Short answer
What are the best Botdog alternatives?
Bingle is our pick for a founder or a team of up to five who wants a LinkedIn-only tool that finds people at a buying moment and drafts each message for approval, from US$49 a month after 7 free days with no card. HeyReach matches Botdog's US$79 per account and suits agencies, Aimfox and Kanbox cost less per seat, Linked Helper is cheapest if you can leave a computer running, and Meet Alfred adds email on its higher plans.
Six Botdog alternatives
The order isn't a ranking. HeyReach comes first because it charges what Botdog does per account, and Meet Alfred last because it adds email. Prices are each tool's entry price on its own page on 26 October 2026; pages that show only "$" are listed in US dollars. Buyers in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore pay in US dollars plus any local tax.
How we compared
We loaded botdog.co, which redirects to www.botdog.co, on 26 October 2026 (AEDT) and read its pricing page, the price table in the page's script, its FAQ, terms, changelog and five feature pages, then each alternative's pricing page and help articles the same day. web.archive.org didn't respond, so we couldn't compare older Botdog prices. We didn't run trials.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.

1. HeyReach
Agencies that want one login across many client senders · From US$79/mo per sender (US$64 billed yearly)
HeyReach charges per sender, meaning a connected LinkedIn account, and lets teammates, VAs and clients log in free. Growth is US$79 a sender a month, US$72 billed quarterly or US$64 billed yearly, with unlimited campaigns, voice notes, an If Connected condition, 100 email enrichment credits per sender and an MCP server. On Growth each sender gets a dedicated residential proxy.
Agency is US$999 a month for 25 senders with one white label included, and Unlimited is US$2,999 with a cap of 300 senders. The Growth trial runs 14 days with no card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. At the same US$79 per account as Botdog Solo, it is the straight swap for one to four senders. See Bingle vs HeyReach and our HeyReach pricing breakdown.
Watch out for: Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own proxies. At five senders, Botdog's US$299 Agency bundle is cheaper than five HeyReach Growth seats at US$395.
2. Aimfox
Budget LinkedIn seats with voice notes and video · From US$49/mo per seat
Aimfox costs US$30 a month less than Botdog per account: US$49 a seat, with up to 25% off yearly. Its pricing table lists 200 connection requests and 200 message requests a week per seat, unlimited sequences, free InMails to open profiles, unlimited team members, and voice notes, attachments and videos sent from campaigns or the shared inbox.
Agencies pay from US$499 a month for 20 seats, plus US$20 per extra seat, with full white label. Its FAQ says you can connect by sharing your LinkedIn session from the browser instead of a password, and use its proxy pool from more than 60 countries or your own. The trial is 14 days with no card; more in our Aimfox alternatives post.
Watch out for: It also rents Outreach avatars at US$387 a month for 3 profiles, and its help centre (updated 22 September 2026) says those profiles were created by Aimfox and aren't associated with real people. Decide whether you want that sitting beside your own profile.
3. Bingle
Founders and small teams who want the tool to find who to message · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Botdog and Bingle both stay on LinkedIn, but they start in different places. Botdog works through the people you import. Bingle finds people by watching LinkedIn for buying signals: likes and comments on a competitor's or an influencer's post, engagement with your own posts, profile views and job changes, plus companies that are hiring, just raised money or are heading to an event. It ranks each person by fit and timing and shows the signal behind the rank, with its date and a link.
Messages are written from each person's signal in your voice and wait for your OK, unless you switch review off for a sequence. A newly connected account starts with lower daily limits and ramps up over its first couple of weeks, actions are spaced through your working hours, and if LinkedIn pushes back everything pauses for a day. In Claude or ChatGPT, Bingle's MCP connector searches leads, drafts messages and runs sources, with sending off unless you allow it.
Watch out for: No email, no InMail, no voice notes and no white label, and no self-serve CRM integration beyond CSV export. Starter is planned to allow one active sequence once billing opens. If you want a list you built yourself worked through at volume, Botdog is the closer fit.
4. Kanbox
Low per-account prices with a Kanban pipeline · From US$20/mo (US$12 billed yearly); US$45 per LinkedIn account on Essential
Kanbox combines LinkedIn imports, sequences, a smart inbox and Kanban-style pipelines. Starter is US$20 a month, or US$12 yearly, with one campaign at a time and 300 lead imports a month. Essential, at US$45 per LinkedIn account a month or US$30 yearly, runs 3 campaigns at once and adds multi-account and team features. Pro, at US$80 or US$50 yearly, runs 5 campaigns with 75,000 imports a month, webhooks and an API.
