Short answer
HeyReach or Expandi: which should you pick for LinkedIn outreach?
For a founder or small team selling from one to three LinkedIn accounts, Bingle is our pick: it finds people showing a buying signal, holds each message for your OK and costs US$49 to US$149 a month after 7 free days with no card. Between the two, HeyReach (US$79 a sender, or US$999 for 25 senders) suits agencies running many accounts from lists they already have, and Expandi (US$99 an account, or US$79 billed yearly) suits a small team that wants LinkedIn and email follow-ups in one sequence.
The two tools, and the third we'd pick

How we compared
On 27 October 2026 (AEDT) we read HeyReach's pricing page, including the price script behind its sender counter, its home and MCP pages, three help-centre articles and its 7 August 2026 post about its company page, plus Expandi's pricing, FAQ, home, integrations and MCP pages and two Expandi help articles. We didn't run a trial of either tool, and Expandi doesn't publish its Agency price, so prices for 10 or more Expandi seats aren't shown.
We make Bingle, so weigh its entry and our pick with that in mind. The order isn't a ranking: each tool says who it suits and where it falls short.
| Best for | Starting price |
|---|---|
| HeyReach | |
| Agencies running many LinkedIn sender accounts from lists they already have | From US$79/mo per sender; US$59 per sender from 10 |
| Expandi | |
| Small teams that want LinkedIn and email follow-ups in one sequence | US$99/mo per account; US$79/mo billed yearly |
| Bingle | |
| Founders and small teams who want to know who to message and OK each message | 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo |
1. HeyReach
Agencies running many LinkedIn sender accounts from lists they already have · From US$79/mo per sender; US$59 per sender from 10
HeyReach describes itself as a LinkedIn automation tool for agencies, sales teams and GTM operators. You bring the leads, from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot or another tool, and it runs campaigns of connection requests, messages, voice notes and profile views across as many LinkedIn sender accounts as you connect, rotating sends between them. One inbox holds every sender's replies, and teammates, VAs and clients get logins at no charge.
Growth costs US$79 a sender a month, falling to US$59 a sender once you have 10 or more, with 10% off for quarterly billing and 20% off for yearly. Agency is US$999 a month for 25 senders or US$1,399 for 50, with one white-label brand, and Unlimited is US$2,999 for up to 300. Every plan includes an API, webhooks and an MCP server, and email goes out through its native Instantly and Smartlead integrations.
Watch out for: Neither its pricing page nor the help articles we read describe approving each message before it sends. Email steps need an Instantly or Smartlead account as well. Growth gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy, but Agency and Unlimited ask you to bring your own.
2. Expandi
Small teams that want LinkedIn and email follow-ups in one sequence · US$99/mo per account; US$79/mo billed yearly
Expandi's site names ProfitSoft BV in Eindhoven, in the Netherlands, as the company behind it. Its sequence builder mixes connection requests, messages, InMails, likes, follows, endorsements and email follow-ups, with If/Action branches, and campaigns can start from LinkedIn searches, groups, events and posts. Each LinkedIn account gets a dedicated data-centre IP in a country you pick, and a warm-up setting raises a new account's limits gradually.
There's one self-serve plan, Business, at US$99 an account a month or US$79 a month on yearly billing, with every feature included. Agency, for 10 or more seats or a white-label version, is priced by its sales team. It connects natively to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and offers an API, webhooks, Zapier and a Smartlead integration. Its MCP for Claude and ChatGPT was marked private beta on its home page on 27 October.
Watch out for: Image and GIF personalisation and Sendspark video cost extra, with no price shown. Approval of each message is documented only for drafts its MCP writes; we found no per-message approval step for campaigns built in the app. From 10 seats you can't buy from the page.
3. Bingle
Founders and small teams who want to know who to message and OK each message · 7 days free, no card; then from US$49/mo
Bingle is the tool we make, in Australia, and it starts one step earlier than HeyReach or Expandi. It doesn't wait for a list: it watches LinkedIn for buying signals such as profile views, likes and comments on competitors' and influencers' posts, engagement with your own posts, job changes, hiring, funding rounds and events. It ranks each person by fit and timing and shows the signal behind the rank.
Each message is written in your voice and waits in an approval queue until you approve, edit or regenerate it, unless you turn review off for that sequence. Bingle sends from your own LinkedIn in your working hours, inside LinkedIn's daily limits, and never sees your LinkedIn password.
Starter is US$49 a month, Growth US$79 with every signal, and Agency US$149 for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts; any plan can add an account for US$29 a month. It also works inside Claude and ChatGPT as a connector.
Watch out for: Bingle is LinkedIn only. It has no email steps, no contact database, no white label and no self-serve CRM integration, so if you resell outreach under your own brand like HeyReach's Agency plan allows, or need email in the same sequence as Expandi offers, it won't cover that.
Our pick
For a founder or a small B2B team selling from one to three LinkedIn accounts, Bingle is our pick. HeyReach and Expandi both send to a list you bring. Bingle builds the list from people showing a buying signal, shows why each one is worth a message this week, and holds every message draft for your OK by default, a step neither HeyReach's nor Expandi's campaign builder documents.
It also costs less at that size: US$149 a month covers 3 LinkedIn accounts on Bingle's Agency plan, against US$237 on HeyReach Growth and US$297 on Expandi Business, and the free week needs no card. Pick HeyReach if you run dozens of client accounts under your own brand, or Expandi if email follow-ups in the same sequence and a native Salesforce or Pipedrive sync matter more than who gets messaged.

