Waalaxy vs Dripify: which is better for LinkedIn outreach?

Waalaxy and Dripify both run LinkedIn sequences from the cloud and both charge per LinkedIn account. Waalaxy prices in euros, shows yearly rates by default, has a free Freemium tier that runs no campaigns and keeps email for its top plan; Dripify prices in US dollars, has no free plan and puts email in every plan. Most of the comparisons that came up when we searched "Waalaxy vs Dripify" on 27 October 2026 were written by one of the two or by another outreach vendor. We make Bingle, a third option, so the facts below about Waalaxy and Dripify come only from their own pricing pages, help centres and terms, read that day.

Short answer

Waalaxy or Dripify: which should you use for LinkedIn outreach?

For a founder or small team that sells on LinkedIn and wants to choose who gets each message, Bingle is our pick: it ranks people showing a buying signal and holds every message for your OK, from US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card. Waalaxy suits a solo seller watching cost (from €19 a user a month billed yearly, with a free plan that runs no campaigns), and Dripify suits a team that wants email steps on every plan (US$79 a seat, or US$59 billed annually).

The two tools, and the third we'd pick

Facts about Waalaxy and Dripify come from their own pages on 27 October 2026.

How we compared

On 27 October 2026 (AEDT) we read Waalaxy's pricing and home pages, four Waalaxy help articles and its subscriptions blog post, and Dripify's pricing page (last modified 23 October 2026), home page, terms and its MCP help article. Waalaxy shows yearly prices by default and no monthly price for Pro or Advanced, so we haven't worked one out. We didn't run a trial of either tool.

We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Waalaxy

Solo sellers who want low-cost LinkedIn sequences and can pay yearly · Free plan (no campaigns); paid from €19/mo per user billed yearly

Waalaxy runs LinkedIn sequences of invitations, profile visits, follows and messages from its web app. Since 1 July 2026 it runs fully in the cloud, and its old Chrome extension is gone from the Chrome Web Store. You build lists from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, or a CSV, and its auto-import can drop someone into a sequence when they visit your profile or comment on your post.

Pro is €19, Advanced €49 and Business €69 per user a month at the yearly rate its pricing page shows by default, and each licence is one LinkedIn account. Pro allows about 300 invitations a month and the other two 800. Advanced adds the API, Make, Zapier and n8n modules and the MCP for Claude; Business adds cold email sequences and 500 email-finder credits a month. A LinkedIn inbox is a €20-a-month add-on.

Watch out for: The pricing page shows no monthly price for Pro or Advanced; the help centre gives Business a standard price of €139 a month. The trial needs a credit card, becomes a paid plan unless you cancel, and Waalaxy's help centre says no reminder is sent before the first charge.

2. Dripify

Teams that want LinkedIn and email in one sequence on any plan · From US$79/mo per user, or US$59/mo billed annually

Dripify builds drip campaigns that mix connection requests, messages, Sales Navigator InMails, profile views, endorsements, likes, follows and email steps. Its home page lists nine lead sources, including any LinkedIn post as a daily source of new leads, and a high-intent signals feature marked coming soon.

Pro is US$79 a user a month, or US$59 billed annually, and Advanced is US$99 or US$79; each seat connects one LinkedIn account. Both include email sequences sent from your own inbox, 100 email-finder credits a month, a HubSpot integration and an open API with an MCP server, and its plan table lists webhooks and Zapier. Advanced adds team management, A/B testing, step analytics and Evergreen leads. Campaigns run on Dripify's servers from a dedicated IP in your location.

Watch out for: Its terms make monthly payments non-refundable and annual ones refundable only within 24 hours. Its MCP can list campaigns and upload up to 1,000 profiles but has no tool to send, and nothing we read describes approving each message before it goes. Ten or more seats go to sales.

3. Bingle

Founders and small teams who want fewer, better-timed LinkedIn messages · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo

Bingle is the one we make, built in Australia. Waalaxy and Dripify work through a list you load; Bingle finds the people first. It watches LinkedIn for buying signals, including profile views, likes and comments on competitors' and influencers' posts, engagement with your own posts, job changes, hiring, funding and events, and ranks each person by fit and timing. A recent signal counts for more than an old one, and the lead shows which signal it was.

It writes each message in your voice and holds it in an approval queue for you to approve, edit or regenerate, unless you switch review off for that sequence. Sending runs from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, inside LinkedIn's daily limits, any reply stops the sequence, and Bingle never sees your LinkedIn password.

