Short answer
What are the best Aimfox alternatives?
Bingle is our pick for a founder or small team that wants to message people showing a buying signal, from their own LinkedIn and with each message approved first, from US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card. HeyReach is the closest swap for agencies past 25 senders, Dripify and Expandi add email to the same sequence, and Kanbox and Linked Helper cost less per account.
Six Aimfox alternatives
Ordered from the closest match for Aimfox's agency buyers to the cheapest per account. Prices are each tool's entry price on its own page on 25 October 2026, and pages that show only "$" are listed in US dollars. Readers in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore pay in US dollars, plus any local tax the vendor adds.
How we compared
We read Aimfox's home, pricing, avatars, agency and integrations pages, the price data in its pricing page code and nine of its help articles on 25 October 2026 AEST, then each alternative's own pricing page the same day. We didn't run trials, rent an avatar or test any AI feature, so check limits and AI output on a trial before you move accounts.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

| Agencies that need more than 25 senders and white label | From US$79/mo per sender; Agency US$999/mo for 25 |

| Bingle | |
| Founders who want leads with a reason to reach out and to OK each message | 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo |

1. HeyReach
Agencies that need more than 25 senders and white label · From US$79/mo per sender; Agency US$999/mo for 25
HeyReach is the nearest match for Aimfox's agency side. Its Agency plan is US$999 a month for 25 senders, or US$800 billed yearly, with white label, onboarding and a Slack channel; Unlimited is US$2,999 for up to 300 senders. Like Aimfox it charges for LinkedIn accounts, not people, so clients and VAs log in free, each client in a separate workspace.
Single seats cost more: Growth is US$79 a sender a month, or US$64 billed yearly, with voice notes, a unified inbox and an MCP server. The 14-day trial needs no card. Our HeyReach alternatives post goes deeper.
Watch out for: At 25 accounts Aimfox's bundle is US$599 a month against HeyReach's US$999, so HeyReach pays off only past that size. Its pricing page still lists Trigify as an integration, though Trigify's standalone app closed on 22 October 2026.
2. Dripify
Sellers who want LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence · From US$79/mo per user (US$59 billed yearly)
Dripify is the pick if what Aimfox lacks for you is email. Every paid plan puts LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence with 100 email-finder credits a month, and since July 2026 it pauses a lead across campaigns when they reply by email. Pro is US$79 a user a month, or US$59 billed yearly. Advanced, at US$99 or US$79 yearly, adds team management, A/B tests and weekly refreshes of a Sales Navigator search.
It runs in the cloud from a dedicated IP in your region, with a hard cap of 75 connection requests a day. The 7-day trial needs no card. More in Dripify alternatives.
Watch out for: No agency bundle: teams of 10 or more seats talk to sales. Monthly payments are non-refundable, and yearly ones only within 24 hours.
3. Bingle
Founders who want leads with a reason to reach out and to OK each message · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Bingle costs the same as an Aimfox seat on Starter but does a different job. Aimfox, like most tools here, runs campaigns on a list you bring. Bingle builds the list for you: it watches LinkedIn for people who comment on or like a competitor's or an influencer's post, engage with your content, view your profile or change jobs, and for companies that are hiring, just raised money or are going to an event. Every lead is ranked by fit and timing, with the reason shown.
Messages are drafted from that signal in your voice and wait in an approval queue until you approve, edit or regenerate them, unless you turn review off. Everything sends from your own LinkedIn profile in your working hours, inside LinkedIn's daily limits, with no rented profiles. Growth is US$79 a month, Agency US$149 for up to 3 accounts, and each extra account US$29. It also runs inside Claude and ChatGPT.
Watch out for: No email, voice notes or video, and no white label. Its Agency plan covers 3 accounts, so it isn't built to replace a 20-seat Aimfox agency bundle.
4. Expandi
Teams that want LinkedIn and email with a country-based IP per account · US$99/mo per account (US$79 billed yearly)
Expandi costs twice an Aimfox seat at US$99 a month (US$79 billed yearly), and most of the difference buys email: connection requests, messages and email follow-ups in one sequence, with If/Action branching. Each account gets a dedicated country-based IP and a warm-up you pace.
Agencies with 10 or more seats, or wanting white label, get client reports, roles and a success manager, priced on a call. The trial is 7 days. See Bingle vs Expandi.
