Meet Alfred alternatives: tools for LinkedIn and email outreach

Meet Alfred runs LinkedIn and email campaigns from its own lead database and 600+ templates, billed per seat from US$59 a month, or US$35 on yearly billing. Its cheapest plan has no email, its X campaigns are marked under maintenance, and it doesn't refund once you upgrade. Below are six tools that cover the same ground in different ways, with their trial terms and what one or three seats cost on 26 October 2026.

Short answer

What are the best Meet Alfred alternatives?

Bingle is our pick for a founder or small team that sells on LinkedIn and wants each message tied to a buying signal and approved before it sends, from US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card. If email in the same sequence matters, Dripify and Expandi are the closest swaps, La Growth Machine has the cheapest email-capable seat at €60 a month, Waalaxy has the lowest yearly price at €19 a seat for LinkedIn alone, and lemlist suits teams that start from email.

Six Meet Alfred alternatives

The order isn't a ranking. Dripify and Expandi come first as the closest matches to Meet Alfred's Business plan, which puts LinkedIn and email in one sequence. Prices are each tool's entry price on its own page on 26 October 2026; pages that show only "$" are listed in US dollars, and Australian, New Zealand and Singapore buyers pay in that currency plus any local tax.

How we compared

We read Meet Alfred's pricing page and the script that sets its prices, its home page, two feature pages, its billing policy and six help-centre articles on 26 October 2026 (AEDT), then each alternative's pricing page and help articles the same day. G2 and Trustpilot refused our requests, so no third-party reviews are used. We didn't run trials or send test campaigns.

We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. Dripify

Reps who want LinkedIn and email per seat with an email finder · From US$79/mo per user (US$59 billed yearly)

Dripify is the nearest match on structure. Every paid plan runs LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence, and each seat connects one LinkedIn account, the way a Meet Alfred seat does. Pro is US$79 a user a month, or US$59 billed yearly, and includes 100 email finder credits a month; more cost US$29 per 1,000. Its pricing FAQ puts daily activity at up to 75 connection requests and 100+ messages.

Advanced, at US$99 or US$79 yearly, adds team management, A/B tests and Evergreen campaigns that keep adding leads matching your criteria. The trial is 7 days with no card on Advanced features, and Dripify says nothing is charged when it ends. Our Dripify alternatives post covers its terms and limits in more depth.

Watch out for: Team management sits on Advanced only, so three reps under one admin login pay US$297 a month, US$60 more than Meet Alfred's three-seat Teams plan.

2. Expandi

Agencies that want branching LinkedIn and email sequences · US$99/mo per seat (US$79 billed yearly)

Expandi sells one plan at the same US$99 a month as Meet Alfred Business, or US$79 a month billed yearly, which it describes as two months free. Connection requests, messages and email follow-ups sit in one sequence with If/Action branching. Each account gets a dedicated country-based IP and a warm-up whose pace you set.

Image and GIF personalisation cost extra, and video runs through a paid Sendspark add-on. Teams of 10 or more, or anyone wanting white label, are asked to book a call. The trial is 7 days, and Expandi says it charges only once you decide to keep it. See Bingle vs Expandi for the side-by-side.

Watch out for: Its pricing page sells "campaign types that allow bypassing outreach limits", with a Mobile Connector campaign adding 100 connection requests a week. Weigh that before you switch it on.

3. Bingle

Founders who'd rather message people at a buying moment than work a list · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo

Bingle answers the question Meet Alfred's Lead Finder answers, who to contact, in a different way. There is no database to search. It watches LinkedIn for buying signals: someone liking or commenting on a competitor's or an influencer's post, engaging with yours, viewing your profile or starting a new role, and companies that are hiring, just raised money or are heading to an event. Each person is ranked by fit and timing, with the signal, its date and a link beside their name.

Every message is written from that person's own signal in your voice and sits in an approval queue until you approve, edit or regenerate it, unless you switch review off for a sequence. Any reply stops the sequence, and Draft reply in the inbox writes an answer for you to edit and send. It sends from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, never sees your LinkedIn password, and runs inside Claude and ChatGPT as an MCP connector. Bingle vs Meet Alfred lays the two side by side.

Watch out for: LinkedIn only: no email steps, no X, no contact database and no white label. You add people by profile URL or let signals find them, and data leaves by CSV export, with no self-serve CRM integration. Starter is planned to allow one active sequence once billing opens. If email in the same sequence is why you chose Meet Alfred, keep an email tool beside it.