Pro and Agency also get ICP scoring by AI and an AI Response Agent that replies after a lead answers. Agency 10 costs US$399 a month, or US$279 yearly, for 5 to 10 accounts. The trial is 15 days with no card.
Watch out for: The trial gives Starter features plus 30 email credits, so you can't test Pro's AI scoring or auto-replies before you pay. Every plan is listed as cloud-based, yet the footer links to a Chrome extension download, so ask what the extension is for.
5. Linked Helper
Solo users who can keep a computer running · From US$15/mo per licence (Standard, local storage)
Linked Helper is desktop software. It runs on your own computer or a VPS, keeps your LinkedIn session on that machine, and needs the computer on with the app open. Standard is US$15 a licence a month with your data stored locally, falling to US$8.25 a month on a 12-month term; cloud storage, which backs up your data and shares it with teammates, starts at US$16.50. Volume discounts begin at 10 licences.
Its AI personalised messages wait in a drafts queue for your approval, one at a time or in bulk, and an AI ICP step scores profiles and drops poor fits. Standard caps several advanced actions, such as group and event messages and like-and-comment, at 20 a day. The trial is 14 days of full Pro access with no card, and nothing renews unless you switch auto-renewal on.
Watch out for: If the laptop sleeps, outreach stops, which is the opposite trade to Botdog's cloud. The Pro price wasn't on the pricing page we read.
6. Meet Alfred
Sellers who want email added and a built-in lead database · From US$59/mo per seat (US$35 billed yearly)
Meet Alfred is the option here if Botdog's LinkedIn-only focus is the problem. Business, at US$99 a seat a month or US$59 yearly, adds email and multichannel sequences, Sales Navigator and InMail campaigns, and campaigns from posts, groups and events. Every plan includes its Lead Finder database (1,000 to 10,000 results by plan), birthday and new-role greetings and 600+ templates.
Teams, at US$79 a seat with a three-seat minimum, adds native HubSpot and Salesforce and white label. The 7-day trial needs no card. Bingle vs Meet Alfred and our Meet Alfred alternatives post go into its plans.
Watch out for: The US$59 Individual plan is LinkedIn only and can't run Sales Navigator, InMail or CSV campaigns, and Meet Alfred doesn't refund once you upgrade.
Our pick
Botdog is a tidy LinkedIn-only tool for working through audiences you bring: a search, a Sales Navigator list, an event or a post. Bingle is our pick for a founder or a team of up to five who wants the tool to decide who is worth a message today. It watches for buying signals, ranks people with the reason shown, and writes each message from that moment for your approval.
On list prices it is also cheaper at each size we priced: US$49 against US$79 for one account and US$137 against US$237 for three.
What Botdog costs on 26 October 2026
Botdog bills in US dollars per LinkedIn account, which it calls a sender. The prices below are on its pricing page and in the price table its script uses, and the two match. Its changelog has entries as recent as 15 October 2026, so the product is being worked on.
| Plan | Monthly | 3 months, per month | 12 months, per month | Billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo, per sender (up to 30) | US$79 | US$71 | US$55.33 | US$664 |
| Agency, 5 senders | US$299 | US$269 | US$209.33 | US$2,512 |
| Agency, 10 senders | US$499 | US$449 | US$349.33 | US$4,192 |
| Agency, 20 senders | US$799 | US$719 | US$559.33 | US$6,712 |
| Managed, done for you | From US$690 per seat | Monthly billing only | Monthly billing only | Monthly billing only |
Solo includes every feature: unlimited campaigns, invites, messages, InMails, voice notes, profile visits and post reactions and comments, AI lead review and AI variables, an inbox with AI reply drafts, team management, the API, webhooks and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Agency adds onboarding, a migration done for you and priority support. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial and no card.
Three things on Botdog's own site don't line up. Its FAQ still talks about Professional and Enterprise plans, which the pricing page doesn't list. The pricing page says all AI features are included with no upsells, while its safety page puts Account Health on an AI plan. And its home page counts 5,000+ professionals where the FAQ says 10,000+. Separately, Software Advice's Botdog listing still showed "Starting at $29.99 flat rate per month" on 26 October 2026, well under the US$79 Botdog charges, so take the price from Botdog's page.
Why people look past Botdog: what its own pages say
We didn't test Botdog's sending or its support, so these are the trade-offs its own site and terms describe, as of 26 October 2026.
- It is LinkedIn only by choice. The home page says "No multichannel distractions", so email steps need a second tool.