Watch out for: No published agency price to set against Aimfox's US$499 for 20 seats. Its pricing page also sells a Mobile Connector campaign as a way to send 100 extra invites a week past the usual limits, which LinkedIn's User Agreement doesn't allow.
5. Kanbox
Budget multi-account outreach with AI replies · From US$20/mo (US$12 billed yearly)
Kanbox undercuts Aimfox for small teams. Starter is US$20 a month (US$12 yearly) for one account and one campaign. Essential is US$45 per LinkedIn account (US$30 yearly) with 3 campaigns, team features and AI-personalised messages. Pro is US$80 per account (US$50 yearly) and adds ICP scoring by AI, an AI Response Agent that replies once a lead answers, a comment-to-DM lead magnet and an API. Every plan runs in the cloud with up to 6 follow-ups.
Agencies pay by band: US$399 a month for 5 to 10 accounts, US$749 for 11 to 30 and US$1,199 for more (US$279, US$499 and US$849 yearly). The trial is 15 days with no card.
Watch out for: No email sending, only an email finder. The AI Response Agent answers leads for you, so read its replies closely in the trial.
6. Linked Helper
Solo users happy to run software on their own computer · From US$15/mo per LinkedIn account
Linked Helper is the cheapest per account: US$15 a month for Standard and US$45 for Pro, with up to 45% off a 12-month licence and volume discounts from 10% at 10 licences. It is desktop software, so the automation runs on your own computer or a VPS and your LinkedIn session never sits on Linked Helper's servers.
Its AI list is long for the price: personalised invites and follow-ups that wait in a drafts queue for your approval, a step that scores profiles against your ideal customer, an AI commenter and an inbox reply assistant. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Watch out for: Your computer has to be on with the app running for campaigns to send, which suits one person better than a team. It finds emails but doesn't send them.
Our pick
Aimfox is built for volume: cheap seats, a 20-seat bundle and rented profiles when yours hit LinkedIn's limits. Bingle is our pick for the other buyer, a founder or small team that wants more replies from fewer messages. It finds people at a buying moment, shows the reason, drafts the message from that moment and waits for your OK, all from your own profile.
The price holds up: US$49 a month for one account on Bingle Starter, the same as an Aimfox seat, and US$137 for three on Bingle Growth against US$147 for three Aimfox seats, with signals and ranking included.
What Aimfox costs on 25 October 2026
Aimfox's three plans, with weekly limits from the comparison table under the plan cards:
| Price | What you get |
|---|---|
| Outreach seat | |
| US$49 a month per seat | One LinkedIn account running campaigns; 200 connection requests and 200 message requests a week; voice notes, videos and attachments; unified inbox; 14-day trial, no card |
| Outreach avatar | |
| US$387 a month | 3 rented profiles with a seat each; 100 connection requests and 150 message requests a week; no trial, a 48-hour money-back guarantee |
| Agency | |
| From US$499 a month for 20 seats | US$20 per extra seat, Slack onboarding, white label, team collaboration and help moving profiles over |
The page disagrees with itself in places, so get your plan in writing. The yearly toggle says "up to -25%", and the price data behind it gives US$490 a year for a seat (about 17% off) and US$4,490 for the agency bundle (25% off), while the help centre article updated on 1 September 2026 puts the yearly seat at US$390. The avatar card says US$387 buys 3 profiles, and the comparison table under it says US$387 per profile.
White label is the other mismatch. The agency card promises "Full whitelabel", the FAQ on the same page says "We don't provide a full whitelabel" and that one is in the pipeline, and the help centre (1 September 2026) describes a fully branded dashboard on your own domain. If you resell outreach, ask to see the client login first.
Rented LinkedIn profiles: what Aimfox sells and what LinkedIn's rules say
Aimfox calls its rented profiles Avatars. Its help article, updated 22 September 2026, says they are created by Aimfox and "not associated to real people", mostly US or Europe based. You can change the banner, headline, about section, current job and skills, but not the photo, name or location. The avatars page pitches them as a way to "Go past the LinkedIn limits".
LinkedIn's User Agreement, effective 3 November 2025, says in section 8.2 that you will not "create a false identity on LinkedIn", "create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person)" or use another person's account. Its help page on prohibited software adds that it doesn't permit fake accounts, and that rule-breakers risk restriction or shutdown.