Starter is US$49 a month, Growth US$79 and Agency US$149 for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts, and yearly plans cost 10 months for 12. You can also run it from Claude or ChatGPT.

Watch out for: Bingle is LinkedIn only: no email steps, no contact database and no self-serve CRM integration. If you want email in the same sequence, as on every Dripify plan or Waalaxy Business, it won't cover that, and it has no free plan after the trial week.

Our pick

Bingle is our pick for a founder or small B2B team that wins customers on LinkedIn and would rather message fewer people at the right moment than work down a long list. Waalaxy and Dripify run sequences over a list you load. Bingle decides who belongs on the list from buying signals, shows the reason on each lead, and waits for your OK on each message by default, which nothing we read on either rival's pages describes.

On price it sits between the two: Bingle's US$49 Starter costs more than Waalaxy Pro at €19 billed yearly, and less than Dripify Pro at US$79 a month. For three people, Bingle's Agency plan is US$149 (about A$212) a month on monthly billing, against US$237 (A$337) for three Dripify Pro seats and €147 (A$235) a month for three Waalaxy Advanced licences paid a year ahead. Pick Dripify or Waalaxy Business if email in the same sequence is a must.

Dripify's terms say all payments are in US dollars. Waalaxy prices in euros, and its help centre adds that the Business price may vary by country. In both, one paid seat or licence is one LinkedIn account, so a team pays per person who sends.

What Waalaxy's free plan does, and doesn't

Waalaxy's pricing page doesn't show a free plan, but its help centre describes one. Freemium, in the help article updated 8 July 2026, is completely free and keeps your prospects and past campaigns, but it has no automation and you can only import prospects from a CSV file. Its quotas article, updated the same day, says that in Freemium you can't launch campaigns, so no daily quota applies.

Waalaxy's own blog post on its subscriptions, updated 17 June 2026, says something different: three actions a day of each type on the free plan. Its cloud article from 1 July says importing prospects and launching campaigns need a paid plan. On 27 October the help centre is the newest of the three, so we'd plan on Freemium as a place to keep your data between paid months, not a way to run outreach.

Waalaxy asks for a credit card when you create the account, the trial turns into a paid plan unless you cancel, and its help centre says no reminder comes before the first charge. If you cancel in time, the account drops to Freemium without losing data. Dripify's trial needs no card and its account goes inactive when the 7 days end, and Bingle's free week asks for no card either.

Waalaxy's toggle marks yearly billing as 50% off, paid up front for the year. Its monthly prices for Pro and Advanced don't appear on the pricing page, and we haven't guessed them. Dripify's toggle says "up to 35% off" for annual billing; the page's own figures work out to 25% off Pro and 20% off Advanced. A three-person Dripify team that wants shared management needs Advanced, since team management isn't in Pro.

Teams of five or more can move to Waalaxy's Enterprise plan, with volume discounts and no published price, and Dripify sends anyone with 10 or more seats to sales. For a wider look at what these tools cost, see our LinkedIn automation pricing comparison or Bingle's own pricing.

Daily limits and how each keeps an account safe

Waalaxy sets a quota per action. Advanced and Business allow up to 100 invitations a day and 200 a week, 120 to 150 messages and 120 to 150 profile visits; Pro is held to 11 invitations a day. Each day it picks a random quota between 80% and 100% of the maximum, and its help centre says actions stop when either its own daily quota or LinkedIn's weekly one runs out.

Dripify lists up to 75 connection requests a day, 100 or more messages and 30 Sales Navigator InMails, on both plans, and doesn't state a weekly cap on its pricing page. It runs campaigns from its own servers on a dedicated IP in your location, spaces actions at random inside the working hours you set, and adjusts the pace to each account's history.

Bingle stays well inside LinkedIn's daily limits and starts a newly connected account lower, ramping it up over its first couple of weeks. If LinkedIn pushes back, everything pauses for a day. For what LinkedIn publishes on invitations and messages, see our posts on the LinkedIn connection request limit and the LinkedIn message limit per day.

Which one fits how you sell

  • Pick Bingle if you sell on LinkedIn, want it to find who's worth a message this week, and want to approve each message.
  • Pick Waalaxy if cost is the main thing, you'll pay a year ahead, and you're happy to load your own lists.
  • Pick Dripify if you want email steps on its cheapest plan and a trial that needs no card.