| Accounts included | |
| Growth: what you pay for, 1 to 50 on the page's counter. Agency: 25 or 50. Unlimited: up to 300 | One per seat. 10 or more seats move to the Agency plan, priced by sales |

| HeyReach's cloud. Growth gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy; Agency and Unlimited bring their own | Expandi's cloud, on a dedicated data-centre IP in a country you pick, or your own proxy |
| Connection requests | |
| Up to 40 a day per sender (25 by default), capped at 200 a week | Daily ranges you set, which it says it won't exceed; it sells a campaign type for 100 more a week |
| White label | |
| One brand included on Agency; more brands US$500 each on Unlimited | On Agency, price on request |
| Trial | |
| 14 days, no card; 30 days on request for Agency and Unlimited | 7 days with every feature; its FAQ says nothing is charged until the 7 days are up |
HeyReach's help centre says its prices are in US dollars before VAT, and Expandi's FAQ prices an account at "99 USD", so every figure here is US dollars. HeyReach's FAQ still calls its entry plan Starter while the plan card says Growth; the FAQ answer sits under a Growth heading, so they are the same plan.
What 1, 3, 10 and 25 LinkedIn accounts cost each month
List prices on monthly billing from each company's own page on 27 October 2026, before tax. The A$ figures divide by the Reserve Bank of Australia's rate for 26 October 2026 (A$1 = US$0.7031), rounded to the dollar, so your card's rate and fees will move them a little.
| Accounts | HeyReach | Expandi | Bingle |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | US$79 (A$112) | US$99 (A$141) | US$49 Starter or US$79 Growth (A$70 or A$112) |
| 3 | US$237 (A$337) | US$297 (A$422) | US$149 Agency (A$212) |
| 10 | US$590 at US$59 a sender (A$839) | Agency plan, price on request | US$352: Agency plus 7 extra accounts (A$501) |
| 25 | US$999 Agency bundle (A$1,421) | Agency plan, price on request | US$787: Agency plus 22 extra accounts (A$1,119) |
The jump at 10 is easy to miss. HeyReach's pricing page runs a script that charges US$79 a sender up to 9 and US$59 from the tenth, so 9 senders cost US$711 a month and 10 cost US$590. Growth stays under the US$999 Agency bundle up to 16 senders; from 17 the bundle is cheaper and adds white label. The counter on the page stops at 50.
On yearly billing, HeyReach shows US$64 a sender a month (US$759 for the year) and its help centre lists US$47 from 10 senders; Expandi is US$79 an account; Bingle charges 10 months for 12. The full HeyReach breakdown is in our HeyReach pricing post.
Who approves each message before it goes
With HeyReach you write the steps once and the campaign sends them to everyone on the list. Its MCP page says Claude can write messages, segment leads and launch campaigns from chat. We searched its pricing page, help centre and site for a setting that holds each message for approval and found none.
Expandi has an approval step in one place. Messages its MCP writes arrive as drafts on a Drafts page, where you approve them one at a time or tick several and press Approve and queue; its MCP page says the AI has no tool to send or start a campaign. Campaigns you build in Expandi's own sequence builder send the templates you set, and we found no step there to approve each message.
Bingle holds each message draft in its approval queue by default, until you approve, edit or regenerate it. Profile visits, likes and invites without a note run on their own. If you'd rather press send yourself, switch off automatic sending and every LinkedIn step lands in Today's sends to copy across by hand. Our list of LinkedIn automation tools with message approval covers how other tools handle this.
Account safety, limits and HeyReach's company page
HeyReach caps connection requests at 200 a week per sender and 40 a day, and recommends 25 a day once an account is warmed up. When LinkedIn stops an account sending more, HeyReach marks it with Cooldown Mode and pauses connection requests until the limit resets the next Monday. Its 7 August blog post puts LinkedIn's weekly ceiling at roughly 100 invitations, half its own cap, so the two HeyReach pages disagree.
Expandi lets you set daily ranges for connections, messages, InMails and event invites and says it won't go over them, with a warm-up setting for new accounts. The same pricing page lists "campaign types that allow bypassing outreach limits", naming a Mobile Connector campaign that it says sends 100 more connection requests a week. For what LinkedIn itself publishes about invitation limits, see our post on the LinkedIn connection request limit.
HeyReach's own post says LinkedIn removed the HeyReach company page on 25 March 2026, without notice, and restricted the personal profiles of four of its executives. The post says customer accounts, campaigns and the platform kept running, and that HeyReach can no longer post to its page or run LinkedIn ads. It also says plainly that HeyReach is not a tool LinkedIn has approved.
Bingle spaces actions through your working hours, starts a newly connected account on lower limits and ramps it up over a couple of weeks, and pauses everything for a day if LinkedIn pushes back. Our guide to warming up a new LinkedIn account has the steps.