There is a selling cost too. A buyer who gets a message from an avatar with your company in its headline, then can't find that person on your team page, has a reason to distrust the rest of your outreach. If your own accounts keep hitting the weekly invite limit, the lasting fix is fewer, better-aimed requests. Our connection request limit post covers what LinkedIn publishes, and reaching people after a job change is one way to aim better.
What 1, 3 and 20 LinkedIn accounts cost
Monthly list prices on 25 October 2026, worked out by us. The 20-account column is the agency case Aimfox's bundle is built for.
| Tool | 1 account | 3 accounts | 20 accounts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aimfox | US$49 | US$147 | US$499 (Agency) |
| HeyReach | US$79 | US$237 | US$999 (Agency, 25 senders) |
| Dripify | US$79 (Pro) | US$297 (Advanced) | US$1,980 at list; 10+ seats via sales |
| Expandi | US$99 | US$297 | Quote for 10+ seats |
| Kanbox | US$20 (Starter) | US$135 (Essential) | US$749 (Agency 30) |
| Linked Helper | US$15 (Standard) | US$45 (Standard) | About US$240 (Standard, 20% volume discount) |
| Bingle | US$49 (Starter) | US$137 (Growth plus 2 accounts) | US$630 at list (Growth plus 19 accounts) |
For one person, Linked Helper and Kanbox are cheapest if you can live with their limits: Linked Helper needs your computer on, and Kanbox Starter allows one campaign. At three accounts Kanbox Essential, Bingle and Aimfox sit within US$12 of each other. At 20, Aimfox's US$499 bundle beats every cloud tool here; only Linked Helper, which runs on your own computers, comes in lower.
Bingle adds accounts at US$29 each on any plan, but its Agency plan is planned around 3 client workspaces, so a 20-client agency is outside what it is built for. See the pricing page and the compare page.
AI in Aimfox and the alternatives
Aimfox's AI now lives in AI Variables: prompts you put inside a message template, such as a compliment of up to 100 characters. Its help article (1 September 2026) says the AI reads six fields for sender and target: first and last name, occupation, location, current company and time there. Its MCP server lets an AI agent pause campaigns, add leads, change account limits and send messages.
Here is what each tool's own pages list. Not listed means we didn't find it on the pages we read.
| Tool | AI writing | AI and replies | Approve each message first |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aimfox | AI Variables inside templates | Not listed | Not listed |
| HeyReach | Through its MCP for AI agents | Done-for-you service only | Not listed |
| Dripify | AI-written icebreaker variable | Pauses on a reply so you answer | Not listed |
| Expandi | Not on its pricing page | Not listed | Not listed |
| Kanbox | AI-personalised messages, Essential and up | AI Response Agent replies, Pro and up | Not listed |
| Linked Helper | Personalised invites and follow-ups | Reply assistant in the inbox | Yes, a drafts queue |
| Bingle | Written from each lead's signal, in your voice | Drafts a reply for you to edit and send | Yes, unless you turn review off |
Six profile fields are enough for a polite opener and not much more. A message that cites what the person just did, like a comment on a competitor's post or a new role, gives them a reason to answer. Run ten real drafts from any tool through our free LinkedIn message checker before you send at volume.
What to check before you move off Aimfox
- List what stays behind. Avatars are restricted to the Aimfox platform, so any conversations running on rented profiles don't come with you.
- Take your lead lists and your user and company blacklists with you, so the new tool skips people you've already contacted or excluded.
- Disconnect Aimfox before connecting the new tool. Aimfox's own article on cooldowns (6 October 2026) says LinkedIn may send notices when it detects lingering connections from tools you used before.
- Start low in the new tool. LinkedIn says an invitation restriction typically lasts a week, and it can't shorten it.

On 25 October 2026 an Aimfox Outreach seat is US$49 a month, the Agency plan starts at US$499 a month for 20 seats plus US$20 per extra seat, and Outreach avatars are US$387 a month. Yearly billing is listed at up to 25% off.

Yes, 14 days on the Outreach seat plan with no card. Rented avatars have no trial; the pricing FAQ offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee instead.

Not under LinkedIn's User Agreement, which bars creating a false identity, creating a profile for anyone but yourself and using someone else's account. Aimfox says its avatars are profiles it created that aren't associated with real people.
Does Aimfox send emails?
Not by itself. It connects to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison for email and to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close and Salesforce as CRMs.
Do I have to give Aimfox my LinkedIn password?
No. Aimfox's Chrome extension can sync your existing LinkedIn session without a password, or you can connect with your credentials.