4. La Growth Machine

Small teams that want LinkedIn, email and AI voice messages · From €50/mo per identity billed yearly (€60 monthly)

La Growth Machine bills per identity, a profile that runs campaigns, and says you don't need an identity just to answer replies. Basic is €60 a month, or €50 billed yearly (US$70 or US$60 if you pay in dollars), and covers LinkedIn and email with 250 enriched leads a month, AI voice messages and an AI writing assistant. Email lookups run as a waterfall across 9 providers and 2 verification tools.

Basic includes 3 team members and allows up to 3 identities, each with one sending mailbox. Pro, at €120 a month, adds calls, 5 mailboxes per identity and as many identities as you want, with up to 6 active campaigns. You can build and run campaigns from Claude or ChatGPT, and the 14-day trial needs no card.

Watch out for: A fourth seller moves the team off Basic and onto Pro at €120 an identity, double the Basic price.

5. Waalaxy

Solo sellers who want low yearly prices and email later · From €19/mo per user billed yearly

Waalaxy went fully cloud on 1 July 2026 and pulled its Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. With yearly billing selected, which is how its pricing page opens, Pro is €19 a user a month with about 300 invitations a month, Advanced is €49 with 800, and Business is €69 with cold email sequences, LinkedIn plus email campaigns and 500 email finder credits a month. Each licence is one LinkedIn account.

Quarterly billing saves 20% and yearly up to 50%. A LinkedIn inbox for managing replies is a €20 a month add-on, teams of five or more are pointed to Enterprise, and a free mode keeps your data but runs no automation. Our Waalaxy alternatives post and Bingle vs Waalaxy go further.

Watch out for: Read the trial terms first. Its help centre says the trial needs a credit card, rolls into a paid plan unless you cancel, and quotes €139 a month as the standard Business price. It also says no reminder is sent before the first charge. Monthly prices for Pro and Advanced weren't in the pricing page code we read.

6. lemlist

Email-first teams adding LinkedIn steps · From US$69/mo (Email plan); LinkedIn on Multichannel at US$109/mo per user

lemlist starts from email. Its Email plan is US$69 a month, or US$55 billed yearly, with unlimited users and email senders, 50,000 emails a month, a 650M+ lead database, an email and phone finder, AI agents, and an MCP server and CLI. LinkedIn automation needs Multichannel at US$109 a user a month, or US$87 yearly, which adds 5 senders per user, SMS, a dialer and a WhatsApp add-on.

A buying intent signals add-on costs US$29 a month, or US$21 yearly, for 100 signals. The 14-day trial gives Multichannel features except in-app calls, plus 200 free credits.

Watch out for: The Email plan has no LinkedIn automation, so the price to compare with Meet Alfred is Multichannel at US$109 a user, the highest here. Enrichment and signals are credits sold on top.

Our pick

Meet Alfred is built for volume from lists: its own lead database, 600+ templates and campaigns that start sending when you press Publish. Bingle is our pick for a founder or a team of up to three who sells on LinkedIn and would rather send fewer messages that land. It finds each person at a buying moment, ranks them with the reason shown, writes the message from that moment and holds it for your OK.

On list prices it is also the smaller bill: US$49 a month for one LinkedIn account against US$59 for Meet Alfred Individual, and US$137 for three accounts against US$237 for the three-seat Teams minimum. If your Meet Alfred campaigns lean on email steps, run an email tool beside it.

What Meet Alfred costs on 26 October 2026

Meet Alfred prices each seat, one user, and bills in US dollars, euros or pounds, monthly, quarterly at 20% off or yearly at 40% off. These are the US dollar figures the pricing page's script sets on load; Meet Alfred's help-centre pricing article, updated 8 October 2026, gives the same monthly and yearly prices.

