149 Agency (A$213) | US$210 Basic |
| 10 | US$590 (A$842) | US$472 (A$674) | US$352: Agency plus 7 extra accounts (A$502) | US$1,350 Pro |
A$ figures use the Reserve Bank of Australia's rate for 23 October 2026 (A$1 = US$0.7006), rounded; your card's rate will differ. Bingle's yearly price is 10 months for 12 on each plan (US$490, US$790 or US$1,490 a year); its pricing file doesn't say whether the US$29 extra accounts get the same discount, so the 10-account figure is monthly only.
Nine Growth senders cost US$711 a month; ten cost US$590. If you're at eight or nine and planning to grow, reaching ten lowers the bill. The help centre also says all senders on a plan share one billing cycle, so you can't put the first group on yearly and new ones on monthly.
Growth stays cheaper than the Agency bundle up to 16 senders (US$944 a month). At 17 it's US$1,003, a few dollars over Agency's US$999 for 25, so anyone past 16 accounts should look at Agency, as long as they're happy to supply their own proxies.
What costs extra on HeyReach
- Tax. The help centre says its prices are in US dollars with no VAT included. It doesn't mention GST, so if you buy from Australia, New Zealand or Singapore, check the first invoice.
- Email lookups past the starter allowance. Growth includes 100 email credits per sender once, not monthly; Agency includes 1,000 and Unlimited 3,000. One successful lookup is one credit. Top-up bundles never expire, but their prices aren't on the public pages.
- Sending email. Multichannel campaigns run through Instantly or Smartlead, which are separate subscriptions.
- The leads. HeyReach imports lists from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot or another tool, and pays for none of them.
- InMail. The help centre says the InMail step needs a Sales Navigator licence; LinkedIn Premium isn't supported.
- Proxies on Agency and Unlimited. Growth gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy. The bigger plans say bring your own, and offer a custom arrangement if you don't have them.
- Extra white-label brands, at US$500 each on Unlimited. Agency includes one.
What isn't extra: users, workspaces and the MCP server. HeyReach's MCP page answers "How much does HeyReach MCP cost?" with "Nothing".
Trial, billing, pausing and refunds
- The Growth trial runs 14 days with no card, and the pricing FAQ says you can test it with three LinkedIn accounts. Agency and Unlimited can request a 30-day trial. One email address gets one trial.
- Adding senders mid-cycle is charged pro rata for the days left. Removing senders takes effect at the next renewal, and if you drop below the number connected, some accounts disconnect at renewal, so remove the ones you don't need first.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the period, then campaigns pause and accounts disconnect. Fees are generally non-refundable once a period starts, though duplicate charges and charges after a clear cancellation are reviewed.
- You can pause instead of cancelling, from the Cancel subscription button. The pause article (updated 21 October 2026) allows one, two or three months with no charges; an older line in the cancellation article says two. Pausing keeps any discount you have, and cancelling removes it.
- Only an Admin in your HeyReach organisation can change billing. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and other cards.
Start a trial on a Monday and day 14 is the Sunday of the following week. The help centre doesn't say what happens when a card-free trial ends, so put the date in your calendar on day one. Once you pay, HeyReach emails a reminder before each renewal from HeyReach Inc OÜ, and its own article suggests checking spam for it.
Where HeyReach is cheaper than Bingle, and where it isn't
Per LinkedIn account, Bingle costs less up to about 25 accounts and HeyReach costs less beyond that. The two are also buying different things: HeyReach is a sending engine for lists you bring, while Bingle's price includes finding and ranking the people and writing the messages.
| LinkedIn accounts | HeyReach, monthly billing | HeyReach, yearly billing | Bingle, monthly | Cheaper per account |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | US$79 | US$63.25 | US$49 (Starter) | Bingle |
| 3 | US$79 each (US$237) | US$63.22 each | US$49.67 each (US$149 Agency) | Bingle |
| 10 | US$59 each (US$590) | US$47.20 each | US$35.20 each (US$352) | Bingle |
| 25 | US$39.96 each (US$999 Agency) | About US$32 each | US$31.48 each (US$787) | Bingle on monthly billing; about level on yearly |
| 50 | US$27.98 each (US$1,399 Agency) | US$22.38 each (help centre's US$1,119) | US$30.24 each (US$1,512) | HeyReach |
At 50 senders HeyReach's Agency bundle is the cheaper buy, by about US$113 a month on monthly billing and more on yearly. It also has white label, client workspaces with a shared seat pool and email through Instantly or Smartlead, which Bingle doesn't offer. An agency running dozens of client profiles off lists built in Clay should price HeyReach first.
Bingle's figures past three accounts are list-price arithmetic, not a recommendation: its plans are built for people who approve each message, and Agency's planned limits (three client workspaces, 150 new ranked leads a day) suit a small agency or founder-led team. For one profile Bingle costs the same as HeyReach on Growth or US$30 less on Starter, and for three it is US$88 a month less at monthly rates. The full side-by-side is on Bingle vs HeyReach, and our HeyReach alternatives list prices five other tools.
HeyReach, LinkedIn's rules and the March 2026 page removal
HeyReach's own blog post, published 7 August 2026, says that on 25 March 2026 LinkedIn removed the HeyReach company page and restricted the personal profiles of four of its executives. The post says customer accounts, campaigns and the platform kept running, and that the company can no longer post to its page or run LinkedIn ads.
HeyReach's help centre caps each sender at 200 connection requests a week and 40 a day, with 25 as the default. For the numbers LinkedIn itself enforces, read how many connection requests LinkedIn allows, and for local rules on cold outreach see LinkedIn outreach in Australia.
Questions
Does HeyReach have a free trial?
Yes. Growth has a 14-day trial with no card that you can test with three LinkedIn accounts, and Agency and Unlimited customers can request a 30-day trial.
Does HeyReach charge per user?
No. It charges per sender, meaning each connected LinkedIn account; teammates, VAs and clients are free to add.
Is HeyReach cheaper for 10 or more accounts?
Yes. From 10 senders the Growth price drops from US$79 to US$59 per sender a month, so ten senders cost US$590 a month, or US$472 a month billed yearly.
Can I cancel HeyReach and get a refund?
You can cancel any time from Settings, Billing, and keep access to the end of the period, but fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. You can pause for up to three months instead.
Is there a cheaper alternative to HeyReach for one LinkedIn account?
Bingle's Starter plan is US$49 a month against HeyReach's US$79, after 7 free days with no card, and it finds and ranks the leads as well as writing the messages. It doesn't send email or offer white label.