- You bring the audience. Its nine data sources are searches, Sales Navigator, Recruiter, posts, events, CSV, profile URLs and the API, and its features page doesn't list watching for job changes, hiring or funding.
- Refunds are off by default. The pricing FAQ says there are none, and the terms (last updated December 2024) cap any refund it grants at its discretion at 50% of what you paid.
- The limits are yours to own. Its safety page calls the safe, moderate and risky zones guidance, not caps, and the terms say that if you raise activity above Botdog's defaults you take full responsibility for any LinkedIn restriction.
- Its MCP server can read campaigns, analytics and team data and add leads; the feature page doesn't list sending messages from the chat.
Meet Alfred doesn't refund after you upgrade either, and a 7-day trial with no card makes Botdog cheap to test. The question is whether you want a list worker or a tool that picks who to contact. For the second, our guide to LinkedIn buying signals explains what Bingle watches.
What 1, 3 and 5 LinkedIn accounts cost
Monthly list prices from each vendor's page on 26 October 2026, worked out by us. Credits, proxies and add-ons are extra where they apply.
| Tool | 1 account | 3 accounts | 5 accounts | 3 accounts for a year, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Botdog | US$79 | US$237 | US$299 (Agency) | US$1,992 |
| HeyReach | US$79 | US$237 | US$395 | US$2,277 |
| Aimfox | US$49 | US$147 | US$245 | Up to 25% off; exact figure not shown |
| Kanbox | US$45 (Essential) | US$135 | US$399 (Agency 10) | US$1,080 |
| Linked Helper (Standard, local) | US$15 | US$45 | US$75 | US$297 |
| Meet Alfred | US$59 (Individual) | US$237 (Teams) | US$395 (Teams) | US$1,707 |
| Bingle | US$49 (Starter) | US$137 (Growth plus 2 accounts) | US$195 (Growth plus 4 extra accounts at US$29) | US$1,490 (Agency, up to 3 accounts) |
At one account, Linked Helper and Kanbox's US$20 Starter are cheapest, with real strings attached: a computer left running, or one campaign at a time. Among the cloud tools, Aimfox and Bingle start at US$49 and Botdog and HeyReach at US$79. At five accounts Botdog's Agency bundle earns its place, US$96 under five Solo seats or five HeyReach seats.
On yearly billing, three Botdog Solo seats come to US$1,992, against US$2,277 on HeyReach and US$1,490 for Bingle's Agency plan with up to 3 accounts. Bingle's plans are on our pricing page, and every head-to-head we've written is on the compare page.
Where each tool runs, and who signs off on messages
Two practical differences sit behind the prices: whether the tool needs your computer, and whether you see a message before it goes. This is what each tool's own pages say.
| Where it runs | Approve each message first? |
|---|---|
| Botdog | |
| Its own cloud; no browser extension | Not described; AI variables fill an opener per prospect |
| HeyReach | |
| Cloud, with a residential proxy per sender on Growth | Not described on the pricing page |
| Aimfox | |
| Its proxy pool or yours; connects with your browser session | Not described on the pricing page |
| Kanbox | |
| Listed as cloud, with an extension download in the footer | Not described; Pro can auto-reply |
| Linked Helper | |
| Desktop app on your computer or a VPS | Yes, AI drafts wait in a queue |
| Meet Alfred | |
| Cloud; no browser extension | No; campaigns run once published |
| Bingle | |
| Your own LinkedIn, in your working hours; never sees your password | Yes, unless you switch review off |
If signing off matters to you, our post on tools with message approval goes further. If you plan to drive outreach from an AI assistant, LinkedIn tools that work with ChatGPT compares what each connector can and can't do.
What to check before you move off Botdog
- Note your renewal date. Botdog doesn't refund, so cancel before the next period and export your contacts to CSV while you still have access.
- Connect one account to the new tool and pause the matching Botdog campaigns first, so two tools never act on one profile at once.
- Keep volume low in week one. Botdog starts new accounts at 20 invitations a day; LinkedIn's help page says a restriction for hitting the invitation limit typically lasts a week and withdrawing invites won't lift it. Our connection request limit post covers the published numbers.
- Run the same 50 people through each tool you trial and read what it would send. Kanbox's trial won't show Pro's AI features, while Linked Helper's trial runs full Pro.
- Set the time zone yourself. Botdog campaigns follow the dates, active days and time zone you choose, and a Sydney seller writing to London should check that a 9am send isn't 9am AEDT.
- Price the size you'll be in six months, not today. Botdog's Agency bundle only pays at five senders and up.