PlanMonthlyQuarterly, per monthYearly, per monthWhat it adds
IndividualUS$59US$47US$35LinkedIn only; Lead Finder up to 1,000 results; no Sales Navigator, InMail or CSV campaigns
BusinessUS$99US$79US$59Email and multichannel sequences, Sales Navigator, InMail, post, group and event campaigns, Zapier and webhooks; 5,000 results
Teams (3 seats minimum)US$79US$63US$47Everything in Business plus native HubSpot and Salesforce, white label, team inbox and roles; 10,000 results
UnlimitedCustomCustomCustomVolume pricing, a dedicated success manager and a premium SLA

Two things on that page are easy to miss. Teams costs less per seat than Business, US$79 against US$99 a month, and includes everything Business does, but the seat picker won't go below 3, and from 10 seats it asks you to talk to sales. The page also carries an older set of yearly prices, US$29, US$49 and US$39, in its plain text and structured data. The script swaps those for US$35, US$59 and US$47 as the page loads, so search snippets and tools that don't run scripts show the lower figures.

The 7-day trial needs no card. After you upgrade there are no refunds: Meet Alfred's policy, updated 1 October 2026, lets you cancel before the rollover date and keep access to the end of the term. Licences are per user and can't be shared, and a seat added halfway through an annual plan is billed for the months left.

Why people look past Meet Alfred: what its own pages show

G2 and Trustpilot refused our requests on 26 October 2026, so this list leaves out third-party complaints and sticks to what Meet Alfred's own site and help centre say. Each point is something to settle before you renew.

  • X (Twitter) campaigns are marked as under maintenance in a help article dated 19 August 2026, while the pricing page still sells X outreach.
  • Its AI personalisation is merge tags. The feature page's FAQ says it pulls name, company and role from LinkedIn profiles and CSV files into dynamic tags, with templates on top.
  • There is no step for approving each message. The help centre's campaign guide ends with Publish, which starts the automation.
  • The US$59 plan is LinkedIn only. Email, Sales Navigator and InMail start at Business, US$99 a month.
  • Native HubSpot and Salesforce, the team inbox and white label sit on Teams, which starts at three seats.
  • Email limits disagree: the pricing page puts email on Business, while the daily-limits article, updated 22 October 2026, labels its Gmail, Google Workspace and Outlook caps as available on Teams plans.

If a built-in database, a big template library and email under one login are what you need, Meet Alfred still covers them, and Business at US$99 is the plan to compare. If the list above is why you're looking, the trial table below shows how to test a replacement before you pay for it.

  1. Trial the plan you'd buy. Dripify's trial runs Advanced and lemlist's runs Multichannel, so if you plan to buy a cheaper tier, note which features disappear on day 8.
  2. Start below every default. LinkedIn's help page says a restriction for hitting the invitation limit typically lasts a week, and you can't buy your way out of it. Meet Alfred's trial defaults to 30 invites a day and its Sales Navigator default is 100, while one of its feature pages offers up to 100 a day, "exceeding LinkedIn's usual limits". Our connection request limit post covers what LinkedIn publishes.
  3. Read ten real messages before they send. A template with merge tags reads differently on a real profile than in the editor. If you'd rather sign off on each one, our message approval post lists the tools that hold drafts for you.
  4. Check email caps against your mailbox. Meet Alfred lists 400 a day for Gmail and Outlook and 800 for Google Workspace, and your own provider's limits apply on top.
  5. Put the end date in your calendar. Meet Alfred gives no refunds after you upgrade, and Waalaxy's help centre says it sends no reminder before the first charge.
  6. If your email steps reach Australians, sections 17 and 18 of the Spam Act 2003 require accurate sender details and a working unsubscribe in each commercial message, whichever tool sends it. Our Australia outreach guide explains how that sits next to LinkedIn messages.

What 1 and 3 seats cost on each tool

Monthly list prices from each vendor's page on 26 October 2026, worked out by us on the cheapest plan that puts LinkedIn and email in one sequence. Bingle is LinkedIn only, so its row covers LinkedIn alone. Credits, extra mailboxes and add-ons are extra.

For one person who needs email, Dripify at US$79 is the cheapest US dollar option and La Growth Machine's €60 the cheapest overall, with Meet Alfred Business and Expandi level at US$99. If one seat on LinkedIn alone is enough, Meet Alfred Individual is US$59 and Bingle Starter US$49.

For three people, Meet Alfred's Teams plan is hard to beat among the email tools: US$237 a month, US$60 under three Business seats, and US$1,707 a year against US$2,844 for Expandi or Dripify. Bingle costs US$137 a month for three LinkedIn accounts, or US$1,490 a year on Agency, plus whatever email tool you keep. Bingle's prices are on our pricing page, and every head-to-head we've written is on the compare page.
